Truly, Oando has had a chequered history which has continued to haunt it. These have severally been described as the bad memories of the past. These notwithstanding, it is recognized that investment is not an emotional or sentimental decisions. My take remains that current realities are favorable to Oando. The company has seen continued improvement in its Financials and appears to be steadily getting out of the wood. It therefore looks to me that after years of suffering, Oando investors may enter a new season of harvest.

Which 'delisting saga'? I laugh when I hear such comments in connection with Oando. Meanwhile, savvy investors are in accumulation mode while those who thought heavens would fall on 10th October were disappointed!

With respect to Oando, those who want to be on the sidelines are free to do so. For me, I am firmly anchored in the Oando plane, no retreat, no surrender!. I was first to call it, based on objective facts. Keep your eyes glued on it! Magic will soon happen!

Oando remains the company to watch. I am very, very bullish on this company. I am firmly anchored in the Oando flight; and surely after the exit of the hasty profit takers, Oando will fly and fly to the amazement of the skeptics. DYDD.

Lagos electric bases were supplied by Oando, as many others that will follow.

Watch out for Oando's 2022 results and 2023 half year results. I foresee laughter in the mouth of Oando shareholders!

Ten Nigerian Banks restructure Oando PLC’s Medium-Term Loan to N115.3 Billion


In a move aimed at bolstering the financial stability of one of Nigeria’s key energy companies, ten Nigerian banks have joined forces to restructure Oando PLC‘s Medium-Term Loan.

The original agreement has been amended, with the overall commitment increasing to N115.3 billion from N108.3 billion.

This is actually a good news for Oando and the banks.

The restructuring aims to re-sculpt the repayment profile, extend the loan’s maturity date, and update associated security details.

This was contained in the company’s recently 2021 audited accounts under the notes to accounts.

The consortium of Nigerian banks participating as the “Lenders” include:

1. Access Bank PLC
2. Ecobank Nigeria Limited
3. Fidelity Bank PLC
4. First Bank of Nigeria Limited
5. Keystone Bank Limited
6. Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC
7. Union Bank of Nigeria PLC
8. Zenith Bank PLC
9. First City Monument Bank Ltd
10. United Bank for Africa PLC


I think somehow these banks will continue to enjoy some benefits from Oando's continued expansion.

While some are still stuck in the dark clouds of its history, OANDO moves on. The new Oando is essentially different from the beleaguered one of the past. The new Oando will continue to soar and soar as it occupies central space in today's scheme of things. Tomorrow, Oando will continue its forward march and will cruise pass 14 naira to the joy of its shareholders. Enough said!

With a H1 EPS of 10+, UBA is in a class by itself!

Some folks still don't get it that Oando has transitioned to an upstream and new energy company. The company sold its gas stations to NNPC and this particular transaction has not reflected in their Financials. When they do, it's natural to see tremendous improvements in their numbers. Same as their supply of electric bases to LASG amongst others

Interesting fact:
At its closin price of #11 today, OANDO's market cap is only about $144m! The company purchased ConocoPhillips assets in Nigeria for about $1.5b and has now added the NAOC/Agip assets. The problem is that many folks are caught in the dark cloud of the past without looking at the company's future. This is a new era for an improved, refocused and emboldened OANDO!

OANDO - the toast of our time, our beautiful bride- continues to sparkle. As expected, it has assuredly made it to #11, defying the profit-takers, ignoring the bearish market and overwhelming the fearful. OANDO is well positioned to cross 50 on its way to 100+. Tighten your seat belts!

AGIP owned 20% of the JV that they were operating. Oando owned 20%. NNPCL owned the remaining.
AGIP decided to exit the JV. Could it mean that NNPCL was unaware that AGIP was transferring the operatorship and ownership of AGIP's ownership to OANDO? Most likely not. What then is the purpose of the letter by the NNPCL? Is it not the same NNPCL that OANDO sold their filling stations to in a midnight deal without informing anyone?
The letter is just funny. Wait for their denial soon. Bunch of....
