Anioma161616:1) You haven't provided any proof of Anioma traditional rulers claiming to be Well here you go 2) You have ignored proof of Anioma traditional rulers claiming to be Edo Please provide the verifiable source to prove that all these Anioma traditional leaders said with their own mouths that they are Edos. 3) You have ignored proof of Anioma rulers showing artifacts which establish them as Edo Dude I'm tired of repeating myself... Lots of Western Igbos were under the influence of the old Benin kingdom, so having artifacts from Benin shouldn't be a big deal, before the establishment of the Benin kingdom, what language did these people in Anioma speak before they came under the reign of the Benin kingdom? what cultures did this aborigines practice before they were influenced by the Benin culture? how come they were able to retain their language, names, ways of life etc even decades after the end of the Benin kingdom? use your brain dude... having Benin artifacts was simply because the Benin sphere of influence which is still noticeable in various traditional cultures in Anioma lasted for many generations... that doesn't make those people less Igbos. 4) You have ignored precolonial maps showing Anioma as being Edo Colonial maps showed what they met on ground which was the Benin kingdom and the people under it, many of whom were not Benin. BEFORE this colonial maps showed Anioma as been Edo as you stupidly claim, what were the original people in Anioma called before they came under the Benin influence? what language did they speak? how come they still retained their names, languages, cultures etc with only little hints of Benin influence till date? Use your brains, I hate going in circles.

Anioma161616:Well take that up with your Yoruba masters whom you stole from after they conquered you. After all said and done, your empire begins and ends in your tiny landmass in Edo state. |
OneTemplate:You failed to chase out the Fulani from Ibarapa, attacking the residence of an old man isn't particularly brave is it? That's why the Seriki's son has a valid case here. |
OneTemplate:[/s] Tales by moonlight, direct your frustrations to the Seriki of Ibarapa not me, go and confront your Fulani nemesis in Ibarapa instead of telling me your medical conditions that I don't care about ![]() |
Anioma161616:No you are evidently the slow one here so I'm using your warped logic against you. I've clearly stated that prominent Anioma figures have already established they are Igbos and I provided you the names... you're too inconsequential a tribe to tell them what they are or are not. Edo is a minority tribe not even up to the population of a local government in Imo state, so it's an insult for an Igbo person to debase him/herself into any Benin affiliation. |
Anioma161616:[/s] I'm not interested in your face saving rants, according to the structure of states in Nigeria you are only found in your tiny one state, your hogwash claims of been an empire just to usurp other people into your dead and expired empire can never work cause the average Afemai, Urhobo, Itshekiri, Anioma people etc have never claimed to be Benin except having some ancestral links to the old Benin kingdom. Right now it's a known fact that parts of Edo are under Igbo and Yoruba cultural influence, you appropriated the Oba title and the Yoruba deities from the Yorubas and then shamelessly turned history on its head and claimed Yorubas stole it from you... Oduduwa was a Yoruba prince not Edo... Benin people never had a history of their own so they had to steal from others and then distort history ingratuituously. |
Apparently upon deeper research from the Ibarapa crisis it turns out the Serki's son is right. The residence of the old and defenceless Seriki was brazenly or cowardly (if you may) attacked by Sunday Igboho and his men, with the house burnt down along with his cars etc... but when Igboho's men finally met the armed and ready Fulani, according to this report they failed to chase out all the Fulani from Ibarapa as threatened except the Seriki and his family who had to leave... The Fulani fought back. https://www.pulse.ng/news/metro/2-feared-dead-as-sunday-igbohos-supporters-storm-fulani-settlement-in-oyo/nwr61q0

Anioma161616:[/s] Mumu... so Sunday Igboho is Igbo because he has Igbo in his last name? bros g o and eat, hunger dey make your brain cells work in reverse. Edo state is a minority one state with parts of it under Igbo and Yoruba cultural influence, deal with your minority status in peace cause its just as your fate wills it. |
solmusdesigns:Ogbeni go and confront your Fulani nemesis, no be me kill Jesus ![]() |
Anioma161616:So the likes of Obi Edozien, Ned Nwoko, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, Ralph Uweche, Jay Jay Okocha, late Joe Achuzie and lots of other celebrated figures from Anioma who have proudly all embraced their Igboness are now suddenly Edo cause a riff-raff like you with no pedigree or known worth said so? sometimes I wonder if most of you kids here smoke a special brand of Marijuana or something ![]() |
This Fulani people know how to degrade Yorubas sha...imagine the brazeness of this cow brained clown. |
DeltaFire:Utter Nonsense |
Well it's too late for us to start filtering and figuring out the good Fulani from the bad ones... at this point, the safest thing to do unfortunately is to categorize every Fulani person as a potential troublemaker as things stand right now...no thanks to the terrorist herdsmen who have made life unbearable for others. I actually feel bad for the good and responsible Fulani's who mean well. |
OyigboUpdate:Bros if you are jobless, hungry and broke, just message me so I can change your life... all this stale emotional blackmails and cheap propaganda just to get views no dey sell again. Even your Ijele boyfriend gets more hate on his videos than any sort of recognition. Whether you like it or not, 80% of Igbos are massively in support of ESN... cause without them Fulani for don chop those yeye fingers of yours wey you dey carry post all this rubbish. |
They are only welcoming the new chief of Army staff |
Una too dey worry una sef over this Anioma/Igbo identity crisis. It's quite simple, the people who always identify with been Igbos with no problems are the Aniocha/Oshimili people (or Enuani as they are called)... the rest like the Ika/Ukwani/Kwale axis are the ones we shouldn't even bother ourselves over, those ones are neither here or there, and they've been heavily diluted with the Benin influence anyway so they are as good as indistinct as this point. |
Seriki changing his story every second like I change my girlfriends. |
What type of guns ars those ESN guys armed with? |
Wahala dey, it seems the South west are dealing with more than a handful right now when it comes to this Fulani menace. |
Abdulmumin412:Have you shown this same level of concern and admonitions for the thousands who have been maimed and slaughtered by Boko haram and Fulani bandits nationwide? You can kindly shove your rubbish emotional blackmail speech- masked in pretense where the sun doesn't shine. The Igbo nation stands solidly with ESN in their noble protection of the East against terrorists elements. |
No be only 400, you for add 400,000 join sef... no be the same Orlu wey I dey? ... All this hungry bloggers looking for traffic and their fake reports sef. |
To say Igbos have a tiny population shows how unparalleled your ignorance and stupidity is. |
registering these guys is a waste of time, fulani will always be Fulani notwithstanding. |
The location of the "clash" is unknown, but this video gives a worrying insight into the conquistador mentality/complex of these barbarians called Fulani herdsmen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YD2CjoBakZM |
In an unknown location but somewhere in Igboland https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=785666545370061&id=2242422276042512 |
How this dude hasn't been banned yet is beyond me...but I'm not surprised any more, Nairaland has been reduced to a cesspit of junk and fake news. |
