Shit. What do the Yanks know about torture?

Real torture is dismembering your opponent - cutting off his limbs one by one. Or beating the soles of his feet with wire. And how about placing the terminals of a car battery on his testicles and electrocuting him? What about sticking tissue paper down between his collar and neck and setting fire to it - that's always a good one. If all that doesn't work, a plain old beating with steel tipped boots and rifle butts is always a good one.
Now that's proper torture.

you can continue to say waterboarding isnt torture, no wahala, there are people in the US today who continue to say that Obama is not their president . .

international law recognises that killing is part of war. you called it war on terror. killing is acceptable in a war. so if bin laden is found he can be killed in battle. that is legal according to international law. but what is unacceptable is torture. nobody has any right to torture bin laden if he is caught. he can be killed, but not tortured. so Obama was not legally wrong in asking for bin laden's head since he is the head of an organisation that the US has declared war on.

that is what the international law says, I didnt make the law, I didnt ask the US to agree to the geneva convention, Congress can still change the law in US, and congress can still reverse the ratification of the geneva convention if they chose to. That is what congress is paid to do. Not me.

Killing an enemy cambatant------->legal, torturing him/her------->illegal, these laws were made before i was born, na my fault? and they can still be reversed. and while they are still US law, as at today, I want those bastards to be prosecuted,convicted and executed

secondly, congress should act fast to change the laws regarding what is, and what isnt torture, as well as if to use, when to use and when not to use torture. in the meantime,the current law says torture is illegal and waterboarding is torture . . . . hence those guys commited a crime

i am holding here in my hand, the latest edition of newsweek(dated may 4 2009, _{i'm a subscriber} ) and on page I8-2I iread about an FBI agent Ali Soufan, that extracted vital information from Abu 2ubaydah that led to the arrest of Padilla in chicago, and also led to khalid sheikh Mohamed. he got all this information without torture. then he was pushed aside by these neo-con hoodlums in the CIA who went ahead to waterboard him (abu Subaydah) 83 times . . . . . .and got no information from him.

and for your information, US military personelle recieve some waterboarding training to prepare them for possible torturing by enemy troops. for God's sake, US prosecuted japanese soldiers after WW2 for waterboarding US POWs, those motherf-ckers broke the law and must be prosecuted. if Obama likes he can pardon them after they have been prosecuted but then he must remember what happened to then popular president gerrald ford after he pardoned the criminal called Nixon.

First of, you need to jettisson the thought that marriage is a right. It certainly is not. A State certified marriage license which they seek, like every driver's license out there is a State priviledge. A right is not authored by and cannot be given by man or any State. They are not being denied any right. They can sleeep with whomever they want,. but the State does not have to give them any license to do so.

And since when did a woman's right to choose metamorphose into her right to commit murder. Their rights to choose ends where the rights of those babies begin. You cannot infringe on another's rights through insistence of yours.

the US is a nation of laws, it is not a banana republic, or a lawless place like nigeria.the constitution chooses the way to make laws and to amend the laws, even the constitution itself. that is why there is a place called congress where over 500 people are heavily paid to make laws. if the current laws are not good enough, then it cshould be changed appropiately. but to break the law is a different ball game.
