Hi, I don’t think it’s required since the biometrics submitted earlier is still within the 10years range. Travelpes: Goodmorning all. Please if an applicant did biometrics in 2016 and 2017 and got visitor's visas on both occasions, will he/she be required to do another one when applying for PR this year? 1 Like |

Just to be sure, are you saying one does not necessarily need a lawyer for the gift deed? If I have a sample I can follow that and add in signatures where necessary? Secondly can anyone witness ?? Thanks MayorOfEdmonton: Hi, You can prepare the gift deed yourself(type&Print)...have relevant parties sign and take to court to notarize(not necessary). Check page 1 for sample if it's there or someone on the thread can send/share a sample to u Cheers

Please would appreciate your inputs
Before ITA for spouse (NOT PA) work experience, we clicked NO since we were not counting scores for it. Because I read will could has those work history post ITA under personal history.
Question is, Once added under personal history do need to upload any supporting documents for it. He’s self employed.
Or just stating it is fine N.B spouse work experience wasn’t used for cars score pre ITA. |

For someone who has applied for visitor visa to Canada 4 yrs ago but denied .
To the question that said, in the past 10 year, have you given your fingerprints and photo (biometrics) for an application to come to Canada?
Is this a YES or NO? |

1.You don't need to upload any evidence for visa denial. Just respond yes and put the reason.
2.If you have applied for a visiting visa for Canada before now, then you answer Yes Good luck Thank you |

PLEASE KINDLY HELP with the questions BELOW. Many thanks PRFirstlady:
Please I’m throwing out this question. If one have been denied visa to certain countries in the past, and didn’t keep or can’t find those letters used to deny. What’s the way forward? Or could one just enter the countries denied and that’s all? Without means of evidence. Please help.
2.) if you’d applied for visiting to Canada in the past. The question in filling EE form that says if you’d applied to IRCC before
Is this question a yes or no? |

Hi Everyone and congratulations to all ITA Clinchers.
I’ve had to request for my UK PCC that was around March this year because I was expecting to receive ITA before the pandemic.
Due to the drop down on Crs cut off now. I’m expectant with 471.
How long does the UK PCC last for before expiring. Although I read 12months, would like to confirm. Just in case one needs to request again.
P.S I’m currently living in Nigeria. |

Yes so is the spousal visa processing.
I am in the same boat and I wouldn’t advise anyone to do something in a haste.
So this journey, monitor, research and have a lot of Patience cos 471 is a pretty great score Cos I know many people wishing to have Such score. Really appreciate your response and encouragement. Thank you. |

MayorOfEdmonton: Hi, I agree with @Kekerekun et al that the immigration waka has become uncertain recently. Especially since FSW all category invitations trend of recent has become "surprise surprise". If you however carefully study the candidates Unaccompanying spouse sud be a last resort I think, the huge strain the distance can inevitably place on a marriage sud be seriously considered however promising the hope of a better life in canada is. Cheers Ma
Thank you, credentials evaluated, MSc, BSc, Maxed out IELTS. It’s been difficult with spouse to max out. We will try again. |

lasignor: Go with spouse accompanying and file for your spouse later. It's better to be apart for 1year than to wait together without PPR for a year. You are still the one to make the decision though, so make the decision that is best for your family. Thanks for your response, How soon does the PA get PR after landing, and can the process of spouse visa start immediately after pr or it’s after a year? |

Hi Everyone,
As a couple we are currently on 471. But with the spouse unaccompanied it’s 478.
Advice on whether on not to go ahead with spouse unaccompanied, considering the present situation. |

Responses please.. ![undecided](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/undecided.png) PRFirstlady: Greetings everyone, I need clarification on the part where we are been asked if we’ve ever applied to IRCC immigration bla bla on the express entry forms.
I applied in 2016, I mean visitor visa but was denied, does this apply to answering yes or no. Since it wasn’t for immigration purpose.
Secondly, since the moved, I don’t have the documents to back it up.
What do I need to do, will appreciate your responses.
Please anyone, kindly respond

Good morning house,
I need clarification,
While filling EE profile, for spouses work history(not the PA). Is it ok to click NO, since no point is to be claimed from it.
How exactly should one respond to the question. Kindly help. |
