This current scam of a govt led by the deceitful liars claiming to be "progressives" believe maybe a little too much in their own lies that they have not only gone as far as consolidating and monopolizing the already dead 4th realm but are now aggressively encroaching fast into the last frontier of communication - cyberspace.
The BMC did not spring up out of thin air neither was it a spark of ingenuity thought of and approved by the seething liars in Aso Rock but rather began its morphication from Alausa under the supreme control of the then ACN led administration in Lagos.

The Ogun state Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has approved the appointment of Mr. Olatokunbo Joseph Talabi as the Secretary to the State Government.

Also appointed is Alhaji Shuaib Afolabi Salisu as the governor’s Chief of Staff.

This was contained in a statement on Saturday signed by Kunle Somorin, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.

Talabi is said to have a rich private sector background as a business development professional, banker and entrepreneur.

He was until his appointment the Chief Executive Officer of Superflux International Limited, a market leader in security printing.

The 57-year-old holds a 1987 Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He also trained at the Citibank School of Banking, Long Island, New York.

A pioneer staff of a bank where he worked in several executive positions, Mr Talabi also worked at The Nigerian Economist gaining insight on product performance, sales, marketing and financial management.

“With over 30 years management experience, the new SSG is also a boardroom guru, chairing 6 corporate bodies and serving on the board of 7 other institutions, including those of Bitflux Communications, Olabisi Onabanjo University Development Foundation, ATCO Limited, Fate Foundation and the City of Knowledge Academy,” the statement added.

“He’s an affiliate of several professional associations, among which are National Association of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (NASME), Chartered Institute of Professional Printers of Nigeria (CIPPON) and the Entrepreneurship Development Centre of the Lagos Business School.

“He is married and blessed with three children.”

The statement added that Salisu, the new Chief of Staff, is an award-winning information and communications expert and accomplished administrator.

The new speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, says the running of the House would no longer be business as usual, as he pledged to introduce drastic reforms.
Gbajabiamila who was elected speaker on Tuesday, June 11, said in his inaugural speech that he would introduce his planned reforms in piecemeal.
“This is going to be a House of reforms, we will be dishing out those reforms in piecemeal. It will not be business as usual.

I am not attacking soyinka . I am not. I just want to correct an impression about people's work being "superior" to other notable works because of a Nobel prize.

I have stated it from the beginning, Soyinka and Achebe are both greats. yet your kinsmen keep attacking that standpoint, citing Soyinka's Nobel prize as making him superior above Achebe.

From the onset, you set out to settle a superiority contest which further reveals your inferiority complex.

my friend, the Nobel prize is a prestigious prize, arguably the most prestigious prize reward for literature. but its not a PERFECT AWARD. It has its own shortcomings. that is why you don't ALWAYS define a literary work by its award but by its global impact
