There are things a virtuous woman should know and do in her marital home, and these are but a few among them.

FOSTERING INTIMACY: Love is the foundation of any meaningful relationship, especially marriage. true love is weighty, visible, tangible and influential; it's felt when expressed not just in words, but through practical and positive actions. Love is the cord that binds relationship together and keeps it from disintegrating. A virtuous woman who professes love to her husband therefore must demonstrate it in practical terms and relate with her husband with loving respect, devotion and commitment. She must always give thanks to God for blessing her with such a man as her husband. Love is a life venture and it's greatly rewarded. Make your husband your best friend and lover. Allow the love of God to rule your heart and home. That is when both of you will chase ten thousand.

A common mistake many women make is to compare their husbands with other women's husbands and try to change him into their ideal man. This ought not to be, for the virtuous woman, her husband is the best and indeed incomparable, if she had sought for God's perfect will for a husband she knows knows that God has given her just that; and as such, she must relate with her husband in love. She must love her husband for who he is and not whom he's not. she must remember that he is unique and was specifically designed for her to love and cherish. You must be emotionally attached to your husband if your marriage must flourish. you must go, flow, grow and glow(_{with pride})together. Share interests and activities as much as possible and increase intimacy and friendship together as the years go by.

when you love your husband, you wouldn't want him to feel ashamed of himself, let alone making him an object of ridicule whether you're alone by yourselves or with another person. you won't despise him even in your heart no matter how unrefined he has behaved(2 Sam. 6:14-23). You must be your husband's confidant; he must be free to let you into his innermost being, his deepest fears, anxieties, his actions, in-actions wrong-doing and mistakes. He must be free to relate with you unabashedly; you are the closest to him and he must be your dearest too in every sense of the word. Give him your loyal support and assurance; let him know you are his number one fan, anytime, any day, and vice versa.

FACING ISSUES: Realistically, for a couple to be best of friends does not necessarily mean that they will always understand each other or always agree on everything. No. There will surely be moments of disagreements. But in a truly loving relationship, the couple, being best of friends, will disagree in an agreeable manner. And because the work in love, they harbor no unforgiven spirit towards each other, no matter the offense. They never allow their differences to degenerate into heated bickering or to build a wall of separation between them. Instead, they employ those areas of diff. to strengthen and spice their relationship and to complement each other. they try to get into each others world and enjoy each others special interest, even though it may not be enjoyable initially.

Know also that another watchword for the truly virtuous woman is industry; (Prov. 31:13), her love for her household will make her seek wool and flax and work willingly with her hands. Whatever she does for her family is not by compulsion but from a loving and willing heart.

FORTIFYING INTERESTS: There's no denying that a woman naturally devotes a considerable amount of time to her children as she cares for them and watches them grow. however, the bond between her and the husband must be stronger than that which exists between her and her children. The scripture urges that a man leaves his parents and cleave with his wife so they could weave into one and remain together forever. They children must leave one day and start their own families. It's the love between husband and wife that will sustain them and help them weather the storms of life together, even at old age and when the children have left home.

This is what makes true love unmistakable. It's ever constant, doesn't change with time or tide. You must be diligently in cultivating and nurturing deep, sincere and fervent love for your spouse so that even in the face of any challenge, you can strengthen intimacy and passion in your marriage. Make out time to be alone together either outside or within home to share your life and multiply your joy together.

NOTE: This kind of love doesn't just happen. It will seem totally impossible and unreasonable, if a woman still lives in the flesh and has not been regenerated by the blood of the Lamb. The natural woman is vicious, not virtuous; she cannot love or submit to her husband as commanded by God. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God (Romans 8:7-8. But when she becomes born of the spirit of God, she will no longer manifest the works of the flesh, because the grace for virtuous living will have been impacted into her.

As you prayerfully walk in love, with God by your side, you will have a successful marriage in Jesus Christ name, amen.
