Ignorance is not an excuse as I'll presume he(the boss) had no wisdom on what he could have done when tree branches are tangled up with high tension wire.

The dead could have been avoided, if the boss had met with the Power Holding company, ask of them to turn off power in the connected transformer before any person go up to cut those trees.

I can relate to what the OP is saying... I had similar issue last year. The IPO claimed to have had a warrant of arrest, I thank God for His grace as some some persons in authority came to my rescue.. I threatened the IPO with a lawsuit and that ended the case.....

I had an ex who was so obsessed with me. He was sweet sometimes, but physical abusive and obsessed at the same time. Anytime I threaten to leave, he'd always tell me that he'd kill me and kill himself. One time, he embarrassed me in public and I knew I had to leave.
