FamilyRe: Men In Marriage: How To Play The In-law Politics! by professore(m): 10:29pm On Oct 19, 2023
FreeStuffsNG:
Hahaha!Talk is cheap o.

The best thing is to run for your life and avoid marrying into horrible families. There's a cautionary Yoruba proverb that warns one never to dare having horrible in laws. It literally says it's even better to have a horrible wife (or husband) than to have horrible in laws!

Once you see a prospective in law experiencing a persistent strange, peculiar bad luck and sadness, apply one of the Robert Greene's 48 laws of power; avoid unfortunate and unhappy people.

No politics will save you or your marriage if you marry a son/daughter raised from a horrible family. In fact, you're doomed for ever!

Do not be deceived o. No two-way solution o, just flee! To avoid such trap, flee even before you get into such entanglement before you confuse your life with love. They will not stop until they destroy you!

Who wants to have innocent children who will have the misfortune of inheriting strong generational curses and ill winds? No one! Check my signature for free stuffs!
You are correct.

The life and historical account of Augustus Caesar shamed every atheist who never believed in the existence of Jesus

Man died when Jesus was just 4 years. Somewhere around 4 B.C to 6 C.E

If u believe in the historical account of Tacitus(A first century historian who wrote first on Augustus) and yet u dont believe his account on Jesus existence, then you're just being shallow and deliberately ignorant

FamilyRe: Should I Call Off My New Relationship Because Of This?? by professore(m): 9:37pm On Sep 14, 2023

"I am a Nigerian student living in Scotland, A Nigerian Christian guy got in touch with me via WhatsApp and asked for a relationship, saying he got my number off a church whatsapp group that I haven't been to for almost a year now. He said he's prayed about me and God has told him we are good to go. He is a student too.
I was single at the time and haven't been with a Christian brother before, so I decided to give it a chance. It's roughly 2 months and I am at the point where I want to quit.

We got talking on the platform and also through calls, about a week into our relationship/talking stage he asked me to come to his place and cook for him so he can have enough food for the coming week. I was surprised because we hadn't even seen each other at that at time. I told him I cannot, he made a big deal out of it and said stuff like it's not a big deal for me to do that as his wife to be. We got over that and arranged to see for the first time, he suggested my house and I said I don't feel comfortable with either of us seeing for the first time in our houses and we finally concluded on a Bugger King outlet which isn't far from my house. This didn't go well with him tho.

We met for the first time and talked, after that he said he wanted to know my place as it isn't far from Burger King. He came to my place and stayed in my bed till around past 10pm, he tried touching and kissing, I told him I wasn't comfortable and he needed to leave because of time. He got annoyed said his intentions was to stay over at my place, he already told his housemate he isn't coming back home and it's so late now to go back. I told him I cannot allow him sleep at my house for the first time we're meeting, I have a small single bed and you intentionally didn't even say you'd sleep over before. He grudgingly left and dropped 3 packs of youghurt and a bag of unfried chips which I later discovered where all expired at the time he dropped them.

I told him about it and he made a mess out of the situation. He attends a pentecostal church and critisizes other churches, he doesn't really believe in adult taking responsibility for their actions as the devil is most likely responsible for everything, we simply have to pray against the devil.
He's asked for sex multiple times in less than 1 month, I stopped talking to him one time for about 2 weeks and we picked up again. He said he doesn't have to penetrate, we can do every other things to satisfy our flesh. He said doing all that with him is the proof of my love for him which I have strongly disagreed. Sex isn't a prove of love, we are adults and can have protected sex with anyone without loving them.
The only single thing I enjoy about him is that we communicate well, he talks a lot too and that makes our communication half argument, he finds fault in any little thing and blows it out of proportion. I have told him I don't have strength for argument in marriage since we won't be arguing over minute things that get him pissed off now.

Both of us have been getting multiple 12 hours night shifts from work and two nights ago, he asked me what he was going to eat when he gets home the following morning, I knew he was up to something. I told him I can't say, we don't live together and I don't know what you currently have at home. I suggested he buys bread on his way back home. He then asked me to cook for him to eat the following morning, I sincerely let him know I have no soup or stew myself. His response changed and he later called me on same subject, citing how I don't care enough about him to be concerned about how he is gonna eat since he's been working few nights now, he compared himself to a married man that always brings food to work at his workplace. Even gave the guy his phone to talk to me, that one too said I should do things in my power to make my man happy.

I tried to make him understand he isn't married and it might be difficult to enjoy what his married frnd is enjoying. Youve never bought me foodstuff, you haven't worked before and sent me 50 pounds or less for groceries, we are both working night shifts and I sort my own food, why are you angry I can't make out time out of my rest period to come cook at your house to stuck your fridge?

I have been in relationship where I cooked, I personally enjoy cooking, but I have never been with a man that feels to entitled to me doing that for him. He says I'm supposed to be the one cooking for him. He also believes in women abroad sharing bills, but he is too traditional to share house chores"
Dear,

1. He may be interested in marrying you

2. He may not be interested in marrying you (more likely)

3. Assuming he wants to marry you, are you interested in marrying someone like him? If the answer is no, let him go.

I created this account so as to give practical steps to break into the Poultry Industry in Nigeria. I have seen posts/ threads about poultry production here on Nairaland, but I am yet to see threads that have given hands-on practical approach on how you can raise poultry birds- Broilers, layers and others, without fear of losing your money.

This thread will be updated from time to time. It will be some kind of place where you, as a budding farmer or someone who wants to take a chance in this industry, can go to, to get a tip or two, so as to be on track in whatever activity you are engaged in.

It will be a mixture of Practical as well as Theoritical Steps to keep you in the game.

My name is TheFarmer1. I have been in the poultry business for about 4 years and i am more than willing to give you what you need to succeed in this endeavor.
what is the least capital one can invest in this business with? Thank you.

As someone who's had 2 kids born through C-section (ọmọ, I pity my wife meeeehn!) I can tell you it's a traumatic experience for the woman and her husband.

Still, it's a safe method of delivery if pre-planned and executed well, because the process is controlled with little unknowns lurking in the weeds.

That PUSH! PUSH!! PUUUUSSSH! ehn?

I don't even know which is more strenuous for the woman sef. The CS hurts for longer and can have greater risk of issues like infection of the surgery site, but, like I said, if planned and done well, it's not bad.

My wife was already quarrelling with me a week after our first was born.

I was driving her and the baby home after they were discharged from hospital. She was vexing at my driving! grin

I was frowning at the wheel, but laughing and jumping for joy on the inside.

She and I have been through a lot over the years.....I love her more than before.
God bless you for loving your wife. I like men who love their wives.

RomanceRe: 8 Mistakes Of Many Men In Marriage by professore(m): 12:53pm On Sep 03, 2023
LoveUdie:
Pastor Bisi Adewale

Lots of Men are making mistakes in their Marriages, this is making life difficult for their wives and Children. We need to examine this and tutor all Men to behave better.

Here, I will be exposing 8 Mistakes of Many Men in Marriage:

1) SLAVE-WIFE MENTALITY: It’s not funny to know that lots of Men see women as slave, servants or something close to that. They believe women are good for nothing but sex, baby making, house chores and cooking. They operate with that kind of mentality with their wives. Many believe a wife should only be seen not heard, it’s really funny the way some men treats heir wives.

2) PUTTING FAMILY OVER WIVES:
Lots of African Men are fond of this, they put their extended family first, they even make their wives to slave for their extended family members. Some beat or even divorce their wives because of their siblings. This is totally wrong. It’s madness to allow your family Members who are in their own Marriage to destroy yours, it’s high level of foolishness to allow your siblings to take over your marriage.

3) SPERM DONOR MENTALITY: Lots of men are more-or-less sperm donors in their marriages, apart from getting tingling their wives pregnant they have no other roles in Child bearing and rearing. Whenever babies cries, It’s very common to hear Nigerian men saying, come and carry your baby, don’t you hear your baby is crying?,most of the time only women attends Children parties in School, only mothers attend PTA meetings and many other events in School, Men thinks they are too busy to do that what a mistake?

4) CLASS TEACHER ATTITUDE: Lots of Men believes their wives have nothing to offer, they believe they are wiser, stronger and better than their wives. So they develop Class teacher mentality, whereby they are only ready to teach, lecture and tutor their wives. To them their wives should not advise them. This is very wrong, God planted your wife into your life to complete you, if you don’t listen to her you are missing a lot.

5) LIVE AND EAT ATTITUDE: This is another bad attitude of many men. They believe their duty at home is to eat, watch Television and sleep. Anything in the management of the house does not concern them. They believe only women should cook, boil, clean the house watch the plates, fetch water bath the Children and dress them up, this is another very funny lifestyle of many men, they should please note that this is 21st century and improve.

6) WIFE BATTERING: In some part of Nigeria wife battering is seen as a norm, so many men are in this habit, some women where maim or even killed in the process. I wonder what kind of Man will beat a woman he promised to love, care and cherished if not an animal-like man, wife battering is barbaric and should be condemned by all.

7) MEN-SEX MENTALITY: Lots of men also believe sex is for men, women should not enjoy it, so they approach their wives with horse rider mindset, they have no plan to make their wives enjoy sex but to do their thing, enjoy themselves and go their way, this is very unwise and unkind to women.

cool CAT MOUSE SEX ATTITUDE: With Men-sex mentality most Men develop what is known as Cat-Mouse attitude towards sex. They grab their Wives the way Cat does grab mouse and begin to sleep with them, no romance, no pre-intimacy, no good or kind words, no mind for the ladies they are sleeping with, it is very unfair.

Men should wake up to the reality of modern life and improve their relational ability at home, loving and be loving and caring thereby becoming better husbands and fathers.

You will not fail in marriage in Jesus name
nice

CareerRe: My Friend's Mother Suspended Her From Her Company For Fighting Her Staff by professore(m): 2:09pm On Aug 31, 2023
IconicR:
Nairalanders please is it fair for a mother to suspend her own daughter for fighting her staff?

My friend's mother owns a large company with lots of staff, so she recently completed her nysc program and waiting to be called up for a job so she had to put up at her mum's company as an intern and she was doing her job well to see things done.

Most of the staff do not like to take instructions from her and this has resulted to altercations with most of them, they keep reporting to her mum till a meeting was finally called.

The staff seems to have connived against her and without even bothering to hear her side of the story her mum said she knows what she can do and she won't allow her to cause problems in her company, so she immediately suspended her and ask her to leave and go home.

The staff were happy with this judgement and some made some snide remarks while she was leaving.

This thing has really troubled her recently and she's thinking maybe her mom doesn't like her as she stated that if it were her brother she won't give such judgement.

Was she wrong in trying to put things in order which resulted to most of those fights with the staff?

Was the mum right to have passed such kind of judgement before her staff ?

My friend's mom told her to go resume next week on the condition that she'll behave well but my friend told her mum she's not stepping foot in her company again.

Nairalanders please without being biased who is at fault here?
My baby, don't worry we will start our own company.
