Education is subjective like most things in life. A good grasp of the English language is a must for me. He must at least be able to do that & since the OP didn't specify, I think I'm allowed to fill in the gaps on my own. Satisfied?

Depends on how uneducated the rich dude is. Illiteracy can make someone very unattractive real fast. Imagine him talking about me saying, "My wife, HE is wonderful" , just like some guys I've heard saying the same thing.
