Speeding1: Is not completely true, because China, Russia and co always give the US to come in between. Was it the US that made Russia to annex Crimea a part of Ukraine in 2014? Same with China who wants to force Taiwan to be part of them Baba, go and watch that video that a full grown and elderly American politician did. U dont know better than him. The video has gone viral. He has been a member of the US govt, knows the US in and out. It is funny how people like u think that the US is innocent. Baba, a lot of shits has been going on with the US, Russia and China. The US likes to entangle her self in the affairs of other other super power which is pure madness. They wont take it. The case of China is also there. It is their affairs. Why come in? Why cant the US arm Biafra to fight Nigeria? Do u know why? Nigeria is British Interest and the US will not arm a group to fight against her allie's ineterst which is Britain. See eh, when it comes to international politics, I think u need to read more and this time, read from both global political play and make ur judgement. As for the Russian and Ukraine crises, the aim of the American elites was to cripple russia, make them not have the power to fight in a long term, cripple their economy, cause civic unrest via protest with the main aim to break the country into smaller and weaker nations. I wish i have the link to that clip by a top American scholar and politician. I would have shared it with you both someone already shared it on this thread. |

Speeding1: Those countries you mentioned are allies with the US. The relationship was not forced on them. They willingly seek for partnership with the US. South Korea ran to the US for help to deter their aggressive North Korean neighbours, Taiwan also don't want to be part of China hence their partnership with the US for military assistance. When it comes to building strategic alliances, just give to the US. Look at Saudi Arabia and other Middle eastern countries, they all have military pact with the US and many other strategic partnerships in economic development, science and technology, education etc. even Your almighty Russia and China are not left out Ukraine leader before the coup was a Russian allie, do u get it? The US via CIA as they always do, removed that leader which was an inteferance into Russian interests. America will never accept same. America is a complete bully. America would build military base and no one will say anything, once Russia or China wants to build military base outside their homelands, America will begin to bark and complain. What type of uselss and bullying country is that? Did u also read about how the American backed president who came on after the coup was targetting and killing citizens of Russian origin in Ukrain? There is a well respected American scholar who has a video on this whole issue, someone has posted that video here. Take your time and watch it. U will understand better. My happiness is that that interview was by someone who is a well respected American and part of American govt many times. Russia was bullied into a war and they will fight to the end. The US actually dont want any other global power. If they had succeeded with Russia, their next target is China using Taiwon. |

US has many interests in many countries that are indepedent. A very good example is Taiwon, South Korea, etc. This is why US builds military bases all over the world The major reason is to have nice location to strike their enemy/competitor. |

ElevationD: It’s all complicated now.
In the first place, Putin should not have gone to this war. It was absolutely unnecessary.
I think that the intention is to force the hand of the Russians. The intention may be to get them back to the discussion table and possibly limit the Ukrainian losses.
The agenda may be to empower Ukrainian to defend itself. Russia has showed a lot of weakness in the course of the war. Getting troops from North Korea is a sign of the difficulties with recruiting men to prosecute the war.
Allowing Ukrainians to use American missiles in Russia has both strategic advantages and potential challenges.
It may be intended to weaken the Russian army, limiting their push into Ukraine. While you see it as a direct attack by NATO, it may just be a way of making Russia less dangerous to NATO countries around them.
The danger truly is the potential to escalate the war. Biden looks like he intends to make life difficult for Trump before vacating. The Russians will not sit back and watch their rival’s weapons used on them.
Caution must be the word as the world is already on a dangerous precipice. Lol, Russia has not shown any weakness. Leave the western media alone. Russia tries so much to one limit casualties on both sides. I mean, Ukraine is their siblings. And yes, the war was a necessity. America was bullying Russia a lot. America created a coup in Ukraine, meldling into Russian interest which America does not allow another country to do same to her. The thing is simple, America wants to be the only ruler of the world. Russia had no problem with that ever but pls, don't come close to eastern Europe. That lies our interests. But America sees Russia and China as a growing force that can challenge their global power. They started long term plan to weaken Russia, the next country to weaken is china. It is pure wickedness to be this greedy like America. No be today, Russia has vowed not to return any land seized from Ukraine. America fights war too with support from UK, France, and their likes. No issue if Russia gets support from north Korea as well. Most America wars are fought with the support from her allies. Russia has started building allies and their allies supporting them is not a crime. Not a sign of weakness. America does not fight alone. Russia has gained territories. U see, Russia fought this war with heavy sanctions America really wanted to cripple Russia. Unfortunately, Russia stood till date. It is tough to fight a war while under heavy sanctions and Ur assets seized. I love what the Russian did. This new weapon won't change anything. Absolutely nothing..Russia too can escalate. I mean, they can and will do. |

LandMann: You made some false conclusions which are wrong.
You're judging all Nigerians who desire to japa from your perspective of being successful as a software developer who can earn big bucks and get a comfortable life.
Not all Nigerians can get to such level of success.
A society is measured by how much opportunity it gives to everyone irrespective of tribe, religion, education and gender
Nigeria fails woefully and it's a less desirable country because of the lack of opportunity to EVERYONE irrespective of the factors I mentioned earlier.
A bricklayer in Nigeria can work all his life building homes for people but will still die poor or retire poor by the time they're are 50-60.... If you see a bricklayer in Nigeria who was able to have his own house, it's most likely because he combined other jobs related to his profession, became a so-called "engineer" and short-changed a lot of clients, cutting corners, overcharging and stealing building materials.
What about a cleaner in Nigeria? A nanny in Nigeria? A teacher in Nigeria?
These people can do honest hardwork all their life in Nigeria but will end up poor because of how bad Nigeria is.
A nanny in Nigeria can work for 12-16 hours a day, 30 days a month, and still earn less than N50k a month with zero savings and huge debt to cover some expenses. However, a nanny in UK, doing same job, doing multiple shifts, nights or day, but still doing 12-16 hours a day and 24 days a month will earn over 4 to 5 million naira monthly equivalent, cover their expenses and have enough savings to retire early and live a comfortable life or fund any project they dream of.
What about the teachers who pass on the knowledge required to build and develop the society from the primary to secondary to tertiary level, all hardworking and honest people, how much are they paid for their effort in Nigeria compared to the cost of living compared to teachers in UK, Canada and USA?
No one is spared from the menace bad leadership poses to all Nigerians. Not even doctors, university lecturers and software developers like you... I'm sure you have heard of ASUU and Doctors strike year in year out across Nigeria due to simple poor welfare package and treatment from the government.
Even you, I'm sure everyday you pray that you don't get stopped and shot by corrupt Nigerian policemen who want to extort you thinking you are a yahoo boy because in their mind, only yahooboys and criminals can have enough money to afford certain cars and look good in Nigeria.
In summary, Nigeria does not value its labour force. Nigeria encourages and breeds corruption. UK and Canada have over the last 10 years continuously poached on the best brains in Nigeria... They make it easy for teachers, doctors, engineers and skilled artisans to migrate to their country to come work and get rewarded for their effort while Nigeria's useless and corrupt government looks on because they're too busy looting the country's resources and looking for ways to hide it.
When all of the best brains leave Nigeria, who'll be left to develop Nigeria?
Even you, if you have the opportunity to work for a Nigerian company vs USA, UK or Canada country as a software developer, you'll easily prefer to work for USA UK and Canada company because they'll pay you better and with that you can afford to live a good life.
Unfortunately, it's not all jobs and skills that can be done or offered remotely like yours. This is why most Nigerians who don't have such skills that cannot be offered remotely migrate to countries where they can offer their services and get paid a true and fair value for their effort, irrespective of their tribe, religion, gender, age and educational level.
Every year in Nigeria some useless people will organise big brother naija show to promote immoral culture and reward the winner with millions for doing nothing reasonable aside promoting porn and immorality... meanwhile first class graduates are given few textbooks and some change, if any, for studying and getting good grades. Instead of government to step in and assimilate these people into the civil service and train and pay them well so they can contribute to Nigeria's growth, they live them to their fate.
Foreign countries offer full scholarship to these graduates and they run away from Nigeria to go better their life. Who loses in the end? While I am not a fan of Nigeria and I have said it many times, running away means that we are cowards. The society we run to, people built them, right? Imagine if they all ran away back then? This is why I love Trump. He has said it, go home and fix your countries. some of u will support useless politicians becus of tribe and run away and be in the UK and be supporting rubbish. I hope they keep maltreating Nigerians shaa until we learn to have sense. |

LandMann: There are foolish people everywhere, even in the USA.
If one has the opportunity to go to a cheap community college to obtain education but instead goes to a posh expensive university and stacks ip huge debt then that person is stupid, and there are tons of people who do that in the US and end up complaining about student debt.
Again, there are those who feel too big to do certain jobs after graduating from expensive posh universities and stacking up student debt. These class of people take the opportunity they have for granted and so become loafers and complainers instead of being hardworking and goal oriented so they can quickly clear whatever debt they have and get on with life.
For every one American who complains about student debt, there are 10 more Americans who took advantage of it to build a good comfortable life. They just don't make the news cos theirs is not "bad" news.
If you feel your corruption infested malfunctioning country Nigeria is better than western countries like USA, Canada, UK, Germany, etc, by all means enjoy the country. Let those who want to better their life in an environment that promotes competence and hardwork instead of nepotism and tribalism do so. And when they announce their achievement, don't get envious and bitter. It's their life, not yours. Oga, calm down. I am not a fan of Nigeria. But the right info needs to be passed abeg. I am a software developer and I am fine. I have friends in the UK too and I know how they work. I dont have such energy for such a life style. And I wish every body well. I am not a fan of Nigeria. But my problem is how many Nigerians make it look like that is the only option left for humanity, that is traveling to abroad. Paint the right picture pls. No matter where u are, if u are not ready to work and offer real value, u wont make money. If u earn salary here too, especially, from 500k and above, there are loan options for u scattered everywhere. How can someone in the UK for three years now, be doing 5 nights shift in a week? That is terrible. No matter the amount of money paid, that is terrible. I have 7 friends in the UK. I know how they work. They didnt work like that when they were in Nigeria o. I am not a fan of Nigeria. My comment history here can attest to that. But the right info should be passed. I am among those who feel too big to do certain jobs. I didnt come to this life to do any type of job so that i can make all the money in this life and impress who? That is the reality of many Nigerians and that is why they go abroad to do any type of jobs, including double shifts, just to gather all the money on earth and impress those at home. Well, those who can, I wish them well. The citizens of those countries dont do that as well. I see their citizens lament as well, my job exposes me to them a lot and we talk regularly. |

LandMann: Even if it's mortgage and loan it's not a problem cos interest is low at around 6-9% and he can easily repay it with a stable job
Compare that to Nigeria where interest rate is over 33% and you can't even get a reasonable loan cos you're most likely in a shitty job or "contract" job that a stupid yoruba president brought to Nigeria. What about mortgage in Nigeria? No go area for any working class unless you're stealing from your company, committing fraud or crime to augment your shitty salary.
If someone tells you Nigeria is a completely useless country because of its leaders, don't argue it, even if you're in a privileged position.
It's when majority of citizens in a country are living well and happy that's when you have a functioning society Why are people lamenting of student loans in the US, then? I have a client whom I build software for in the US. He is a pure American and he has program designed to descourage people from obtaining loans for studies and cars. |

Russia normally isn’t interested in policing the world but really have to act against those imperialists Exactly what I wrote here sometime ago. Russia wasnt inteersted in the world police. They just want their interest and resources respected in eastern Europe. US and her allies can go and do whatever they like around the world, Russia wasnt interested. But the very wicked US wanted to break russia further into samller nations and or a very weak and unstable large country. Unfortunaley, Russia had to fight. And I am proud of them for this. Many have died on both sides. What pains me is that America hasnt lost much people due to the fact that the war is on a neutral ground and arent involved directly. America is a very wicked and deadly country. Only very, very smart people can understand how America works. America knows how to make others to see u as evil while they are seen as saints. Only very few humans can understand this. America loves to cause chaos outside their home lands. Their citizens have never experienced real time external war within their lands. but they all line up with their scapegoats instaed of taking responsiblity for not feilding the right candidate or reading the room properly
They say Harris lost because America will not vote for a woman, some say it was because of white males. They seemed to ignore when Blacks (female and male) who are traditionally democrats started openly coming out against Kamal and in support of Trump. The signs were there already. Similarly, you split an opposition party into 3 factions and somehow it is INEC's fault.
Kamal did not lose because she is black or because she is a woman, obi did not lose because he is Ibo. They both lost because they are unelectable. She is the wrong female and he is the wrong ibo. All these ones u said now, did it remove the fact that Naija election is wack? or do we want to pretend? SlavaUkraini: Mr know know know....
The Colonial masters are not your problem.
Hong Kong and Singapore were also Colonized
Even America was Colonized with different territories joined together
They are better off...
So Mr know know...
What is the difference....The answer is simple...
The Black Man has a Black wicked heart that they cannot use to invent anything good...
They can fly to the Coven but cannot build an Aircraft because of the wickedness in their hearts..
The white man also flies to their coven but have conquered the moon and are now about to Colonize Mars. I am happy that you are black too and you are useless, too. |
