There experiment with Nigeria has proved futil. Now they would focus funding to other parts of Africa Almost ten years and they still haven't advanced from their caves in borno. Not even Iraq, Syria or aghfanistan military could boast of this great achievement.

With Police - we then have CID - criminal investigation unit.

Then we have NIS - National Intelligence Unit.

show me a picture of this cattle rustlers with 1gun truck and RPG or an anti aircraft missile. U are so certain that the scale of the trouble in this region in Kenya is similar to that in Nigeria and the only difference is that the Nigerian army is not skilled enough.
