There's no way who will naturally lighten your skin. It's only chemicals that will stop melanin from popping. So forget the natural stuff. It seems you don't know the meaning of toning too. Toning is not supposed to make you lighter but just even your skin. So if a person is extremely dark and has dark spots, maybe from pimples a toning cream will make only those spots lighter it gives you an even complexion.

If you want to go into modelling and think you have to bleach then you can only succeed in Nigeria. Outside the country they need DARK people from Africa they already have all shades of whites. Look at the models who succeeded also outside the country. They are black and proud tò be

Social media is now a place for people to display their aggressive tendencies (transferred aggression), maybe due to family problems they are facing or whatever reason which is no excuse. And we are the reason why they thrive: we "manage" them too much and give them platforms to continue displaying their uncontrolled temperaments.

Please wonderful people I need your help. What should be the right response to these questions from an employer.
1. The last salary you earned at your previous workplace.

They ask ds question 4 a variety of reasons:
1. To know ur 'worth'
2. To know if they can afford u.
3. To know what to offer u.
4. It gives them a better leverage when negotiations for salary comes up. Let's say they normally offer teachers in dt school 80k, whereas ur last pay check was 40k, they can add 10k to ds which brings it to 50k. Its a win - win situation until u get into d system and u now find out dt ur colleague (who was employed at d same e with u) is getting 80k. Na dt time vexination go start!

2. Why you want to leave your previous work place. If it's because of poor salary or owing of salaries, should you state it?

If it has to do with owing of salaries or poor wages, there's nothing bad about revealing that. You have responsibilities. (Your parents /siblings are looking up to you to 'drop' something). U can tell them dt u believe working for/with then can help u realise ur financial and career goals. As per d career goals, ur prospective school nay be offering training packages, offer igcse exams, etc, whearas ur former school does not. Just do a background check of what ur prospective school have as advantage(s) over ur previous school and use it as reasons for choosing them.

Be watchful. Apart from d above mentioned, Whatever negative u say about ur previous employer, no matter how justifiable, may count against u in d long run.

3. What questions you have to ask about the school. Can you ask questions like this?
a. Do staff come to school during holidays and does the school pay during holidays whether staff comes or not?

Most schools do summer coaching.....but u nay ask. Its OK.

b. Does the school owe salaries?

RME right now! U expect them to say yes?.
This is part of d background checks I mentioned earlier.

c. Are there any ways to get extra income?

Don't, or else u raise unnecessary suspicion on ursef. Again, background checks

d. Time of closing daily and whether it extends at any point in time or days. OR is it better to keep mute to avoid loosing the job

I teach in a school where the proprietress resides abroad and the head teacher behaves irrationally. 1. A friend of mine is working under a boss like dt. Be u a teacher or student, once u 'cross her path' u're in her black bk 4 'life'!

2. Avoid every temptation to refuse 2 greet her as u'll be playing into her hands. Continue 2 greet her whether she acknowledges ur salutations or not. Also, avoid d tempration to speak evil of her b4 members of staff. Sooner or later d ppl will get know her 4 who she trully is.

3. Be prayerful as ppl like dt can go d extra mile to 'rope u'. They can also be diabolical. Also cover ur tracks properly, ie, don't give room 4 lapses dt may be used against u!

4. Try as much as possible not to 'pull d rug off her feet'. Just continue to be diligent and prayerful. Time and chance will be d leveller at the end of the day.

5. Just as d soil which kills d seed (thru suffocation) is also responsible for her germination/growth (thru incubation and d soil nutrients it provides), note dt her antagonism is a sacrifice to ur greatness. Remember, "all things work together for good to dm dt believe...."

6. You don't need to resign- except a better offer shows up! The antagonism is to strengthen u. If we look at d discomfort d soil gives d seed, we'll keep uprooting and replanting it and ultimately, the seed won't germinate nor grow.
