Romance › Re: ● 6 Things You Should Never Tell Everyone ● by professore(m): 1:48pm On May 27, 2023 |
Hamachi: ● 6 things you should never tell everyone ●
I have come to realize that some of the problems we are facing in life all started from, sharing too much information with others, which came back to hurt us.
If you want to live a fulfilled life, here are six things I think, you should never tell people:
● Your deepest fears and insecurities:
These are private matters that should only be shared with someone you trust completely. Telling others can leave you feeling vulnerable and exposed.
● Your financial situation: Money can be a touchy subject, and discussing your finances with others can lead to jealousy, judgment, and unwanted advice.
● Your romantic problems: While it's important to have a support system, airing your romantic problems to everyone can lead to unwanted opinions and gossip.
● Your personal goals: Keep your personal goals to yourself until you have achieved them. Sharing them prematurely can lead to discouragement and criticism.
●Your negative opinions about others: Speaking negatively about others only reflects poorly on yourself. Instead, focus on positivity and building others up.
● Your past mistakes and regrets: Your past mistakes do not define you, and sharing them can lead to unnecessary shame and judgment. Focus on learning from them and moving forward.
Remember, that Trust is a precious gift that should be given with caution, and not everyone deserves access to the sacred spaces of our hearts and minds.
To live a fulfilled life, we must learn to discern those who are worthy of our trust, from those who only seek to betray it. my friend is right on this. |
Car Talk › Re: My Journey So Far As A Keke Rider... by professore(m): 3:19pm On May 26, 2023 |
Sonnobax15: Good day my fellow nairalanders...It's been a while since I've been active in-here...I know how much you guys have equally missed me ,the warri guy .....But I must really confess that I've missed you all so much too...But the hustle has really got my hands so tied up
Well,I've sat and thought of sharing with you all my experience and journey so far on how I've fared since I left my bakery work for keke riding...
First of all,it hasn't been an easy journey..But I must say from the depth of my heart that it's the best decision I've made so far in my entire life....
Though it was given to me by a micro finance bank at a higher purchase price...But considering the amount of profit I usually make for myself on a daily basis after remitting the everyday #4k back to the micro finance bank is very mouth-watering .
Also, the peace of mind is top-notch....I don't have to be confronted by any boss whosoever for coming late to work or poor work output...As a matter of fact, I'm myself boss . If any passenger tries to intimidate me,I've every right to show him/her the exit door out of my keke . I remember how agberos took advantage of me at first when I first started as a novice......To the extent that I stopped working during the day, waiting until the evening when the different squad of agberos have departed the roads . Chaiiii, dem really show me shege cha
Las las,it wouldn't be nice if I don't mention the fact that "agberoism" is indeed a part of this job.... Sometimes I can't help but ponder and wonder how a dude like me who used to be very quiet has suddenly turned out to be the outspoken type to the extent that I now exchange insults with other motorists on the road . Perhaps it's something that's encrypted in every transporter's DNA
In a nutshell,my deepest regret is that I neglected this idea as at five years ago...If only I had paid heed to my old man's advice, definitely, I'd have had my own keke by now... But so far so good,I give God all the glory
Las las, I'd love to advise every jobless but aspiring nairalander out there, that there are enough legit hustling out there which are waiting for you to come and embrace them....."KILL THE PRIDE AND HUSTLE, BECAUSE LAS LAS, NOBODY GO PUT FOOD FOR YOUR TABLE IF YOU NO GET MONEY"...... are you in Lag? |

ytdivine: If you buy 5kg semovita from market and measure same at home, it gives you same value. Same to 50 kg of cement, 1 litre of groundnut oil, 50Cl of coke, 25g of salt, 500g of OMO detergent, 5 litres from petrol station. In pharmaceutical industry, you get different gram composition of drugs. From the above, you discovered that many products and industries are involved but one thing is common here.
That's measurement. You can imagine the consequences of error in these measurement. In the case of drugs - death. Here comes in calibration, an act of ensuring accurate and error free measurement. Study about calibration and types and include the word in your CV today as experience acquired. If I start to go into explaining calibration, I may end up writing a book. At least I have introduce the word to you. Just follow up.

NaughtyBrainiac: Funny and Educating. I have plans to build a hotel. I lost so much money between February and April this year. I am currently praying to God that the source of income that fetched the money should not block( at least till the end of the year).
If my prayer is answered, I should be able to save 40 Milion naira between now and end of the year.
If it works, I am seriously considering building a hotel of about 20 rooms, with lounge/bar. I prefer that to building a house.
What are your thoughts? mind sharing the source with me Sir? |

seanwilliam: Please before going into any business, even if it will cost you money to do feasibility studies, please pay it. At the end, when the business starts booming, I swear you’ll gain your money back.
I recently started an offline business, there’s this guy in my area , he’s an illiterate but a very grounded entrepreneur . The guy made me realize that there’s different between having money and knowing exactly what to do with it. Everything I had in mind to do would have collapsed the business. I humbled myself and followed the guy guild lines, at first I hated his style and perspective , baba at the end I succumbed and I regretted not starting the business earlier.
What I’m saying in essence is that you might have the money for the business and not have the business acumen.
Go back to drawing board, I wish you well brotherly. would like to meet this person Sir. |
