King Cee-C's fans, Y'all are the real MVPs. Cee-C was up more times than any of the housemates. But guess what? She made it! I'm just glad she toppled over Tobi and Alex. I don't mind that Miracle won at all. That was pretty much predictable. kiss kiss
Much as I admire the determination of Cee-C's fans, it would appear that even the Tobi and Alex she supposedly 'toppled' still emerged victorious over her.
They won rewards. Tobi won the Nokia and Heritage Bank prize plus a trip to Dubai, I believe. And Alex won half a million naira and the Dano treat for her mother.

Cee-C, on the other hand, won nothing but verbal fights. She walked out completely empty handed, and her final week in the house was marked with utter shame and humiliation, ending up as the first HOH in BBA history to be shamefully stripped of her title midway into her tenure. An utter disgrace.
Leo DaSilva (who was evicted a long time ago) even won 2.5 million. And I believe Rico Swavey also won something.
Cee-C has absolutely nothing, so finishing 2nd place will do nothing for her. She also ruined her chances at Payporte endorsements, so that door is also closed.
Too bad, so sad.

I have always said that her so-called fans did not mean well for her at all
I mean, even the much maligned Alex at least won half a million naira and the CloseUp and Dano Milk treat.
This Cynthia person is leaving without a kobo, and you know damn well she isn't getting any endorsements from Payporte (if their open criticism of her previous action is anything to go by). This lady just pretty much spent 80-something days on continental television demarketing herself! shocked

Hell, even Leo DaSilva won 2 million or so, and he didn't have to make it to the finals to do so.

What a pity!

Jesus.
She should have just left the same weekend Teddy A was evicted. That would have actually saved her the stress.

MrBigiman:
Tribute to Rico:

Today, we know u'll be heading to Lagos. Your highest moment would be cooking for the whole house to eat and acting funny during the Saturday parties. If only had u been more adventurous, this great pain wouldn't befall u.

Ur insensererity, eve dropping and gross evasion of truth has done u the most harm. You see what is clearly white and call it black, so as to sound politically correct. We the audience see through ur ugly scale of insincerity.

Another wrong u did was evading eviction every week, that way you never really built a fan base. It's such a shame to play safe. For safe is the new risky, and any man not willing to venture out will veer off the orbit and become a cloud without water.

Your biggest undoing however, would be interacting with CeeC. The lady has sympathisers, who sincerely think she is wrong. They however have sworn to keep voting her in. However, they punish anyone she is close to as crime for her wrong. This in my opinion is wrong, but that is what it is.

When u come to Nigeria, never see urself as a celebrity because u are not, go to white house and queue for Amala like the others. Go to Balogun market and buy knock off shirts, your news may never trend.

Finally keep off the CeeC's of this world, those who feel the whole world owe them something but never really bring anything to the table, and determine to succeed as ur first attempt was a total waste.

Love, peace, hope and grace to you.

what is distasteful is women encouraging all sorts of useless behaviour because someone has a vagina

Do you think having sex on Live TV is how women will get respect from men? You claim to be better than men, but you condone the same trash men have promoted and excuse such behaviour because "men are doing it"

Every woman that "upholds" women of easy virtue should question her values in life.

You lot are like APC, you claim you are better than men, but when the time comes to prove how much better you are, you falter and then cover your shame with "....but men are doing it too"

This is not about heaven or hell, it is about easy things like self control and decency. A woman like Nina is a woman of easy virtue and someone like her cannot be trusted with any man.

So, when you "uphold" her, remember to hide your man from her because if she finds him useful, she will take him from you.

Keep upholding trash, your hand go soon dey pain you tongue

Nobody should quote me with dense comments about "uphold your fellow woman" I don talk am before.

If you are as easy as Nina, uphold your kind, but since I cannot identify with people of such character, I refuse to subscribe to your failed attempt at gender blackmail

My wife's cousin in Nigeria has been flooding our Facebook notifications with Nina and Miracle related posts which she leaves on various pages and groups, so my curiosity has me scouring the internet a bit.

I've been seeing things like Mina, Toracle, ToNaClex (is this some kind of contraband bleaching cream or something?) and Loluforce.

Whatever they mean, she decided to beam Nina's diary session to me via her Twitter Periscope, and I honestly am dumbfounded.

Seems like you like this girl, though? I presume her unassuming demeanour is what you find endearing. wink

If iddiots like you and your pack of urchins are allowed to have their way with this type of abominable mindset, that Biafra will turn out just like that Orwellian political nightmare, Animal Farm.
So many Chinos lurking in the shadows with their exceptionalist extremism, so many Abagworos slinking at the periphery with their identity crises... Many similar issues left brooding and unveiling slowly, and all you can think of is your fhucking fantasy state?

Instead of joining to help build the South-East with innovative leadership models and cultural renaissance, you're AIMLESSLY dreaming on a state that went defunct 45 years ago and would NEVER WORK OUT AS EARLIER ENVISAGED IN THIS 21ST CENTURY, WITH THE ETHNO-POLITICAL EVENTS THAT HAVE PLAYED OUT SINCE THEN!
Talk about living in the fhucking past and NEVER WANTING TO ADAPT TO THE TIMES!

I would like to appeal to all other fellow well-meaning Igbos to join us in condemning these ill-informed miscreants before they hijack our cultural history and turn it into nothing more than khaki uniforms and demented, war-mongering radioheads.

There is more to the Igbo nation than Biafra. We existed centuries before that, so PLEASE stop trying to make our identity all about that, you scatterbrained FANATICS!

This thread is so freaking hilarious, I can't even begin to get down to it! grin

So many emotional ninnies on Nairaland of late, particularly these delusional Nnamdi K-anumaanu "Biafra-and-Friendz" asss clowns and their Lowlife Lower Niger "brothers". Yours truly is a proud Igbo son from Abia, and I must say IT'S ABOUT TIME these internet dreamers got to swallow the bitter pill called reality.

It seems so many hearts were broken this weekend after REALITY finally stared these iPOD IPOB hooligans and keyboard warriors in the face about their nonsensical utopian wetdream with their GANJA DELTA "Broad Asss". grin

While I tried to resist the OBVIOUS urge to say "I TOLD YOU SO," and as much as i take no interest in tribal debates, I couldn't help but recall this exchange I had with this nice lady, Rose2014, some months back...

Psychedelia:
What the hell are you talking about? I VOTED Jonathan. But my vote wasn't an endorsement of some "SE/SS Superfriends" nonsense, but for the prosperity of the private sector industry which I happen to be a part of.
Secondly, my culture, as an Igbo man, does not tolerate laziness; so I honestly find it hilarious that the same set of people who called us names like "attachee-by-force" and "oppressors" simply because of oil, are suddenly on our diiicks with their "SE/SS Unity" claptrap after realizing they've been left in the cold.

There are numerous posts made by this Barcanista fellow in the past where he said his people want nothing to do with the SE; so where is all the fake love coming from all of a sudden?

They should speak for themselves.
She replied with this...

Rose2014:
My dear I for one don't see what Barcanista is doing here as fake love o
Something makes u rethink atimes. This election is a big eye opener for lots of easterners walahi. How long are we going to remain like this. I don't see the north handing over power anytime soon yet SS will be crying 'igbos want our oil'? What does the Hausas want? Water?

I strongly believe those two regions(SS and SE) need to marry as a matter of urgency.
Atimes u change ur mind about who you didn't want to marry before. It doesn't make you a bad person. Change is constant

We need change
Soooo... Rose2014...
Nne, how far naa? Gini mezii last? grin

If this is how the Biafran 'leaders of thought' are going to be guided in their decisions (with EMOTIONS and very little thought), then I really suggest that Biafran project is put on hold for now, please.

TV/MoviesRe: Will Smith's Terrible Nigerian Accent As Dr. Bennet Omalu In "Concussion” by Psychedelia(m): 10:40am On Sep 01, 2015
Reminds me of Morgan Freeman's catastrophic FAILURE of a Xhosa accent as Nelson Mandela in "Invictus" - a film for which he was still nominated for an oscar in the "Best Actor" category.
Hollywood actors are absolute failures when it comes to portraying Africans in their movies, as most of the character development reeks of laziness and poor research.

Only very few Hollywood actors have impressed me with their portrayal of African characters, both in accent and swagger:

Forest Whitaker as Idi Amin in "The Last King of Scotland".
Leonardo DiCaprio as Danny Archer in "Blood Diamond".
Don Cheadle as Paul Rusesabagina in "Hotel Rwanda".

Everybody else annoys me.

I'm most ecstatic that my Enyimba's arch nemesis (Kano Pillars) are currently fumbling. This is good news for us and our chances at clinching that title again this year.
Also worthy of note is the fact that we've been able to record some crucial away victories (4 wins), more than any other team this year so far. cool
The only other team that comes close is Wikki Tourist (3 wins), but they got served at Owerri today. grin

lol,you are correct my brother.APC Nv really needed Atiku and co,to win the presidential electionl.among all the defectors, it was only Amaechi that APC really needed. My brother, we thank God say these guys showed themselves early enough. We want to expel Atiku, saraki and his co travellers,so that they can return back to PDP.
Yes... but eliminating these men is not something you can do at this point without paying dearly for it.
I know Atiku, for one, invested a lot of money into the party during the elections, so asking him to leave now would only bring more trouble. Another fact many are unaware of, is that the campaign funding for numerous Adamawa state assembly politicians currently serving under the APC was made possible by Atiku. So, if you throw him out now, he takes the Adamawa structure with him.

Saraki is a no-go area for two reasons:
1. Elected politicians tend to 'mutate'. Jonathan, prior to ascending as the deputy governor of Bayelsa, probably would never have won as chairman of his Ogbia LGA if he had contested based on his political might at that time. But as soon as he rose to the seat of the presidency, he 'mutated' to become a strong force and a symbol in South-South politics (at least for that period of time), imposing Dickson on Bayelsa and even stemming the political tide in Rivers. Any South-Southerner against him was seen as a backstabber and treated like a leper in the Niger Delta. I won't say Saraki has 'mutated' to that extent just yet, but I think his Senate Presidency has earned him more relevance in North-Central politics. You can't count on eliminating him at this point without some serious collateral damage.
2. Saraki, whether you want to admit it or not, would serve the North-West in ensuring that Buhari dies not get impeached. I mean, he wouldn't be dumb as to help kick out Buhari only to have a South-Westerner (Osinbajo) emerge as acting president. That would be tantamount to HAND-FEEDING Tinubu.

So, right now, the North would rally behind him.
Power is back in the hands of the North. ACN faction got played.
The end.

Heyyaaaa! *sob* *sob* cry

But you should have thought about this when you were welcoming all kinds of strangers and defectors with open arms in 2013.
We were all witness to the wild jubiliation that gripped APC supporters from late 2013 to early 2015 when all kinds of last-minute defections were happening. At the time, you thought this would only spite Jonathan.
When we brought this to the attention of APC, what did they say? "POLITICS IS A GAME OF NUMBERS". I remember that was the narrative. What happened eventually?

As I am speaking to you, the worst governor in the history of Anambra state, Mbadinuju, is a proud, card-carrying member of the APC. Your co-travellers hailed his defection and forgave all his sins o!
The professional political harlottt Atiku is still in the APC, waiting to strike at the right time.
The Fulani supremacist and religious bigot Kwankwaso is still in your same APC o!
Rochas Okorocha the seasoned political scammer is still in your APC o!
Tambuwal the backstabber na still for that same APC o!
Obasanjo the power-hungry 3rd-term-seeking kleptocrat is your navigator o!

All these men were welcomed with open arms as progressives because the APC was so desperate to win the elections. Now the chickens are coming home to roost, una dey form levels.
What a joke! grin I warned you people.
Better sit tight and enjoy your "Change".
