CSTRR:When educated and exposed people talk, this is how they sound. Majority of those flying to London, which is the route causing this brouhaha are Yorubas. When Airpeace caused such massive price slash, where a single ticket got reduced by as much as 2 million, who benefits? It’s them, yet bigotry won’t allow some of them understand what is at stake here. All they’re seeing is omo Igbo and the bigotry in them is already running on default. Those travelers can easily spend that money on their relatives in Nigeria instead of dashing it to foreign airlines. Nigeria will save millions of dollars and naira will appreciate further, yet these enemies of Nigeria can’t even see it. Spit! |
Nuzo1:Lol, those guys are driven by primitive hate and bigotry, and incidentally they’re always from SW. Just two posts below yours, another one called seunmsg is already making a comparison between Airpeace and Arik, while hoping that Airpeace will suffer same faith like Arik. These guys are the most unpatriotic and minded bigots ever. Any country with people that has such redundant mindset never develops. It’s so disgusting and irritating reading their senseless and bigotry driven posts. |
This troll is always fast to type rubbish on every thread. Imagine how he even blamed Air peace in a derogatory way for causing price slash. Is this guy normal at all? Airpeace is currently saving Nigeria millions of dollars that would have gone on capital flight to foreign countries and worsen the exchange rate. He is saving Nigerian travelers millions of naira on an individual basis but this thing couldn’t appreciate all that, instead he blames Airpeace. Something is seriously wrong with you guys from that side of Nigeria. Bitter and hateful souls. helinues: |
Nigeria is indeed a place where evil triumphs over good. Since Tinubu took over government, he has continued to unleash one terrible policy after another, and he seems to be targeting poor and average income Nigerians. The latest poison now is the demonic new power tariffs. Nigeria currently has about the most expensive power tariffs in West Africa! Instead of seeking ways to build power plants and raise power generation from the meager 5000 megawatts, Tinubu decided to raise tariffs so high, so that the already poor and struggling masses will be left with no option than to switch off and stay without it, while only the rich who can pay enjoys it, then he will turn around and claim to have solved power power problem. Their wicked calculation is to make power so expensive that only a fraction of Nigerians can afford it, while majority voluntarily switches off. Then, with the 5% of Nigerians than can afford the expensive tariff, they will say that Nigeria now has 24/7 power supply 😩😩 classic robbing Peter to pay Paul. Everything needed to produce relatively affordable and constant electricity is available in Nigeria. There is enough hydro resources, excessive gas to the extent they still flare and waste it till today. Excessive sunlight. Enough oil and coal etc. instead of Tinubu to brainstorm or do peer review with Egypt to understand how they were able to generate massive power supply within a very short time, he decided to use the easy way out. They’re now bamboozling Nigerians with tales about how electricity is never cheap and bla bla bla. When they removed subsidy on fuel, they quickly did a comparative analysis with what poor, landlocked and non oil producing African countries were paying for fuel just to justify it. But now they have refused to do a comparative analysis with how much other African countries, even without huge gas, oil and hydro resources are paying. Why? Because they know their wickedness will be exposed. Anyways, I don’t really blame them, I blame the suffering ones that are busy defending them due to primitive tribalism or personal interests. How would small businesses survive? Not providing power supply and making it inaccessible via cost, what’s the difference? Nigerians will continue to suffer needlessly until they decide to wake up!!! |
PointZerom:That was the worst and most disgusting heist ever committed in Africa. How on Earth can one explain it? Till today, I find it shocking that such could happen in these modern times. If what the rogue called Yakubu did was in places where rule of law is applied, he would either be serving life in jail or awaiting execution. May that bastard never have peace all his life, including the wasted generation of fools supporting that heinous criminality. |
You will never see zoo republic in such good governance rankings. Expect to see it ranked among the worst 5 where it would be among other worthless countries like Haiti, Congo and the rest. Look at Senegal up there, then consider how they organized their elections which was very peaceful, free and fair. Now compare to zoo republic where a criminal and former drug lord snatched the election and ran away with it in connivance with the rogue institution called INEC. Spit!!! |
Maysdevices:Lol, your level of reasoning is so basic and shows extreme lack of exposure. Firstly, go and ask those in the know about Adenuga’s relationship with former military rulers. What about Alakija, the so-called richest Nigerian woman? Are you also ignorant about how she acquired her riches? Otedola nko? Anyways, it’s obvious you’re a kid or a totally uninformed adult who lived a passive life in total ignorance. You even glorify these men like they’re gods, lol. Another pointer to your lack of intelligence and exposure. A young French citizen slapped the president of France publicly because he was angry at his governance. But your type will jump on the streets hailing Tinubu when you see his 100-car convoy driving. Maybe, one day you will be able to leave Nigeria and experience how life could be in sane places instead of this sort of animal kingdom hobbessian existence you’ve known since birth. |
Rolings:Typical Blackman, the type commonly found in places like Nigeria, Haiti, Liberia and Congo. They don’t mind cornering the wealth meant for an entire province only to bury it in a pit. They’re so primitive in reasoning that normal people get baffled just seeing their thought process. Normal humans with high IQ always demand for common good, but the primitive ones only want themselves to be in wealth while enjoying everyone else’s misery. SMH. |
LOVEALAIGBO:I absolutely agree with you. The country has no hope and no future. I have given up as well, just that sometimes, I feel pity for the helpless and hapless citizens who did no wrong but has been overran by these despicable hordes of primitive barbarians supported the drug lord. |
helinues:Unfortunately, the savages and barbarian hordes were too many for the sane ones to deal with. My prayer is that all those that supported Buhari and those now supporting Tinubu will never leave this country. If they apply for visa, may it rejected. If they succeed to get, may that country never favour them. |
Ofodirinwa:Yes, it’s getting better everyday same way a frog gets better in a boiling water. China, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam etc are moving millions out of poverty continuously while in Nigeria, millions are being moved into poverty. Yes, Nigeria is getting better. |
helinues:I, and those who think like me are the real humans. We kept warning you guys about the disaster called Buhari but you never listened because of crumbs. For 8 years, you supported a redundant old man who had nothing to offer. If you guys are normal objective human beings, you will be in sober reflection now. But no, you have jumped onto another disaster and is supporting him again while he destroys Nigeria. I really feel pity for the innocent Nigerians who can’t do anything about these barbarian hordes. They only watch helplessly while their future and generations are wasted. |
I only pity the few sane Nigerians who are suffering because of these cruel ones who are ready to sell their parents for crumbs. I always wonder the sort of upbringing they were given that made them turn out this way. |
Lol, the drug lord has unleashed his troll farm on me and they’re all barking like hungry ekuke dogs😂 Make una continue deceiving yourselves because of crumbs. Your children will still meet a decayed country. All of you ranting here supported Buhari for 8 years, today you condemn him for destroying the economy. Again, you’re supporting another crook. When will you all wake up? Will it be in the grave ![]() ! |
raskymonojendor:SS, SE and some other parts of Nigeria never supported Buhari. It was mainly those from NW, NE and yoruba Muslims that supported him. All these happened just recently, do you still want to deny and rewrite history like you guys always do? |
Hahaha, by their comments you shall know them. The first three people were staunch Buhari supporters during those terrible 8 years. Today, they’re blaming the same man they supported for 8 years while shifting their support to Tinubu. Look no further, the trouble with Nigeria are characters like these. |
Something is terribly wrong with the mindset of Nigerians and that’s why we have remained poor and underdeveloped. For 8 years, Northerners supported Buhari, even when he was destroying Nigeria. The redundant old man was busy building a railway to Niger republic with borrowed Chinese loans. At the same time, his ministers were embezzling billions and committing all manner of frauds but Buhari’s supporters kept cheering him. Anyone that tries to criticize Buhari for his stupid policies and acts were immediately attacked and called ”Igbo”. 8 years after, the same Northerners and their supporters from the SW are now condemning Buhari and saying he destroyed our economy. You then ask, were they blind for 8 years? Yes, they were blinded by bigotry, primitive tribalism and low IQ. What did the average Northerner benefit from Buhari’s maladministration? Absolutely nothing but they were ready to fight and die for him during those 8 years he was destroying their destiny. Today again, history is repeating itself. Tinubu is impoverishing our economy and leading millions into poverty while many of his tribal people are busy cheering him on. Many are starving, destitute, and hopeless yet they keep supporting him. Fast forward to 8 years from now, and these same people will be the ones to condemn him. Do you still have hope in Nigeria? Do you think the country will ever develop like this? |
KGBKremlin:You reason and talk like an uneducated child. Your ancestors and parents who know better fought for 3 years and some of them perished trying to bring Igbos back when they left Nigeria. Even today, many Igbos want out of Nigeria while most Nigerians don’t want them to go. Your opinion as an ignorant child is an unpopular one. You claimed to come from Delta, yet in your ignorance you forgot that Igbos are indigenous to Delta state and other parts of Niger delta. Is there any ethnicity called Delta? You have to be smart to successfully impersonate, yoruba boy. You better leave Nairaland and go back to school otherwise you won’t amount to anything in life. |
ebufa:Four things that make a country look very third world and unkept are: 1. Open gutters. 2. Lack of constant power supply. 3. Unpaved frontages. 4. Bad/dirth roads inside cities. It won’t cost much for the government to enforce the use of interlocking tiles on all frontages facing the major roads. That’s how it is even in other developing countries. How much would it cost to plant flowers and trees, and maintain them like in other progressive developing countries? These governors travel to all these places constantly yet they never think it’s necessary to replicate them here. Are we too wretched to enjoy even basic things people in other developing countries now take for granted? |
viccy12:I think the political disenfranchisement Igbos are suffering in Nigeria is due to their extreme clannishness. Everyone is against you in your country, yet you’re also against yourselves and you think you will survive? Continue deceiving yourselves! I don’t even blame the peripheral Igbos for distancing themselves because all these unnecessary bad blood defeats the whole idea. What do we even have in Igboland that we can’t forge ahead and focus on common good? Should we have our country today, we will be among the least developed in Africa, in terms of infrastructure! All Igbos used to condemn Abia governors and the state of Aba for many years, the people of Abia State never took it personal. Today, they’re enjoying massive turnaround. But the moment any Igbo person criticizes Anambra governor or any city in Anambra, it becomes a war against brothers. Why? Imo state governors starting from Rochas were criticized massively by Igbos. The people never take it personal, instead they join in criticizing while hoping for a change. Anambra vs Abia. Anambra vs Imo. Anambra vs Ebonyi. Anambra vs Enugu. Believe me, if Anambra had huge oil resources and was at the periphery, they would still be acting like the ikwerre and others who deny their Igbo identity. Same way Anambra brings glory to Igbos in many fields, so also they bring disgrace in others. Same applies to other Igbo states, so I wonder why or what is causing all these. If Lagos were to be in Igboland, with this sort of mindset people are exhibiting here, I wonder how the relationship will be. I know some people will still quote me to say whatever they like but wisdom is profitable to direct. |
raskymonojendor:Stop deceiving yourself, 10x more has happened in Oyo, osun, Ogun and other South West states😂😂. Ebin pawa sufferheads😆 |
Lol, billionaires indeed. Crooks that connived with military and civilian rulers to corner the country’s resources are claiming billionaires. In other places, we see billionaires with patented techs, inventions or unique products to their names. People that made lives easier for everyone and got rich out of it. Not these crooks that stole the commonwealth and made the lives of 200 million people miserable. The funny thing is that, the same impoverished masses they made miserable would be here glorifying them out of ignorance and primitive tribalism. You all deserve the Hobbesian lives you’re living in that hellhole. |
Ozommadu:Honestly, if it’s ebin pa wa region this thing happened, no goat or grain will be left there after 10 minutes of the accident. Both the dead and living livestock would be carted away immediately for stomach infrastructure 😂 They attack moving trucks not to talk of the one that fell and got spilled😆😆 God will help them😂 |
tollyboy5:It’s from the same street but a little further apart. You can see that narrow two storey building in the distance. Aba is already enjoying constant electricity, but not all parts as Geometric is still in the process of connecting other parts of the city while distributing free prepaid meter. Any industry that isn’t already planning on having their production plant in Aba isn’t smart. |
Stuff that holier than thou attitude down your butthole. BTW, what makes you think you have more money than me or even assets? Come off your high horse poor man! I have likely bordered more flights in the last one month, both local and international than you’ve probably entered. Who doesn’t know the demonic bigotry you guys practice in that country? Just this Easter, some hoodlums attacked Ifesinachi bus going to East around Ijebu Ode, robbed all the passengers then set the luxury bus on fire. Why set a luxury bus on fire even after robbing all the passengers? Simple, because it belonged to an Igbo man. Some Yorubas in Lagos won’t even rent their house to some other Nigerians because of extreme hate and bigotry. Even Whites don’t treat illegal immigrants in their countries that way. You think you can come here and wax lyrical and sanctimonious when your heart is pure evil. Most of you from certain regions in that country don’t know you have mental disorders that push you into bigotry that’s even worse than racism. epainos: |
Lol, once again he wrote another piece of garbage, devoid of sense. It’s obvious you’re an unexposed and poorly educated juvenile. I’m currently working outside Nigeria as an expatriate, and I know in today’s world, there are lots of technocrats in every damn field. There is no position you won’t find more applicants than spaces! That Yoruba lady is fortunate to be employed by Allen Onyema. There are lots of others both Nigerians and foreigners who can do that role even much better than her! If she has potential or is in a position to be employed by a bigger company than Airpeace, she would not hesitate to move! So, she never got a better offer! I feel irritated when I see ignorant kids like you spewing nonsense on Nairaland. WizardOfNG: |
Transporting crude oil on the same roads that are already under heavy pressure? Won’t that cause the crude oil to become so expensive? Kai, Nigeria is such a totally dysfunctional country and completely rotten. Same pipelines that are used to transport crude oil in other places of the world can’t function in Nigeria!!! |
When foreign airlines or those owned by fellow northerners are involved in flight delays or similar disruptions, do these scumbags threaten them with lawsuits? I don’t blame them, I blame Airpeace that went to a route that isn’t even lucrative. Nonsense and ingredients! |
You wrote a lengthy piece of trash! So, you believe she is the only Nigerian or person who can handle the role? You don’t think there are many others, including Igbos or even foreigners who can do that work even better than her? Quick question, if Allen Onyema is a Yoruba man, with all these tribal bigotry Tinubu has made worse among you guys, would he employ an Igbo to be the top management staff in his company? Even if he mistakenly do, won’t Yorubas be so pissed off? SMH. WizardOfNG: |
