My advice is not to focus too deeply on Tech skills but remote skills. so if you're chasing UX, try and develop remote skills that are attractive.

Have you tried using Wellfound (formerly Angellist)? You can use the filter option to search for remote-only jobs. They have a good response rate.

Your fellow women up there didn't mention finance, she mentioned support, if you're not going to provide that, then make room for other women to.
