Been observing more and more women speak out against feminism. Working out is actually a very beautiful way of of easing stress, especially in these days where so many things dey trouble man. So instead of engaging in smoking, drinking, doing drugs sometimes gambling and all the sorts to clear your mind. Working out can also do the magic. I know some of are very busy so sometimes we find it hard to hit the gym after our daily activities, the good news is that you don't necessarily need the gym. Just a good music and water at home and you're on. There are apps on home work outs just in case you're not sure what to do.
