OP posted two unrelated videos just to creat a click-bait thread with a deceitful topic, the other video of the dead children was an old video of an accident that occurred in Ebonyi I believe and unfortunately claimed the lives of those children. Why does Seun allow these insidious posters with fake videos to keep proliferating their nonsense on here? That's how the idiot who calls himself OyigboUpdate keeps flooding this site with fake videos on IPOB just to generate traffic on his shitty blog smh. |

PHijo:My Ijaw brother God bless you for speaking the truth, we might not agree on a lot of things (Ijaws and Igbos), but we are still brothers in the same struggle. |
Guys ignore the fake video, I watched it and it has absolutely no evidence or correlation with Orlu or some house to house invasion. What I understand from the video (which was very vague in details) was that an Igbo armed person (presumably a soldier) broke into the residence of Ikechukwu for whatever reasons that wasn't explained in the video, the Igbo soldier wanted to shoot Ikechuwku but was dissuaded from doing so by his Hausa colleague. There's no proof the said incidence took place in Orlu. |
Kondomatic:A bottle shouldn't make a man insane |
Kondomatic:Well that's on the soldier not me |
Eastlink:Lol OK online warrior don't take out your personal frustrations on me, go and look for ESN. I can even send you their location coordinates if you want. |
Brilliantly written piece... And that's why every right thinking Igbo person out there should dump his/her "detribalized" mentality, or any partisan mindset for that matter and massively support the Eastern security network in the defence of the East...because when the push comes to shove and the tsunami of human attacks from those sagelian hordes hits close to home... ESN might just be the only thing standing to defend our territorial integrity. |
vanunu:I doubt they would, except they want to incurr more unnecessary losses. |
After the craziness of yesterday things have settled into somewhat of an uneasy calm in Orlu, though major streets are still deserted and markets, shops, beer parlors, business centers etc all closing early to meet the curfew time. The soldiers seem still around enforcing the curfew seem to be scared from what I've observed, I get the feeling they hate it here and just want to get the hell of out Orlu back to the barracks... and can one blame them for feeling apprehensive? facts already have emerged that they lost 6 of their men officially as of today to the ESN clash.... so they have doubled their security with more men and combat gears in various strategic areas. But the soldiers have so far surprisingly displayed professionalism and have been immensely respectful to motorists and pedestrians alike so far... I even chatted with a soldier today and he was very friendly so I offered him a beer and cigarettes from my shop for free... and he was very grateful. Hopefully peace will be restored for good in Orlu cause we've been a very serene, friendly and hospitable community until the recent crisis snowballed into something else. And ESN still have a very strong base here in Orlu and I don't see them getting dislodged from here, so it will be wiser for the army to just leave them alone to do their jobs of protecting the rural areas from criminals and Fulani wahala, ESN from what I know enjoy the absolute trust, goodwill and confidence of the people cause they have been proven capable of providing fantastic security to the communities they operate with... as long as they don't interfere with the Nigerian army/police , then it's all good... make all man dey him lane. May we never experience bloodshed again! |
Tap0lane:If you want to die then you can come cover a shooting scene, me I still have a lot to accomplish in life. |
As usual the Fulani bandits always get protected by the Nigerian military, I'm fed up with this country honestly.
|
Grayoso:Bros stop with the useless chest beating over nothing, the Fulani herdsmen are still seriously terrorizing the South west... Just go on Twitter type in "Fulani herdsmen" and see all the worrying timeline of attacks on your region by herdsmen trending, including new updates of attacks happening as I type now. Wetin concern Igbos for all this needless rants now ? we're also fighting the same menace albeit successfully without making noise about it. https://twitter.com/Agu_Biafra/status/1353753925992783877?s=20 https://twitter.com/AdelaideAkuete/status/1353749762386907136?s=20 https://twitter.com/naijanewsevents/status/1353749506911830016?s=20

Sammy07:Egbon we do have those but I don't know if they even care about what's happening, it's pretty much all man to himself right nkwm |
Sammy07:Egbon we do have those but I don't know if they even care about what's happening, it's pretty much all man to himself right now. |
Sammy07:Brother I'm not an advocate for violence, I'm a simple business man trying to make ends meet... if push comes to shove and Orlu becomes a war zone why shouldn't I run for my life? I never marry born pikin ooo.. man still wan live abeg. |
MASTAkiLLAh:I dey house, I'm not leaving my house bro... but I've placed some calls already to make my safe exit incase kasala burst. |
Beremx:Correct, the army did the burning. I dey Orlu now. |
Ojiofor:Bro I dey ground for Orlu now and I've been updating the facts of what happened on my Twitter page, truth is the burning and chaos was caused by the Nigerian soldiers who ended up killing 4 innocent people (including a kid), the ESN guys fought them back and killed 3 of them so I can understand why they came back for revenge but if you don't know the facts on ground, please stop making dangerous assumptions here. UPDATE: and oh, ESN isn't fake, cause I finally saw them with my two kokoro eyes after doubting for long so long, they are definitely VERY REAL. |
ESN guys were literally advancing towards soldiers even while under heavy gunfire and those guys didn't get fazed one bit as they rained back bullets on the soldiers, I was never a believer in Jazz but I'm beginning to believe Jazz must be real cause what I saw today was no joke. There's stampede everywhere in Orlu now and I was thankfully able to lock up my shop and book it to a safer place cause it was like a war zone today. Some soldiers I heard were killed and the Nigerian soldiers came in heavy truckloads and armored vehicles for revenge all dressed in combat fatigues like they were going to war. So far two armored vehicles were burnt along with some police vans when the soldiers retreated, I saw a dead body - a civilian and more painfully a kid lying in his pool of blood in one of the shops while running... I heard about 4 soldiers, 2 policemen were killed... and 3 or 4 civilians caught in the stray bullets were also unlucky. May God never let us see war in the East. |
MetaPhysical:Hmmm ok oooo ![]() |
MetaPhysical:Guy na poor Yoruba boys like you dey whine about this matter ooo, rich Yoruba boys no even send ![]() |
Grayoso:Now you are arguing from your weak point once again, too much proclivity towards emotion yet no fact. There's absolutely no facts to suggest Yoruba men are more desirable or would be at the alpha pole of choices for Nigerian women... that's your own deluded feelings s not agreeing with your facts ..someone here used the social media argument as a parameter to determine the desirability of Nigerian men right now, and I quite agree cause if social media submissions from Naija girls are anything to reckon with, then I'll feel very bad if I were Yoruba, cause awon omo Ibo dey dust una right now on that desirability index. The only thing going for yoruba guys is the stale "Yoruba demons" tag...which another expression for "useless Fvck boy" wey any woman dey use and dump as rags ![]() And it's weird I'm having these conversations with a guy... maybe the honest perspective of a woman will be better here, to dey follow my fellow man to argue over which tribe a woman wants more or not shows I'm becoming as jobless as you probably are. So our conversation ends here. |
FlyoruB:The same hairy yam legs una dey rush like new Balenciaga's? No make Akeredolu hear you ooo! he's about to sell Ondo state to Igbos on top that hairy yam leg with thick Igbotic accent ooo ![]() |
