Have u ever seen a desperate guy who want to marry a lady by fire by force?
He is that lady's everyday nightmare.
Sometimes, u have to involve the elders to stop him from harassing you.

The worst is that they are very manipulative.

If they happen to be from the same village with you, all worst.

They will try to manipulate your parents through their family and friends, when they see that your family is the struggling type, they will introduce money.
Some are so arrogant they will go straight to your people with their elders without consulting you or even proposing first not to talk of u accepting their proposal.

As a young maiden, I saw it all. Some came to my school, sometimes especially during Christmas when u go home, u will wonder if father Christmas visited your house.
Is it gifts, they don't take rejection easily.

I had lots of suitors. If they were 10( trust me, I got more than that), 7 were very shocked I said no, then 5 started aggressive wooing using all manner of manipulations.

Most babes around me experience the same thing. It's worst when you enter higher institution. Get admission to study medicine, pharmacy or nursing and they will break your father's gate. U will get call from abroad( both genuine and fake abroaders )tire.

Most well to do men from my tribe don't accept rejection easily. It is a knockout on his image and they have this huge ego. And if you are wooing a girl for marriage, most times, your peers and family are aware of that.
So its a kind of challange and a hurdle they must cross by any means possible. What ladies dont know is that when such men finally nail you, you are simply a trophy at that particular moment to be discarded for another one.
When you say no,mean it and move on.


I hardly comment here buh I've to do so now.You're right to an extend because what some men especially rich men normally do is to go for the most valuable girl,that almost every man wants to marry(competition about marrying a particular girl,just to brag with it,via they win the race nii)and after sometimes, the lady will know that there's no love in the first place buh all is fallacy,to showcase that they are better than other men or to brag about winning the girl's heart to subdue to marriage and any girl that get trapped,certainly will regret it..

I once met this totally hot lady at a marriage function. Her name was FEYI (Can’t write her real name). When we first met, the chemical reaction was quick. I was still in my late teenage. As always, I was dressed to kill. She was like 5 years older to me. As it was a marriage function, everyone was dressed to their best.

When I met this lady, she smelt really good. May be it was her perfume. Her shoes where shining and her fabrics were made up of really expensive fabric. She looked like a perfect lady to me. She caught me staring at her and she approached me. Before we knew anything about each other, she was inside me. We went to a vacant room on the top of the marriage hall to do our really silly thing.

But to my surprise, FEYI was not as perfect as her clothes were. She was kind of rude and really strange. She had really strange habits and demands. Within few minutes in bed, he started making really strange demands. When the things were going out of my hands, I just told her that we are not here to do exercise.

My “angel” was turning into my worst nightmare. She made me do really strange things and sucked all the life out of me that night. I just went to sleep then and there. When i woke up, she was gone. I was still naked and the door was wide open. I was furious. How could she leave me alone and naked?

I quickly got dressed and went back to my room. I was sharing my room with one of my cousin sister. Just when I was changing my clothes to my night robe, my sister just screamed and asked me what’s wrong with me? I was shocked and asked her what happened? She told me to look at my back in a mirror. That’s when I noticed that the b***ta*d had drawn some cartoons on my back. She even wrote her name and marked an arrow towards my bottom stating “FEYI was here”. It was heartbreaking and embarrassing. I told my cousin that I lost a bet and asked her to help me get rid of it. Clearly she understood what had really happened and also noticed my tears.

Lesson Learnt : Never Judge any one based on their looks

EDIT 1: Just wanted to make one thing clear. All that glitters is not gold. Even I had the same thought - of using her for a night and dump her. I wasn’t going to have a long lasting relationship or anything with her. Cuz I was aware she is way beyond my reach. So in reality, I was just using her and she was using me. We understood that. What just pissed me off was what she did after we used each other. I am clearing this up because I don’t need pity from anyone.

I just want to know if anyone (particularly guys) has given her girlfriend a second chance when she cheated.

My fiancée that I intend to marry cheated behind my back two months ago. Though, I didn't catch her red handed but she confessed to me because of the mess she put herself into. According to her, She was trying to play game with someone she met two months ago just to get money from the the guy. At the process, she got carried away and had sex with the guy twice without protection. She confessed to me because she became pregnant and she knew I wasn't the one responsible for her pregnancy because I used protection all the time after our first experience. I was mad at her and I had to end the relationship in the presence of her parents. Though, she has terminated the pregnancy and was begging me to forgive her.

I forgave her three weeks ago so as to move on but it was so hard because I love her so much and I have nurture our relationship for three years. Before I forgave her, we both had one on one conversation because I wanted to know the reasons behind her cheating. All she said was to play game with the guy and got carried away by mistake. This is someone I provide for all I needs, care for her 100%, helped her parents with finance, go any length for her just to make her happy. I gave her money for upkeep every month and the money i give her every month is not up to the money she collected from the guy within those two month she messed around. In fact, She doesn't lack anything with me because she knows I'm not a thousandnaire and I also Bleep her well that she tells me how tired she was each time we had sex.

I gave her another chance because I love her so much and this is the first time she will ever cheat on me. I set rules (Do's and Don't) this time around I know no one is perfect and I have also cheated behind her back with several ladies (fling and call girls) in which she doesn't know about but I always used protection with these ladies back then.

Guys, can you give your girlfriend or fiancée another chance to prove herself right knowing fully well that trust has been broken?

I know guys are polygamous in nature and guys cheat for pleasure but a cheating girlfriend/fiancée/wife is unacceptable especially when you have the intention to marry her.

Nigerian army have been killing and decimating BH since Buhari came in, reason why BH has been confined to a few locality in Borno and Yobe. If Buhari had to turn up for every single operations to boost morale, would he have time to do any other thing?

You people are not willing to give the Nigerian army all the praise they deserve, but I appreciate their commitments and dedications.

Boko haram hasn't been able to successfully attack any major Nigerian city since Buhari became President. They can only attack villages with less than 500 inhabitants and also lay ambush for soldiers traveling through some highways.

Whether anyone is willing to agree or not, Buhari's government has decimated BH to a large extent and the people of the North East recognized that fact, reason why they turned out in large numbers to re elect him for a second term.
