Ahahah, this is very relatable, I will ask myself shey na work we come do or chop and flex,Seriously they work smart and play hard, we have been watching all World Cup matches in the office , if you see our kitchen with food, fruits and edibles, I will just be thinking and crying silently of my working experience in Nigeria, Every Thursdays is Drink night at my office too, Fridays for bonding night, we chose an activity we do which can be indoor or outdoor, Last Friday was Axe Throwing which I never did in my life, we ended up in a club, I had to run home to meet my family, we spent not less than 800£, Sometimes I wonder they make profit with all of their expenses.

HornyTave:
Cassava farming is the hot cake right now. a basin is currently 15k in my location ( Benin ), I did like 4 acres this year before leaving for Lagos. lol. by next year I plan on doing 8 to 10 acres. to my experience, the best time to plant cassava is after August break, you won't clear much And cassava is much resistant to drought. if you like big tubers, give enough space in your farm, if you like tiny tiny tubers, plant closely. the stress in cassava is the processing lol. that shit should be done by prisoners but hey, I'm a prisoner of money so I'll do it. lol. nice harvest man, on paper it's easy, na who don go know wetn he see.

There is this thing that makes me feel bad about Igbo bride price
All those who never helped you
All those uncle who passed without giving you food when you are hungry will just open their eyes to benefit from it
Meanwhile this is the reason guys beat their wives knowing truly they bought them with money and would refuse to help their in-laws when required

Dear sorry for what you are passing through one issue is that we use mat number which doe not not bear departmental code rather year of admission and other digit number eg 11/2088 which can clash with someone in another department but you did not get ur matric number right at first we all passed through similar cases thank God we escaped it if you are a lady it would have been easy for you but dear I know many of my lectures even HOD that said to some students as long as they are in that school the would make sure you don't graduate this case happened sometime in my department the morning the other lecturers were to deliberate on her behalf the man has already died a night before then all I urge you is to pray hard the spirit for that place plenty and another is if you have wronged any lecturer or taken his girlfriend from him just go and start begging him our HODs are just like that so its not a new story

NYSC / Re: Ogun Corpers Let's Meet Here (batch B, Stream II) by princedegreat(m): 3:16pm On Jan 26, 2017
*OPEN LETTER TO NYSC, ACCESS BANK AND CONCERNED CITIZENS.*

(From an Aggrieved NYSC Corps Member)

I am a Batch B, Stream 1 NYSC Corps member currently serving in Ogun State. I wish to write of the exploitation, shady deals and inconvenience NYSC Ogun state and Access Bank are putting us through.

During registration in Camp-Sagamu, we were told to compulsorily open a new account with Access Bank (the only bank that came to camp). And just like everybody else I did, despite informing the Access Bank staffs that I was operating an Access Bank account already. (I would leave the bad attitude, gum-chewing and gossip engrossed response of the staff for another day).

Some days to the camp, we saw alerts for our 'allowee' - 19,800 naira. Only to realise later that 1,300naira was deducted for ATM Card without an alert from them. This was the first sign of exploitation and fraudulence. Why?
- an ATM Card is charged for 1000 naira, Where did the additional 300 naira come from? Whose pocket did it go?
- why were we not duly alerted of the deduction?

So, camp closed and we all went back to our homes to prepare for proper PPA resumption. Only for some of us to receive SMS that transactions on our accounts have been stopped due to BVN and signature related issues. The inconveniences this caused left many of my mates stranded. All due to negligence of Access Bank staffs.

Furthermore, within the last 10 days, we have been bombarded with different types of charges, draining an already insufficient 19800 naira.
- Card maintenance fee: 1100 naira
- Monthly Admin processing fee: 105 naira
Postage stamp and others sef join.
Kilode?
Wetin dem dey maintain? After deducting 1300 naira?

State no pay, PPA no pay.....still on top 19800 we go chop, pay rent, transport, buy data, keep body together.
Allowee don finish before e enter sef.

Now the 19800 is being threatened by familiar foes.

As Corps Members, we expect the NYSC to push for discounted initiatives for us, not cut-throat instances we have now.

We appeal to NYSC and Access Bank management to free us from these shackles.

Our vow is in sun and rain.
Not in exploitation and corruption.

Our situation somehow reminds one of a passage

There is a tide in the affairs of men which,
taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life,
Is bound in shallows and miseries.
