Roman 5 vs 2-3 it says; therefore having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into His grace in which we stand and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

They are closely related looking at the verses above .

HOPE makes one to expect something spectacular to happen while FAITH gives us the assurance of the accomplishment.
The realization of one's HOPE is obtained through FAITH.

In conclusion; If we do not have faith our hope is lost, because what we hoped for won't be accomplished.
Faith stamps it all.

Vacating an apartment simply means that the landlord is free to rent it out to someone else since you ain't there.
