Under Mr Buhari, ASUU went on strike for 8 months. The man did not bat an eyelid and refused to pay their salary during the 8 months. Nobody begged ASUU before they returned to work and even after going back to work, Mr Buhari still refused to pay them.

The current President generously paid 4 months out of the 8 months despite the fact that under the 'no work, no pay' rule applied by Mr Buhari, they were not entitled to the 8 months salary.

The current government has also settled the minimum wage with NLC.

Yet, every little thing, the NLC threatens to shut the country down.

Could they try this under Mr Buhari. Absolutely not.

So, I am glad to setup a small tech training center in Ibadan. You see, my journey has been nothing but inspiring. After I graduated as a Mass Communication student from the university, I wanted something better for my self. Jobs that were coming then were low paying jobs. All efforts to secure jobs in the Police, Immigration and custom all failed due to naija factor. The high paying private sector was also bad. I was always sleeping at the job section on nairaland. Omo, life was just blank then.

Any ways, I started learning animation, struggled with no direction, no mentor and when I eventually learnt it a bit, I started the freelancing thing. It was such a bad market for me that out of anger, I wanted to close my freelancing account then.
Family was in crises, everything was just upside down and that was like 5 years ago. Any ways, I went further to learn freelancing properly and started seeing some results.
It was nice that I started living a bit of better life and everything started changing. I could now afford basic luxury and I was happier because I built this career from scratch.
I wanted more and coding was the only thing in tech that could give me what I wanted, I enrolled into a coding school and learnt a bit but they didnt really teach me anything useful. Infact, I couldnt build any functional app after their training. But since I already have experience freelancing and the internet world which I gained from offering animation services for 3 years, I continued to dig deeper to learn coding.
Well, I eventually learnt coding and started building real world application using Javascript. I became a fullstack developer and I was excited.

They have abandoned our educational system.
Like this, no single sector is working in Nigeria because we have people like U who defend politicians and install fear on the masses.

Here is the solution. The country is extremely big just like the USA. So, the best is to run it in smaller units either regional or states.
Then these regions/states can make their own border laws which U must meet before U move in. For example if they ban open grazing, they need the security arm to execute it. Unfortunately, states don't have it.
States are powerless and have no control over their borders.
Those in the national assembly know this but they won't fix it becus they are the owners of the cows that these herdsmen move around with. That is what we call selfishness. How do U get them to do the right thing? By endless protest and occupying their space. Humans only understand force.
If 1 million Nigerians match and demand an end to this madness for 7 days non stop, govt will act.
U can't keep killing souls across the country. This was the major reason food commodities because expensive because farms are scared of their farmlands and their products destroyed.
Ban open grazing completely, buy lands if U want to rear cow and build ranches.
If U need loans for it, take loans like every other person do. There is no special treatment for U as herdsmen.
Moreover these herdsmen don't own these cows. They rare these cows for rich and wealthy Nigerians. They will never do the right thing because their businesses interest is their first priority.
