It works very well but has negative effect by increasing the size of your liver and secondly u will fall very sick soon and fall back below ur initial state too.
so just use blood tonic/capsule at intervals, say 3monthly, eat at least 3 times a day and drink fruit juices like chivita, frayrus, maybe fanta and sprite.
