How long does it take to merge one RSA to another RSA?

I applied for 25% pension contributions with Fidelity Pensions. I completed d documentation today, later in d day I got a call from their Head Office that I need to merge my Trustfund Pensions account to d Fidelity Pensions account b4 my application can be process.

Note: I also have contributions with Trustfund Pensions under a different organization where I initially worked & have collected 25% from same contribution.

They have no other choice than to sell, when the business starts making losses, instead of the children to get dividends from the business they will be asked to invest more money in order to recapitalize the business.
This I have seen many times and countless times especially kids that stay abroad

Nobody is forcing them, but at least let it be a learning opportunity for them. Some lessons learnt can be applied to other areas of life. But we need to build generational businesses
A family friend started as a gate man, then moved to cleaning, then became the cashier, receptionist then move up the ladder till he got to the top, he was in these positions when school are on holiday. There is nothing about the business he doesn't know about.

All these information you are giving now were not given earlier. Most private schools do not pay well. You always see private school teachers complain of low pay and being overworked.
Do you have a business?

Correct man. I bet you some of his mates are busy begging for money up and down or demanding money from struggling children, after spending their spare cash buying cars and houses for slay mamas when they were younger lipsrsealed
How did you know this?

It’s not by force to be in the family business na. And many intelligent parents understand this and let their children decide what they want to do with their lives.

The worst thing you can do to your children is to force them to do what they have no interest in doing for your own personal and selfish goals. You will be setting them up for a lifetime of depression and failure.

It pays to sell the business or have another trusted person run it on behalf of the family than to force an unwilling child to run it.
Nigeria or abroad?

I am sure some workers are already warming up to divert their share for long-term service.
The more reason, they need to learn it while their parents are alive, otherwise once they are dead, the bad workers will manipulate them to selling to them indirectly.

You know what, don't be surprised if it was the business that was paying his bills in the UK.

When his father died, the business suffered and could not pay his bills again, so he decided to come and manage it himself.

I have relatives in Nigeria that are sending annual grants of up to $30,000 from their family business to each of their children in the US, the family business also pays the school fees of their grandchildren, assists with mortgage payments etc. The parents are now in their 80s, let us hope the workers will be faithful by the time the founders are gone. If not the children might be forced to sell the business to the workers and management at giveaway prices.
This is usually the case.

CaveAdullam:
DAY 202, REDPILL 2021

Women don't bring stability to your life.

It's in your soul jurisdiction to make your life stable.

Waiting for or depending on a woman to bring you stability is preposterous.

Women are but a companion. As gods can do without their votaries, so it must be between a man and a woman. Men want women; women need men.

Work hard to make your life stable, healthy, happy and flexible. It's for yourself and not to please anyone.

Men bring stability and make (unstable) women stable. If the case is reversed, women, whether stable or unstable will poorly construct men, which is the same as men not doing anything. Hence, men are the true potters, the world and women are their clays.

Authority: take care of yourself first.
Please shut up

It is meant to be a monthly thing and I would have really enjoyed with a dedicated amount. But then, the First time I tried it was June 2021. The money left my account immediately before settlement but as I am typing this, I have not gotten the allotment. I have contacted my broker severally on it but was told it hasn't been allotted. I don't know where my money is and the terms/condition of the Investment. That is why I am not going to try this one now.
Who is your broker?

I do not support this. He should quit them. My landlord does an increase every 2 years which we the tenants are comfortable with. Initially he was slamming a 40-60% increase which was the cause of our disagreements with him. He is no longer doing that. He now does a reasonable percentage increase.
Now, this is understandable because
1. You disagreeed to agree
2. You guys are paying promptly

Iam sure when the tenants came in, there was no agreement on percentage increase and frequency given to them. I have noticed that most landlords do not like doing this or shy away from it because they want to be able to wake up anytime and give a percentage. My landlord once gave us a 60% increment after 2 years. What can you say to that as a landlord?.
I know of another that gave over 100% after 7 years.
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by QuinModah(f): 2:54pm On Jul 06, 2021
NL1960:
That is where the issue is coming from. It is never written into it. It is codedly done in the 5th year in order to collect a higher rent from new tenants because by the 5th year, there is no way you can increase the rent of an existing tenant to match that of a new tenant.

There is a landlord in my area. Once a new building springs up, he goes to find out the rent for it and then tell his tenants that the going rate in that area is that price and so they should all pay that new price even though his property might be 15 years old.
