it happened one day after I left eatery where I had taken my lunch. A lady flagged down for lift, at first I didn't want to stop, but on a second thought I decided to. I asked her where she was heading to, fortunately it was my route.

In the process of our discussion I realised that the route I picked her did not correlate with where she was coming from. I queried to know why, but her response shocked me. she said she took that route since it seemed to be a short route to her destination coupled with her safety and that she was going for an interview at a particular company and she didn't have transport. Apparently, she had already trekked about 5km before I picked her; her distance to the place of interview is about 7km.

So, after I dropped her, I asked her how she will go back and she responded trek back of course. I couldn't help as such I gave her 1,000 naira.
The way this lady prayed! I don't think I have ever met anyone pray like that for 1,000 naira. instantly I just began to thank God.

I discussed this with my oga who intends to build his house in 6 months and he siad he will build with just N2m without the cost of the land but that the rooms will not be of a standard one and the 3 rooms too. i.e portable flats.

listen for your own good! most of those advising you here don't even know what it means to own a piece of land . see! that money will do beyond your expectations, but not necessarily complete it. you have to be careful those you contract to do the works for you. I could remember doing my foundation for 150k of which I would have done for 300k. image the difference ?
