I used the new plastic national Id card. If you have drivers licence you can use it, I don't think they accept that nin paper again. Try kucoin, easy verification no stress.

My own case is that i captured my fingerprints and it was successful. But till now i have not been deployed. I saw in my dashboard no bvn validated. I tried to update but they keep saying my file size should not exceeds 200kb. Please someone should help

same issue I'm having. And when I checked with the ussd code it showed "not selected". Let's wait till Monday when they resume work.

It's the network, use opera mini to update ur profile then use chrome to check the deployment but right now the network is so choked up so it is kinda difficult to check but be rest assured that you av already been deployed as long as u did ur biometric bcs mine too showed yet to be deployed then I updated my profile and checked again which was not easy bcs of the network

what about people that were not told to update their profile and they are not yet deployed? Or we should click edit and update it ourselves?
