You have a great thing there, but I think there was one protest venue that had swallow yesterday - maybe Ibadan or so olasaad: |
Stale? Stop watching Channels and TVC. Global stations have caught on and Nigeria is providing premium content to the world. CNNAfrica tweeting #EndSARS like anything, AlJazeera, BBC enjoying the vibes. I really pity Nigerian Govt. They have entered their own ONE CHANCE this time. Period. Keep watching. helinues:

Hello, both lovers and haters of #EndSARS in Abuja, there is something good for you tomorrow. 1. Free WIFI. Use it to do anything you want, but don't be a bad boy! ProtestWIFI is the SSID. 2. By the way, there's a lot of data giveaway on Twitter since all day today. Data is raining. Go get your own. In another news Lekki Toll Gate is on Owambe mode this weekend. 1. Large screens viewing of live football matches 2. Cool drinks and small chops. At least 2000 ... is already confirmed. And yet some people hate #EndSARS! Don't ever forget that common sachet milk Pa Buhari no provide for boys. |

That's better. 2020, I have repeatedly said it is not a normal year. If you are in government and you are reading this, share the message to your people - #EndSARS is only the beginning. |
May their protest unseat the leaders, sorry the problems they brought upon themselves. |
Where is the coloration? Maybe you don't even know what #EndSARS is. Go and ask someone to explain to you what is happening. When the people you are supporting instructed the press not to mention # talkless of EndSARS, where were you then? That was when the youths decided to cancel those media houses. Channels TV was viciously 'dragged' and trended. So get off this ignorance train. It is time to be a smart thinking youth (if you are one). Tareq1105: |
They had vigilante ID cards too. I really hope they won't repeat this nonsense anywhere, including Abuja. Do you see why there is insecurity in Nigeria? These ones and their masters are behind Kaduna crises, killing of farmers, banditry, etc. They have come to support who? SARS? What is so special about SARS to warrant some people going to this extent? That is the new question. And the Spirit will answer that question soon. |
I don't understand something, please - 1. How many SARS officers are there? 2. How many robberies did they (SARS) foil last month? 3. The over 371,800 policemen in Nigeria, what are their job description? If criminals now have complete freedom, then that means we should simply ask all the remaining policemen to go home then. It was more than these. You can get the video of this attack too and upload so you can share here. I hope this gets to the frontpage. Now we see who #KillerHerdsmen are and where they are from. We can deduce that whoever hired these ones is also the boss of #Killerherdsmen. |
This is to all the protesting youths on the street and to the 'leaders' of #EndSARS 1. PROTECTION: Demand the setup of a Police/Uniformed Officers Complaints Desk in every local government. This will not be in the police station. That desk must have functional online ticketing system where people can log complaints and receive responses to their complaints. There should be a time-frame where complaints must be attended to. Once a police man or police unit is reported, failure to show up to defend themselves should lead to immediate suspension. So where SARS or SWAT or AntiCult, or AntiSideChick, whatever, as long as it is something related to uniform, there must be an INDEPENDENT complaints system. 2. FUNDS/EMPOWERMENT: Demand the establishment of a youth fund Why should some benefit billions from Nigeria and others benefit nothing? There should be the establishment of a youth fund which works like a bank and benefits every youth in Nigeria who does not have an immediate family member as Politically Exposed Person. Forget about that looting social register nonsense or whatever without trackable beneficiaries. How this works In this case, once you are a registered youth with an ID, and duly registered phone line you can access the fund. So think how you open an account in a bank, and have an account number. The fund as established by law will have an amount you are entitled to annually for instance. This is NOT FREE money for shayo or to buy phone. No! The money you are entitled to can be requested for a. Training. So you want to learn a skill? Choose where you want to learn the skill, then go ahead. The fund will pay for your fees. b. You have learnt a skill but need equipment? Choose what equipment you need and the specs. The fund will send you to vendors to select. And they will pay. c. You have a business and need to scale? No problem. The fund is at hand. Those are just some examples. Take note that I am not talking millions here. No. Just some basic amount, maybe a maximum of N250,000. Minimum of N100,000. The senate can fix the amount from time to time. c. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY: Demand the establishment of a no-relative employment law The poor will keep getting poorer in Nigeria. Why? Because they do not have connections. So why not have a law where no government job goes to family members. This thing of sharing jobs in senate must stop!!!! This thing of selling slots is evil. It should be equal to murder!!!!! So that must stop. Even cleaner jobs require knowing someone, begging someone, or sleeping with someone for the link. No more. We use this opportunity wisely to setup a better tomorrow for Nigerian youths. Please do you think these are worth demanding for? You see that pain, that brokenness, it is in millions of Nigerians. The other week a lady posted how lack of basic equipment in Ondo State hospital led to her father's death after surgery. The other guy yesterday protesting because he lost a leg due to SARS bullet. The husband who lost his wife and about to be born baby because police refused to let Okada go without roger ... I can go on and on. I am protests right now because the government failed woefully, and I am with her. Let the flag remain folded. donbachi: |

If he truly said what you quoted, he is not to be respected as a wise man, talkless of as a wise leader. BeeBeeOoh: |
ngadaAwo:You are right, but there is no masses to call to order, there is NO ORDER in the country. We should not confuse silence for order. |

The Director in charge of Technology Transfer and Agreement, Ephraim Okejiri, initially pleaded that he was in a meeting, and that the reporter should wait. But after over four hours of waiting, he sent a secretary to say he would not be able to give any information on MTN. Similarly at Nigeria’s tax agency, the Federal Inland Revenue Service, the Director of Public Communications, Emmanuel Obeta, who had earlier promised on three occasion to make information available on the matter suddenly had a change of mind. He said relevant officials who should provide him with the information sought were all not available. The protests have not started. No. #EndSARS is just a 'friendly match', not the real match. |
The United Nations knows they can't afford a Nigeria chaos. The entire West Africa will be in deep trouble if that happens. And then those chancers - Islamic State terrorists would really rejoice. Curse be upon every politically elected person who rest in the fact that they can run 'abroad' with the families when Nigeria crumbles. May curses overtake them. |

“For the first time, the debt to GDP Ratio is over 3%. I want the committee on finance and appropriation to find a solution to this,” he said. Borrow, borrow. Now the people that signed (legislated) Nigeria into debt are now wailing. Listen clearly, when Nigeria's liberation come even if the people who ruined Nigeria are dead, their graves will be located and sold to skull miners. Yes, your skulls will be mined. Mark my word. Death will not save all those who looted us. So if you looted us, make sure you are buried outside Nigeria. |
