The ruling did not say that Trump DHS can't end DACA, the ruling said they did it in a wrong way that didn't meet the requirements of the law. The Justice Roberts who read the majority opinion said the DHS can go back and do it the right way.

By the time Trump DHS go through the courts again, his 2nd term will have ended (That is if he gets elected in November).

So for now DACA is on hold, just like Obamagate...Two unfulfilled campaign promises by Trump.
