1) It's against the tradition of all tribes in Nigeria and most Nigerian are traditionally attached.

2)Most Nigerian Ladies are caged (i.e They are slaves of the community and their emotions): An average Nigerian lady believes Men should do all the chasing and would rather burry her feelings instead of voicing out what she trully wants.

I'm not judging, I'm just stating facts..

3)We are not yet mature for that kind of thing: Most Nigerians will see a lady that proposes to her man as desperate and cheap.


These are reasons why it would be difficult for such to happen in Nigeria..

Nigerians are not Lazy! Yes development is not for the govt alone but there is not so much you can do when the basic requirements are not provided by the government which means you have to provide everything you need by yourself (Are you superman) Nigerian youths want quick money because of the hardship we face 'it is biting' We are almost in "survival mode"! This is because even with the most brilliant idea you find it extra difficult to make it work here compared to countries where basic infrastructures can support your ideas! I am not saying everything should be perfect but the basic necessities of life are lacking here and i suspect a deliberate attempt by the political class to make sure it remains so!
