PoliticsRe: Nigerians Are Really Suffering, Damn!!!!! by Princedapace(op): 9:31pm On Mar 20
digitalafricon:
So you didn't hear from APC data Boys that Tinubu has fixed Nigeriahuh
Mehn, bro, people need to start telling these guys the truth. Nigerians have no business suffering. I mean, having AC in this hot season is a must for Nigerians. Omo, Erupeans dey enjoy. During one hot season in Italy, if u see how their govt was making provisions to ensure citizens enjoy calmnes in their body, they created swimming pool in many places, look at the war in Ukrain, the govt of Ukrain cares so much about energy for citizens during winter. God, in Nigeria, these guys no even care. Guy, the heat was too much that i kept talking about it withh the guy I gave a lift. Man, it was like hell. But people mama and papa were under the sun light and will still pay tax to Nigeria govt. Omo, forget, Tinubu get mind o. God, i guess my heart is too soft. I cant be this wicked.
No no no, pls, anyone who is yet to birth a child, pls, ur child does not deserve to sleep under heat, ur child didnt offend anyone in his/her previous life.
Pls, dont birth a child here except u have made provisions to ensure they dont experience heat at night... Imagine heat and mosquitoes. If Nigeria had stable electricity, millions will install AC. Heat inside shop is like u are inside prison. This is too much for such a rich and blessed country.
Tinubu keep saying he removed fuel subsidy to give more money to governors. Same governors looting the money. U cant protest, if u do, police would be sent to deal with u. who controls the police? Tinubu. He cant persecute the governors, he needs them for election. These guys get money and loot it. From local govt chairmen to honourables, governors, senators, house of rep members, they collected these money and loot. We have no single benefit of the fuel subsidy removal. Politicians only got richer and budgted a lot for office furniture, change of cars. To tell u how wicked these guys are, these guys budget money for cars more than they budget fro schools and healthcare. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
god, who did black race offend? Like there is something nature hasnt told us. Probably a cursed race, i dont know. If cursed, Nigeria is worse then.
how can u budget more money for politician cars than for healthcare and education? Look at all governors, all they do is asslick president. While they do anyhow. As long as u are loyal to the president, EFCC wont come after u, if u protest, police and soldiers come for u. Omo, wetin Nigerians go do like this?
Tinubu, pls, removing fuel subsidy is not bold step o. It is not the policy Nigeria needs.
What Nigerians need is serious institutions to checkmate corruption. There is money in Nigeria but it is wasted. Like, fix that part, if govt provide 10 naira for something, let it be used for it. Money given to senators, let it be used. These are areas u need to fix. Leave whatever benefit the common man on the road.
Expanding tax coverage is not what we need in a country with 80 percent informal sector because they arent breathing. As someone who operates in the informal sector, i have no single benefit from Nigeria o. I cant even take loan to do business. They cant give me. But govt expect me to pay 25 percent of my income to them. What do I stand to gain for doing that?
I dont have health care coverage from govt that is good, public schools are terrible which means I will pay more for private education if I have kids, there is no electricity, bro I pay a lot to sustain 24/7 electricity. No be only politicians deserve soft life. I cant be working while they eat becus they are govt. I am sick and tired mehn.
I have elderly ones to care for. Govt thinks I am rich but I am struggling. Govt, I have a lot of responsibilities because u have failed in ur social contract for Nigerians.
Politcians use our money to import girls from SA, Brazil, Dubai and buy properties for their side chicks. At least salary earners in Nigeria can take loan, those of us in the informal sector we cant.
My cash flow is reasonable, i needed a loan to build a house but no bank will give me. Those in the informal sector are not benefiting a dime from Nigeria abeg
PoliticsNigerians Are Really Suffering, Damn!!!!! by Princedapace(op): 8:34pm On Mar 20
Life is not fair on Most Nigerians. Due to the nature of my work, I rarely go out, today, I wanted to buy food, so I drove to the nearest mall to buy food. It was around 2pm. Immediately stepped out, see sunlight, the crushing effect of the sun was unbearable, I was inside my car, turned on the AC, yet I could feel the effect of the sun before my AC circulated. But something caught my attention, the many Nigerians on the road side, people's mom, fathers, brothers, sisters, bf, gf. Lord, this is too much. With such heavy sun, Nigerians needs AC in their shops. God this is too much. The sun was so much that even with my AC on, I could feel it a bit. But I could see how much of pains are on the faces of the people I saw outside, the people inside shop whose solar fans are now blowing hot air, those roasting plantains, shops are so hot eh, a friend told me she had toc close her shop and go home becus the heat was unbearable and she uses solar fan.

But why? God gave us oil, gas, lithium, gold, farmable lands, many other natural minerals, but none we have been able to use for our benefits. Why are we sufferinng like this? It is like the suffering is deliberate. I felt so terrible, I imagined my mom too, where she might be under the sun, maybe going to buy something. The pains of many older men and women who have never known any form of comfort and happiness since they were born.

I cant stay inside without electricity, I must on the Gen to sleep, to work, to do anything. My family deserve 24/7 electricity, they deserve to drink bottle water, they deserve comfort. Imagine ur child, an innocent child dealing with this sun but govt says u are owing them 700k of income tax. This means quality of life has degraded further. This is pure wickedness. Nigerians have no business with this wickedness.

Let me give u a break down, a person earning 30m yearly is not rich. That person is just a bit able to afford a bit of comfort and YES, u deserve comfort in such a wicked and hot country. How on earth should a human be exposed to this type of wicked sunlight every day of their lives? While the politicians cant even survive one minute outside this wicked sunlight, they expect u to survive it and pay them 25 percent of ur income sweat.

Why so wicked to ur own kind? Why are blacks this wicked? We patch our roads, we take herbs now becus health care is wacky, expensive and out of reach of most Nigerians, we take herbs, we are dying becus of it, we dont fucking have electricity, Nigerians deal with heat without electricity. If we had stable electricity, every shop would have an AC, it is a needed appliance now, the heat is too much. But most gen cant even carry AC, most solar that can carry AC are super expensive for over 90 percent of Nigerians.

What type of life is this? Many were born, raised and they got old under this wickedness. Pls, if u are reading this and have not given birth, pls abort it. If na Benin republic or Ghana, just go there and born. It is better.
YOUR CHILD DESERVE 24/7 ELECTRICITY AND AC UNDER SEVERE HEAT. BEING A NIGERIAN IS NOT A CURSE. PLEASE DONT TAKE MY WARNING FOR GRANTED, THIS COUNTRY IS WICKED, THE LEADERS HERE ARE EXTREMELY WICKED. I think they have intionally weaponized suffering. It is a pity the people cant fight to save them selves but were hoping the US helps them out.
These politicians intentionally refused to invest in education, STEM based education would have saved this country, proper political structuring would have saved this country, they knew, they know exactly what to do. I say this because when u sit with them outside political environment, when u sit with them one on one, u will hear them say this truth, they know that unity as it structured now can never take this country anywhere.

Sometimes i really wished the Igbos succeeded with their move in 1967, this would have changed the story of the black race. NIGERIANS biggest problem merging multiple ethnic groups into one. Now, the masses cant unity to fight their oppressors and the politicians love it that way. NIGERIANS HAVE SUFFERED. If u are a politican reading this or work for them, i knee down to beg u, pls, have mercy, it is enough. Pity for these old men and women. Sometimes i feeel for my dad, i feel for my mom. They are growing old, they never enjoyed life. That is the story of millions of Nigerians.
Now, govt has made it worse more for us, they have vowed to take from us the more which will make it harder for us to even support families and friends from our income, govt says if u make 25m and above per year, u are rich. Na still from that 25m u go buy fuel for ur family house, na still their u go use give them cold inside heat. God, this is too much.

Please give an illustration.
Article 82 defines the violation
Article 82 is the starting point. It explains the situations in which a team can be considered to have committed a serious breach of CAF competition rules.

These include withdrawing from the competition, failing to show up for a match, refusing to play, or leaving the pitch before the end of the game without the referee’s permission.

In simple terms, the article protects one basic principle: a team must take part in the match fully and under official authority until the referee blows the final whistle. Once that principle is broken, CAF can treat the team’s conduct as a major violation of its rules.

That is where and how Senegal’s conduct in Rabat on January 18 could only be interpreted as constituting a grave violation of CAF’s rules of engagement.

Indeed, according to CAF’s latest ruling, the Appeal Board determined that Senegal’s behavior during the final fell within one of the situations listed under Article 82. That gave CAF the legal ground to move to the next step.

Article 84 sets the appropriate punishment
If Article 82 defines the breach, Article 84 explains the consequence. It says that any team found in violation of Articles 82 or 83 is considered to have lost the game by forfeit.

The rule also allows the team to be excluded from the competition and leaves room for additional sanctions if the organizing body deems such actions necessary.

The standard forfeit score is 3-0. But if the opposing team had already been leading by more than 3-0 before the match was stopped, that bigger score would remain. In this case, CAF applied the standard forfeit score.

Does Africa rules has to be backward. They stage a walkout and later return to complete the game. other punishment world have been appropriate.

Tell us where such decisions has ever been takenin the world of football.
Go and stage a walk out in FIFA final and see if they wont ban u forever and ever grin
There is nothing backward here. The law was there before Morocco and Senegal ever dreamt of playing sef. If u knew the law, why break it? No sentiment in law.

You must be a South African.
Bcuz that is the exact way that your elder brother, Mosepe is reasoning.
Which rule are you talking about?
Did the Senegalese abandon the match?
The staged a walk out protesting the open injustice meted out to them.
The referee was still in the field, some Senegalese players such as Sadio Mane was still equally in the field.
The other players were later called back to the field and the referee continued with the remaining part of the match to the end.
Morocco played the controversial penalty and missed it.The match went on to extra time where Senegal scored a goal.
The referee brought the match to a close officially after the stipulated 120 minutes.
And the same CAF president that reason like you didn't remember any rule as at that time.He went on in the presence of FIFA president to present the trophy to the Senegalese national team.

Thereafter,he invoked the appropriate rules to fine the Senegalese team for staging a walk out and suspended the coach for his role in it and everybody was okay with it.
So which rules you and him are now talking about after 3 months to return the trophy that they won from a match the referee officiated to the end?
There is no room for staging a walkout in football. So, make all teams dey stage a walk out na when referee mess up? Imagine what will happen.

This is why the legal logic of the decision is straightforward. Once the board decided Senegal’s actions matched the type of violation described in Article 82, the punishment under Article 84 followed directly.

There is no emotion in law. This is the problem with most Nigerians, always sentimental, no wonder they just cant elect a good leader. Always electing rubbish. Imagine electing Buhari.

the rules should have been applied immediately not after 3 months. Since the reference and CAF didn't apply the rule immediately, I don't see why after 3 months u now tell senegal that they lost.
The sitting and judgement also has stipulated time frame for such deliberations. Everything is inside their article which is online. They didnt see Morocco or Senegal before they made such law. It was intensed deliberation. Even FIFA condemnned Senegal. Because such action is not taken, many teams will do same because in football, human factor will always take place. The best was for the refereee to be sanctioned, not to stage out of the pitch. Even Mane knew it was very bad of Senegal. if them try am for FIFA, them fit ban them for live. We have seen many human error in fifa competitions. One thing with me is I dont argue with sentiments.
If senegal get away with this, omo, other teams will do same o.

Good one.

CAF is a joke and they had just proven why the rest of the world has always kept seeing us, Africans as a backward continent.

Every type of madness has its own cure.

So long CAF can't stop asssslicking Morocco, let everybody kukuma mad the madness together undecided.
Have u taken out time to read the rules of the game? Staging a walk out is prohibited and u will lose the match.
if that is not done that way, everyone will stage a walk out once officiating is sensed to be bad towards them. And bad is relative in football.

Indian PM, Narenda Mordi did same and greeted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Yoruba with warm affection during his visit last year.

It is the beauty, powerful brand and global influence of the Yoruba language that has turned to soft power for Nigeria.

I know non-Yoruba Nigerians who claim to be Yoruba overseas because they have the privilege of being raised in Yorubaland.

African -Americans dress in the Yoruba fabric and style of dressing when they they want to connect with their African roots and the Yoruba Ifa has a massive global adherrents.

Bro let me explain something to u, I have given up on the black race. To be honest, we are not really smart creatures. This same format has been used by colonial masters and slave traders. They simply find one or two among u, shower them with lover and priviledges and use them as a tool to completely destroy the society. I dont know why the black race falls for all of these. Tinubu getting love from westerners is a sign he is a willing tool. We are in big trouble bro. There is nothing good about these white people for us. If there is, they should simply come and teach u how they build what they build. But no, they wont teach u those stuff that can turn ur society into powerful society but will freely give u religion and will welcome ur leaders with gifts and buildings so, they can continue to do their biddings. It is same format. Look at how these ones are celebrating for this mess while we sleep in darkness and in heat. For god sake, this country is gone. Nigerians are in kidnapers den as we speak.

I've refused to talk about this war for certain reasons, but there is something I have noticed which a lot of people have taken to be normal in this war which is:

It looks like most people(especially Iranian supporters) have taken it to be normal for Iran to attack civilians and civilian facilities of other countries while it is an atrocity for other countries to the same to it.

For instance, this is UAE, over 140 civilians were injured, no one says anything, the Iranian supporters will come here to cheer it as victory with justification, where these people in any military facility ? No!

Now reverse the same scenario for Iran and watch most people scream of injustice especially Iranian supporters.

I've refused to involve my discussion in this war but this is getting very obvious.
The US killed over 100 Iranian shcool girls. Omo, that is enough to make any country to go gaga. If any country slaughter 100 american school girls, america may use nuclear weapon on that country instantly.

WoW, someone who truly sees things the way it is has finally spoken up.... I commend you brother... these are really trying times.

My father called me some weeks ago, telling me there has been no light in his area in lagos since 2025 SEPTEMBER and they told them it will be that way till 2027.... Imagine the frustration at old age.
So, i decided to do something about it.... I GOT HIM A SOLAR FAN.... yes for less than 100k you can save up for it for some months and then do it. It will give you peaceful sleep at night.

Then a PORTABLE SOLAR GENERATOR (....less than 500k) is best for LAPTOP, PHONES, EVEN TV(I bought a 15w ITEL TV)....

If you plan well in a year you can get all these things and have a better SLEEP and even PEACE when there is no light.

As for the TAX, hmmmm I tell you the truth, IT WILL NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY, not if elections is still 2027.

The alternative to these is RELOCATION to any good east african country and you will NEVER need Nigeria again EXCEPT for spicy meals.

I honestly can not trust the government but I know we are all responsible for our own lives.
Stay strong bro.
Thank you bro

There is nothing wrong with education. The problem is the funding model for our universities. We have over 140 public universities in Nigeria where students don’t pay tuition fees and you guys expect lecturers to be paid salaries. Just this weekend, a post by a student complaining of N125k fees for school logistics went viral on social media.

We want the best of everything and we don’t want to pay for it. A standard private secondary school in Abuja charges nothing less than N1.5m in a year but somehow, we want to pay N20,000 per year for university education and we don’t want lecturers to sleep in offices. Okay now, make all of us dey play.
Oga, have u checked how much is spent on politicians? Like I wnt to understand something, why do we spend so much on politicians? Like why? Hope u know that education is free in many countries even up to masters level. Public schools are extremely good in many countries.
We spend billions on politicians, so what is wrong in spending billions on lecturers who are even more valuable than politicians? What is the usefulness of politicians? Look at the amount spent on buying cars for senators every 4 years. Why do people like u defend the foolishness of politicians and expect the masses to bail the cat for them?
We should simply cut down on the useless packages given to useless politicians who serve no good for us and channel that money into funding education and healthcare and care for our security men and families. I was at a barracks last two weeks, I couldnt believe the state of the place people who risk their lives stay with their families while politicians like Wike who serve no good to the country are over taken care of.
Yes, we can suspend those mouth watering packages given to politicians and invest in education which will favour the entire country.

Politicians are earning fat packages, their families go abroad to treat them selves while Nigerians whose natural resources are used by these men and taxes are left to die. It is a pity we have no balls. Shame on black race, such a failure of a race.

They can see in their sleep what you can't see standing from the tallest iroko tree.

And what they see in front is a RISEN NIGERIA. A Nigeria of our dreams, courtesy of Jagaban's bold economic reforms, and they want to be part of it.

They won’t produce finished goods to even promote employment which can in return reduce insecurity because it will meaningfully engage the employed youths , they are just okay importing everything from China and imposing heavy imports duty on them,
Its sweeter to collect import duties than investing hard to make this country a productive nation that produce, I don’t understand the logic behind black men thinking, you ask people to go register online and then make the server unreachable so people can pay staffs to register on the street,

Chief , everything just tired me

We don’t even know who is going to liberate us

Look at this thread for instant received less attention, but if It was Carter Efe and Portable Thread, it would be on 6th page by now
Bro, i naturally feel most of us in this country actually have zero brain. Like what is so hard in investing and priotizing education, especially STEM based education ? What is so hard in investing in nigerian football league. Guy, do u know much this country can be making if our local league alone is great? The number of people who will be employed, the amount the US makes from sport leagues alone will shock u. Like these old men have no sense, just pot belle to carry side chicks up and down and waste money and turn around to tax me heavily, WTF. This country has no business taxing her citizens this heavy. At most, 2 to 3 percent income tax. This country has mad blind blowing resources, all it needed is convert tjem to finished products. Like I feel we are under heavy spell.
The post cant get engagement because we have been offered terrible education. More than half of the population are poorly educated. What do u expect?

A relation went to the hospital, they were asking her who refer her , who did she know and where is her letter?

They don’t really care as long as Agberos tax collectors remit money to them and they are allocation from oil revenue

It’s really frustrating , and people keep pretending like it’s normal for this jungle design lifestyle
Bro, I am exhusted. These men take our oil revenue, tax us left, right and center. Normally, Nigeria should have no business with UK tax system.
Guy, Nigeria has gold, liteum, uranium, oil, gas, endless lands for agriculture, cashew, like the list goes on. But we have leaders who never invested the money into proper education to enable us produce finished goods from these raw mateirals. We allowed forigners loot these resources and we go back to borrow money from these foreigners, now we need to tax our people to death to recover money. While these politicians live in plenty, sophisctaed estates home and abroad for their generation unborn.
Nigerian leaders, is this fair? Is this fair? I spend so much to live my life, it is not even enough. Taking even 500k from me again will ruin me. I am tired and frustrated.
