Nairaland GeneralRe: Let's Pray For Our Leaders And Not Insult Them In 2013 by profstar(m): 4:12am On Mar 16, 2013
GAR3TH: Prayers will do absolutely nothing...In order for something to work properly you have to get up and physically fix the problem, not pray that it will get fixed, magically. We need to task our leaders and holding them accountable for the things they do. Not just watch from the sidelines like zombies while they steal millions from our nation.
You are totally wrong in the aspect of prayer, don't you know that without God nothing is possible and viceversa. And you are partially right about holding our leader and asking what they have been doing concerning us BUT WHAT ABOUT YOU FIRST ASK YOURSELF "WHAT HAVE I BEEN DOING CONCERNING NIGERIA AND ITS BETTERMENT"?

Activcupid: If a tin of milk is 50naira in 9ja @ Accra its 100naira. With their current currency. U know 1 dollar is 2ghana cedis, and 1 dollar is 160 naira. Check it out na
You don't know what you are talking about, i wonder if you have ever step out of Nigeria to ever change currency, because what you are saying is not relevant to the general discussion.
PoliticsRe: Most Expensive Cities: Lagos, Abuja Among Top 4 In Africa by profstar(m): 3:34am On Mar 16, 2013
Okontami: I feel this is a rubbish report that lack all the full facts. I can confirm perfectly that Accra is much more expensive than Lagos.
People like you are worst for who you are, just because you don't like your country, then you try to criticize it in every area you can, that's too bad for you, you need to change

CareerRe: by profstar(op):
You think i will try to convince you that I'm telling the truth?, what will i gain if i post something and it's all a lie, i guess you must be really sceptical in judgement to think like that after my previous explanation, extending this matter with you is like a nudeman chasing after a madman for his stolen cloth, well, i guess both of then will be looked at as a madman...
CareerRe: by profstar(op):
wesley80: You lot are not helping the OP. How's a final year student online asking for "project topics"? and why are you guys queuing up to feed his laziness? I just don't get it. Shouldnt we be nudging him to do the right thing while we offer him guidance and encouragement? Few things are as rewarding as ones final year project should be, helping anyone to take the short cut is certainly not the Nairaland way abeg.
YES, I'M ASKING FOR SUGGESTION FOR A GOOD PROJECT TITLE, and mind you, I DIDN'T ask for someone who can help me DO my project, and if you think am lazy that's your problem, judging people without actually getting to knowing them.
And furthermore, i wonder about your level may be a secondary school student taking advantage of nairaland to talk to people anyhow.
I posted this on nairaland because my supervisor rejected the topics i initially gave him. and if i wants help from people who has pass through my condition before i don't think that should be a shortcut, i will call that an example of "data gathering". I doubt if you know that, and if you don't understand my post because of your level why don't you just ignore it rather than making fun of yourself. So better face your business.

omarky: You want us to pray for our leaders because the Bible and the Quran demands of it? You do not dim it fit that we shud do it out of our will? The fact is that I can never 4 someone who do not care about my wellbeing. Someone who embezzles what rightfully belongs to me........ Lailai, ko possibleeeeeee
then y don't you go there and let see what you too will do if it won't be the same thing, what i know is that if you go there and do the same thing I will be the first person to curse you. So you know how they feel

PoliticsRe: Fashola: Stay In Your Village If You Cant Obey Our Traffic Law by profstar(m):
Billyonaire: Fashola should learn to be diplomatic in his utterances. He was once a common man. I love the traffic laws and I am obeying them and also admonish everyone to obey for common good. But Fashola should not sound like Adolf Hitler cos he has some billions in his personal account courtesy of corruption. Learn to be diplomatic in your utterances Fashola, cos you aint feeding nobody. Your money is in your pocket, I dont give a damn.
why will you expect him to be diplomatic when the people concern (okada rider) don't give a shit about diplomatic speech, some don't even understand what it means to be diplomatic, and i think you need to check his previous speech on this okada issue and see how diplomatic he was. If cain don't work on children then the parent uses harsh words..

that's true, i don't know y they keep writing phone numbers, just to explore people that are ignorant, and it's very bad. If you have an idea share it with your fellow nigerian we are not outsiders here.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Must Read Nigerian I Have A Dream by profstar(m): 1:12am On Oct 31, 2012
aminho: front page pls i mr amshi have often painted a black
picture of this country, not
because i do not like nigeria,i
love my nation as u all do,but
i have been trying to paint that black paint in order to
draw our attention to what
the country badly needs and
sadly lack. i have painted the
picture of the country as a
society in which the institution of family has broken down.
respects for elders and
constituted authority which
used to be a cardinal principle
in our society, is now a lost
hope, honesty where it does pay has become meaningless.
in short as i
keep saying, there is
meaningless philosophy,
insecurity in politics, chaos in policy, immorality in society,
frustration in act, corruption in
economy, lack of cretivity in
literature. this is not in our
character we were fine people, a decent people,
responsible people.but before i
have always painted this
pictures. i am beginning to see
light at the end of the tunel.
i do have a dream,i have a dream that nigeria wil soon
take a proper place in the
committee of nations i have a dream dat
nigerians will become the real
brother keepers,i have a dream dat
nigeria will come to witness
the unity that has eluded this
country, and we have shall have a united and prosperous
country.i have a dream that the entire
unhappier things we see
around us today will soon
vanish.nigeria is a great
country it is not for nothing
that God has brought us
together, different tribe, culture, religion and even
different climatic conditions.
God have brought us together
so that we can learn to live
together peacefully, so that
we learn to be our brothers keeper because of the role we
are destined to play in africa and
in the black world.we are
destine to inspire the blacks,
we are destine to leads the
blacks, we are destine to be a leader in africa. in other to
achieve these lofty goal all
hands have to be on deck, we
must learn to accommodate
one another at home,
irrespecttive of our economic. political and cultural Affiliation thank you M.m amshi
when you know that you don't want to criticize the country again why repeating the black paints befor going to the main point?, that makes the whole of the article or what ever you may call it meaningless. You want to encourage nigerian to be a good patriot but you are still talking about things that still make them unhappy, your post is just like a stylish murkery on Nigeria. If you think you are thinking positive about nigeria, then write only on your positive thought no need for you to add the "but" about the country.
