There is a good reason why "summary" was taught in English classes in school.

I am sure there are lots of gems in this interview but the way the info has been presented doesn't help.

Are you saying this article is too long...well, I will not be surprised if you were born in the late 1999s or early 2000s... It's becoming a generational problem with young people not to read. But a movie of 10 hours, you can see it without blinking or roaming on social media, you don't seek a summary for those. My advice to you, learn to read useful content no matter how long you think they are, it will not kill you, you will be better for it.

A Parents Experience on Q and A App Academy

It is normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes….. take a deep breath, this trying times will pass!

Think about how technology will help you improve service delivery and cut cost.

Post-COVID 19, are you planning to introduce blended learning to your school?

Parents:
How has it been having the children at home all day? You can't wait for them to get back to school?
Maybe this is an opportunity to teach them other skills, introduce them to some house chores, an opportunity to talk to them about finance, an opportunity for them to learn a new language, an opportunity to educate them about sex?

Irrespective of your situation, this is no time for self-pity. This is the time to unleash all the positive energy you have to better your situation and those of others around you.

Use this period to position for a turnaround.

One of my favourite stories is that of 'Sunky', my secondary school mate who did not gain admission immediately after college.

Whilst making efforts to gain admission, he enrolled to learn coding. To summarize, he didn't lose any year been at home. After gaining admission to study Industrial Chemistry, he was selected to be part of the University coding team, he was tutoring and writing codes for Computer science and Engineering undergraduates.

Today, Sunky is in the U.S working as a Programmer. A skill he acquired while waiting to gain admission.

The time provided by Lockdown #stayathome, if harnessed will turn out to be a time of growth.

After test candidates will be required to write essay on given topics usually not less than 500 words. A Breakdown of KPMG Assessment Test Questions

A total of 50 questions for 60 minutes. The exam includes Essay writing, you will be asked to choose from two topics and the time allotted for the Essay is 30 mins.

At this stage, candidates are given sets of situational based test questions where they are asked what they will do when faced with certain situation. It is quite tricky as it is not timed and there are no right or wrong answers only best practice and morally correct options. 2. Group exercise: candidates are put in groups and are given a situational puzzle to decipher. Each team member is given different clues that can be read out but not passed around. All of them are to solve the task in about 10 to 20 minutes. Contributions from all members are very important; no right or wrong answers too but how they are able to work as a team.


3. One-on-one interview: candidates are asked series of questions to test their competence and integrity. Questions like teams they have worked, impact they have made in school or during service etc.

Stage 4 – Documentation
Candidates will be required to submit copies of their credentials for verification to prevent falsification of documents. Candidates who might have taken the test before are also screen and disqualified.

Stage 5 – Partner’s interview
These comes in various ways and styles but most times a “STAR” interview approach is taken. Candidates are asked questions and they are expected to answer with relevant Situation they have experienced, how that applies to the

Task (question asked), Action(s) they took and the Result thereafter.
