when applying did you mention about your tourist refusal when submitting your student application
you should have talked ABOUT IT in your letter of explaination

. When I applied for tourism then I just wanted to know what the country looked like before going. This is just a pure act of racism. It's stupid if I don't want to go why will I pay the complete school fees of 8000 euros. If this is how they think then it's really heart breaking

No single Update for over 12 weeks. after this days I started sending mails every 2 days and a good Muslim friend that I met on this forum God bless him for me, he has been helping since last year with lot of encouragement and guides, for like 3 months we haven't chatted my mind just say I should chat him ooo and give him update on my application. I told him I haven't gotten any single update on my application since I submitted and this already over 12weeks, and I have also sent series of mails and contacted my MP........The next thing he said I should continue sending mails. and he also said he will other my Gcms notes for me free and his going to use his card to pay.. I was like wow.....God bless you boss and may Almighty Allah perfect everything that concerns you. we did all these on 9th Aug. The next day early morning at 5.30 Sent another mail and this time I ensure my subject is eyes catching, then, I prayed morning prayer after. May be these 2 things triggered my application who knows.. Since I was tired of checking.. I checked in the afternoon just saw Eligibility has started I just continue with my usual prayer ooo and here today 15th Aug PPR.

What I did differently, I changed my school and my course, Master in Accounting. I did Accounting in Bsc and ND. Also work in that area. For the travel, renewed my Germany visa in January and travelled in Feberuary. My wife and I visited Dubai for 5days during the Eid-Fitr Muslim Holiday and arrived Nigeria May 5th. I explained these in my Letter of explanation. the reason for changing course and to further strengthen my travel assertions. have travelled to all these country without violating any immigration laws. All in all.. It can ONLY be GOD. Let me also add that I Just resumed another new bnk job today ooo Double blessings....Alhamdulilah for everything.

I pray that everyone awaiting decision on their applications get Approved Bikudiratilahi Ameen. And if you have been delayed Pls don't give up, delay is not denial. Never say Never. Please don't and don't give up.

. I am going to a private school. I made the full payment of 8000 euros for the school fees. I am offering a self sponsoring. 850 euros a month for stay I have twice that amount to live for more than two years my bank account is more than twice the required amount. I have only been to Dubai but I could not submit the Dubai visa not accepted. I am switching field from engineering to MBA. I have good inflow and out flow of cash from the sales of goods from my business. My course starts in October not September. I have been denied a France tourist visa before on January 2022. I had the denial letter with me but the officer there at VFS asked me not to submit it since it's a different Visa Short stay for tourism and long stay studies. Will this affect my chances. I did not talk about the denial or submit the first denial letter. I hope to receive my passport tomorrow. What are my chances that i have been granted. Because I submitted at VFS on Wednesday and got a reply that it's at the embassy on Thursday . And then on Friday I got a message that it has been processed and sent to VFS for pick up. This time decision is what I am worried about. Did they look at my documents? What are my chances

I am very worried as the processing time is so fast and if this will affect my chances of getting the visa. I am on a self sponsoring and my school fees was fully paid for. Please what do you think is this time frame normal have you heard or seen such a short time frame before?

children does not need guarantor oo but mom should have international passport or NIN why father can use his passport to back up incase the mother dont have a passport

all i spent was 26 plus 2k court stamp for guarantor which i didnt use, cause it was for minor and not needed

Landing Gist - Lagos to Toronto Via EgyptAir. August 9 - 10, 2022.

LAGOS AIRPORT
I got to the Lagos Airport around 8:30am. My flight was for 2pm. I had to give the security guys at the entrance 1k for them to allow my people go in with me. After my luggages went through the scanner, I gave the immigration officers that were suppose to do manual check after the scanner 1k so l can move on. Then I proceeded to Agriculture where I opened one of the luggage that had some food item for them to check. They checked and told me to go. Then I proceeded to EgyptAir stand.

EgyptAir didn't start on time for us because there were some Nigerians going on pilgrimage to Jerusalem via Egypt that they were attending to. They were the majority on our flight to Cairo. Anyways, by 10am I had cleared the EgyptAir check and checked in my bags. They weren't overweight. They asked for ArriveCan, Acceptance Letter, Enrollment Letter and School Fees Receipt.

By 10:30am, my people left and I proceeded to immigration. I was given yellow card by EgyptAir which I filled and I dropped with the immigration officers. Then I proceeded to the scanner where we will drop our carry on bags, laptops, phones, keys etc in a bowl to pass through the scanner. Now, I had the scariest moment of my life at this point. I shared this experience with family members only before now. I decided to share with you guys so you can learn from the experience. Always hold your Passport with you!

At the point of the scanner the immigration officer there asked us to put all our things in the bowl including our passport. It was just me and one Arab guy, possibly Lebanese. He could speak Yoruba and was dashing immigration guys money. So we placed our things in Separate bowls and I went ahead through the scanner but he didn't go through the scanner. The immigration officer asked him to come and he did manual check for him and he let him go.

So I exited the scanner to go collect my things. I wore my shoes, picked up my glasses, phones, wallet and Passport. Passport? My passport with the boarding pass was no where to be found. It was missing! At that moment, it felt like my world has ended and that village people caught up with me. I was in disarray and I started shouting. In the process of shouting, I kept saying it was me and the Arab guy that came to that point together and now my Passport is missing. One of the senior immigration officers approached me and asked me which guy. I turned round and and pointed at him just before he exited that place and be gone forever! The officer approached him. I don't know what he told him because I wasn't looking as I was still in disarray and lo and behold, my Passport and boarding pass resurfaced! The excuse I got is that he also has a Nigerian Passport and he mistakenly took mine. Yet his own passport was still with him. I don't buy that story but all good. God saved and delivered me already. I collected my Passport and left. Whew!

All through the rest of the journey, I held my Passport with me till I exited Toronto Pearson Airport in Canada.

CAIRO AIRPORT.
We got to Cairo around 9pm Cairo time which is 8pm Nigerian time. The Airport is bigger and finer than MMA. A bus took us to Terminal 3 and it was a long walk combined with lift and escalators to get to gate F where will be boarding to Toronto. We waited around for another 3 hours before we started boarding and took off to Toronto around 2am. They only checked our passport, boarding pass and ArriveCan here. I showed them theArriveCan receipt on the phone as the lady in Lagos had taken the only copy I printed. It was a smooth 11.5hrs journey to Toronto. The plane is alot bigger than the one that took us from Lagos to Cairo. Comfy ride all through.

TORONTO PEARSON AIRPORT
We landed in Toronto around 8am Toronto time. Now, this airport is huge. And fine and well layed out. The walk to the self service kiosk is also long but we got there. I had done my declaration ahead in the ArriveCan, so I was pretty quick at the service kiosk. I scanned my Passport, machine took my photograph and printed my receipt. We were taken to the place where will collect our study permit. Our letter of Introduction was collected and we were told to sit down. They called us one after the other. You will enter the office, the border officer will collect your passport, check your info on the system, check your visa and stamp your passport. Then your study permit will be given to you. No questions asked.
I proceeded to baggage claim. When I got there, I asked one of the officers which carousel could be carrying the baggages from EgyptAir because the carousels were so many that I didn't want to be going one by one to check. He asked his colleague on his walkie talkie. He said Carousel 7, I went there. Found my bags in 7 and then in 6. Took the train within the airport to get to Terminal 3 where the car that came to get me was parked and I was on my way.

FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT ON THE FLIGHT.
The food was Okay. Although the Rice, chicken and sauce from Cairo to Toronto was better than Lagos to Cairo. They served us twice Lagos to Cairo and 3 times on the flight from Cairo to Lagos. I filled my time with movies that I haven't watched before. And then a little sleep, a little prayers here and there and I didn't feel bored on the flight till we got to Toronto.

It was a great journey in general. I haven't gone out yet as I only arrived yesterday and I'm still on my bed right now. It's around 8am here. But from our drive from the airport to home, I will say Canada is beautiful. May all of us that desire it experience it all in Jesus name.

PS: Don't forget to come with your universal adapter. The picture attached is what their socket looks like. Buy the one that has USB port with it. It's about 4k.

I received text message from NIS Alausa yesterday that my passport is ready for pickup.

Captured on the 19th July.
Passport renewal.
Complete DIY.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting it ready this month or next month. Will be there on Saturday to collect it.

Who knows if Alausa work on Saturdays ?

I DIY to the point of my capturing date July 19th, I got there and the lady I met said I should come back on the 15 of August for my documents processing and all, I called an Officer who introduced me to someone, I later paid her 10k and was able to capture same day, Left around 2pm.

pls after you ring the car as the smoking stop finally cause my Mech said he cant ring it cause it not advisable and have check the cost for

So less i digress

Before i got her a new set of rings, i notice she would run like a dream but when i hit traffic and start with the break down and brak up routine

She would start vibrating, it gets worst when the ac is on.

So te, i hadto abandon the ac til i got her ringed.

After ringing (december last year) still noticed the vibration, but this time only while i use the ac.

I tell my mechanic and he says to bring it down for some tlc(expensive TLC-chai)

Between January and Now, i have sacrified the folowing to her.

My Mechanic's voice

Mechanic: Oga nah engine mount
Me: Oya change them"
My Car: I am still vibrating when ac is on during traffic
My car: Partially when breaks are applied
Mechanic: Hmm, e be like say we go buy net for the engine
Me: Net what does that do.
Mechanic: it will help to......(can't explain well)

2 months later...

Mechanic: Change coils
Me: I disagreed,
My Car: I turned off my fans and decided to over heat one fine rainy day in May and he still drove me almost to the ground and damage 3 coils
Me: ok lets change coils
Car: Still vibrating when ac is on and we are in traffic

At this point i got tired of using the ac till about 3 weeks ago

I notice that when the vibrating starts in traffic, if i put the car on park it comes down a bit, but once i return to drive it back with a vengance.

But for some reason, when i move it from drive to neutral, the vibrations stop. plus once it goes back to drive, its not as worst as when i do drive to park and back to drive.

Please has any body noticed this with theirs?

If you have experience this vibrations before, what did you do to stop it finally?
