PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Is Wrong On Bdcs by psucc(m): 10:31am On Feb 25, 2024
Now, who "dollarized" the economy when Customs are demanding duties on some products in dollars?

When the budget is dollarized as per Sen. Ali Ndume

It may also interest you to know that most of the BDC operators are trading for the banks who supply those dollars to them and will not have it in there vault.

That top government officials are also involved in the trade.

PoliticsRe: CBN Pegs Rate For Import Duty Payment by psucc(m): 1:48pm On Feb 24, 2024
That someone is importing satchet garri and soup from China means there's a buyer here.
Especially our political class who uses our common wealth to show class or distinguished themselves from the poverty stricken populace are ready markets from this imports.

For example, there's a furniture maker here in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State who exports his products to Dubai. He's located around Uyo road. Now whenever a Nigerian imports any of the product, which are always dismembered before bringing it in to the country, the exporting company will direct the buyer to him. That he's the only one who can fix the set. Of course, that comes with a fee.

I said this from a very well informed point not just an exaggeration

PARADIZEPRIEST:
WHAT IS HAPPENING IS ALSO SERIOUS DETERENT TO THOSE FOOLS IMPORTING NONSENSE INTO NIGERIA.
HOW CAN YOU BE IMPORTING FURNITURE AND UPHOLTERY INTO NAIJA,IMPORTING FOREIGN PAINTS, IMPORTING EVEN FOREIGN NEW CARS WHERE INNOSON MOTORS IS DOING GREAT.

This is a pointer or answer to those asking why the FG couldn't stop the genocide ongoing in the Middle Belt region of Nigeria and some other parts with christian dominated population.

If it had been a Christian clergy that made that statement, he would have been by now "cooperating with the Security agencies".

Watch out. The Imam will not be invited or any serious action taken. That's how Nigeria is being driven
PoliticsRe: CBN Pegs Rate For Import Duty Payment by psucc(m): 10:53pm On Feb 23, 2024

BusinessRe: MAN: We Source Forex from BDCs As Banks Cannot Meet Our Forex Needs by psucc(m): 12:03pm On Feb 22, 2024
If banks can't meet the FX demands, where do the BDCs get the dollars from. Just same way bank ATM are empty only for the POS beside the ATM to pay whatever amount of money you need.

Sometimes it's the banks that will refer you to a BDC in town.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Presented A Dollarised Budget, FG Benefitting From $/N Hike - Ndume by psucc(m): 11:58am On Feb 22, 2024
Still half truth. One day one of them will spill the beans and "die". Their chests are choked and their hearts heavy but no courage to say what they know about the present catastrophe.

From the President to the NASS, the Governors to their members of the legislative Houses, are all beneficiaries of the current sufferings in the land

If I may asked, of which of the aforementioned items are consumed by the poor. Even the calls we made with MTN and Airtel lines, were they not forced on the poor by the rich and government?

He should even advice his newfound love, President Tinubu on how to do it and Wike on the Champagne.

No need to argue much. The Igbos, over time, has shown themselves to be wise. Their major problem are those in the political race. They so dubious that you weep whenever they point hands to their projects.

Apologies to Gov Otti who has distinguished himself from these evil ones
