I have a Visa prepaid card and I would like to transfer some of its balance into my bank account but I don't know how to go about it. I need the money in naira for a local purchase please I need your help.

Although I don't use geegpay/wise/grey yet, I was thinking if they can be funded with the card then converted and transferred into my local account?

You can't unless you pay a PayPal agent and he can sends you those Paypal invoice and give you naira, just be be careful of who you deal with
