grin cheesy
But I believe Cameroon have a stronger team than 10 years ago. I won't be surprised of today's game is a close one .
U are very correct. But for the injection of fresh and competent legs in Oshoala and co., we would most likely not have made it to the finals, not to talk of beating the present crop of Lionesses. It's likely to be a close one as u have said.

CFCman:
The last time both teams met at an AWC final, in 2004, the Super Falcons walloped the Cameroonians by 5-0.
Perpetua Nkwocha scored 4 goals that day.
I could recall that in the build-up to that match d Cameroonian ladies in an extensively publicized interview said the Falcons had for too long dominated the Championship, and that it's now their own time to carry the trophy. One even said they will "wallop" the naija babes. After dat match ended 5-0 in favour of the Falcons, I was like, what went wrong!

gerald09:
Its true I am in Anambra State nw and I will be goin to enugu to get fuel, rumors has it that the state task force are allegedly accusing fuel stations for fixing their pumps thus cheating motorist/consumers. Still waiting on the true facts
Another version says they are protesting some levy imposed on them by the State government. Even the few black marketers that attempted to sell have been prohibited. I am on my way to Imo State to buy.
PoliticsNo Fuel In Anambra by Provie(op):
We woke up this morning to the ugly discovery that all filling stations in Anambra are shut and nobody is selling fuel.

Even the NNPC filling stations have stopped selling too. I've made phone calls which show that the situation is the same all tru the State. Motorists and cyclists here are running from pillar to post. Commuters are stranded.

However, I put a call through to my friend in Enugu who said everything is normal there. Can someone plz tell us what is happening, whether this is a local problem or it also involves other states too.

------------

Update: 9.20am
Few stations are now selling fuel for between N200 and N400 per litre.

The Sheik seems right. But he forgot to add that stopping Jonathan from contesting (as he suggested) is as hard as stopping Buhari from running (as he also suggested).

After so much bragging in the build-up to the Sudan match, the most honourable thing for the duo of Keshi and Enyeama would have been to keep quiet. But dey won't; politics is so infectious.

Lol, thanks for your input, really appreciate. As to whether I will be able to get the form, a friend told me to try and apply then defer my admission till whenever am ready, don't know how feasible that is
U cannot defer "till whenever you are ready" @ NLS. I tink deference is not for more than two years. I'm not so sure anyway. Welcome bro.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Law School Problem, Help Needed by Provie(m): 5:15pm On Oct 12, 2014
If your only problem is the seven-year time lag simpliciter, then you have no need to worry. You will still be eligible.

However, the issue is how easy it will be for you to get the forms from your university after such a long time, because by then you will be more or less a stranger to them; in other words, the longer you delay, the more you lose priority with Madonna, and the tighter the strings will be for you to pull.

Secondly of course is whether you can cope with the "crash" programme at NLS after a whopping seven years in the banking hall and away from your law books. I only hope u won't go to the law school and start balancing accounts. lol!

Good luck.

So she's giving birth for the society? Is it the society that will feed, cloth and pay the fees of the kidshuh? That does not sound civilized if such mentality still exists.
It doesn't sound civilized; dat's why I limited it to African reasoning particularly from d woman's perspective. I hate dat line of reasoning, bt I am not ignorant of the stigma attached to infertility and its SHADOWS. The point I was making is that the average African woman prefers the hellish burden of catering for many kids than having just one or two and be seen as next to infertile.
FamilyRe: Why Do Women Generally Want More Kids? by Provie(m): 5:44am On Oct 04, 2014
The Op is right.

The reason is that here in Africa, infertility is largely seen as a woman's problem; and the society sees infertility not only as inability to have any child but also the inability to hav more dan just one or two. So the woman will want many kids in order to prove her fertility and ward off any backyard insinuations that she is not fertile.

My thought though.

Nigerians have been positive about this Ebola thing, and it is paying off. God will surely deliver us all.

76Naira: You said the content of my mind in a perfect way.
"Men of God" buying private jets while church members languish in penury.
Why should you walk to church in the rain and back in a congested bus while your "General Overseer" has 5 exotic cars parked in his home, owns houses in Europe and US and flies first class or owns a private jet?

If love is really the foundation and Christ sowed his life for us, then, church members and the community should be helped actively from the purse of the church.

But who are we to say these things? Some believer would soon come along to explain why we are "not true Christians" if we ask these meaningful questions.
I am told that believers of old were called "Christians" because they were "behaving like Christ". I remember when Jesus asked Peter whether his boat will accommodate him. Jesus himself travelled far and wide preaching the gospel and healing the sick. He never sought to own even one boat which was such a great necessity for his ministry. He was so compassionate; always giving back to the people even when he never had and never bothered to have.

Today the reverse is the case, yet we still lay claim to the same name "Christians". I am not bothered about what those prosperity preachers are doing to people, much as I am bothered about the level of gullibility existing in the majority of worshippers.

Do u even knw wat assimilation and reading in between the lines means? Oh! I see u r too daft to read the hand writing on the wall. Somethings are better left unsaid. U r too clueless and it is appalling to b an educated illirate and far more gross not to be enlightened! No need arguing with a prate. U sit there with ur 5mb data plan just to reply me in such a lame manner. I nw understand how gullible u are! Knw dat this ur so called elder state man is nothin but the devil's incarnate who fighting for a barbaric cause and that cause will soon sink him into the deepest pit of hell, so if u care to join him pls feel free. Imagine dat dushbag coming out to say negotiation is the way out when the primary objective boko haram is to islamize this entity. What are u thinking stupid! U jst garbaged in and thought to urself, "woaw this is a patriotic message coming from an elder state man". ELDER STATEMAN MA POO!!!
Wat a desperate but failed attempt to debunk my obviously factual view of u! Ur illiteracy is so glaringly a disease. Wat else do u say of someone who is always getting mad at people for their own lack of understanding? Even for telling dem who dey are?

You want to kill urself and kill everybody over a simple point: whether or not it is better to negotiate wit BH. I repeat, if you went to school, you would know the difference between a message and a messenger.

And I can't say more than this. Not to an illiterate.

So on point! The cold fact remains they deep down in their heart of hearts they know what they are doing. I keep saying "Lord teach me that the Bible is true", because the life of today's preachers would make you swear that the whole thing is a deliberate grand deception.

Illiteracy is a disease; much deadlier than Ebola. If you went to school, you would know the difference between a message and a messenger, especially on a volatile national issue. I don't call people b*stard.

FamilyRe: Is It Right When The Wife Washes Her Husband's Clothes? by Provie(m): 8:58am On Aug 12, 2014
Stephenem: I have seen marriages in which wives wash their husbands' clothes regularly. This makes me wonder if that's right. In my HUMBLE opinion, I feel that it's unfair when the wife is the one who washes for her husband. A wife is not a servant, but an equal partner. Anyway, I may be wrong. So let's hear from you, is it right for a husband to give his wife his clothes to wash? Bless you?
Yeah, dis ur opinion is just grossly humble.
