You are still not getting it. Buhari removed subsidy just before he handed over. For Tinubu to bring it back, he would have to include it in the 2024 budget, present it to a joint session of National Assembly, and needs it to go for Senate readings and approval. Subsidy is not like a light switch that you turn on and off.

If you are arguing for him to bring it back, then I can understand.

So why did he not do it?

Buhari paid all through his 8 years and decided to open for pay the 6 months in 2023 he's to serve as the president.
