My dear to me you should be looking at the best rate, would you say if bond is 10% and one financial institution is ready to give you 11% same tenor and amount, you will still go for bonds?

There is no where called oworo estate in Lagos, that is Oshodi road by gbagada, where the road divide leading to 3rd mainland land bridge.
