indeed the university proposed at enyimba economic city is only for science and technology and they submitted a request for a certificate since 2018 which has been granted now I take you back to the lekki free trade zone the head quarters when this is done business will get done heee and revenue will be generated which will later be uses to repair the already existing parts of Lagos and Nigeria and most importantly it will combine with eko Atlantic , Victoria island and the orange and periwinkle islands to form a very large mega city

I saw a video by an academy in Ghana today about Accra its not pleasant i wanted to post it here along with some screenshots but I don't derive pleasure doing that I want all African countries to be good

initially the city was proposed to be built for 100years celebration by the federal government but they could not handle it so alone so recently a Dubai based company front range or eagles hills invested 18.5 billion and its now a PPP public private partnership and the signature infrastructure will be the address hotel owned by front range who also of n a lot of properties in Dubai including the same the address. hotel in Dubai I red they have something in one of Kenya's wildlife park

I wish this project become profitable not another white elephant because the taxpayers are going to suffer. You spend billions of us dollar reclaiming land from the sea when there is plenty land in nigeria. It is going to be another white elephant. If he built it inland it would have cost 50% less money. You can see it is putting a lot of stress on him and also financial difficulties he has lost more than 3 billion us dollar last year

we should build the sea port on land right ??

its doing fine no major structure yet but the basics are being done like clearing of grass, leveling planting of hybrid grass , marking of plots and round creation are on going

the groove a set of residential buildings will be the first infrastruct on ground along side a polo field and a golf course
