The guy seems capable. His presentation at the senate was impressive. I wish him the best. Hope he represents his constituency, the youth, well. |
The students should know what they signed for- a missionary university . |
So sad. Very fine place |
Same staff that cried when the former VC, Prof Rafindadi left in 2016. That's what incompetence of officials begets https://www.nairaland.com/2941596/staff-cry-rafindadi-vc-lokoja |
Hmmm |
Ignorance all through. Bigots deploy any parameter just to drive their insidious motives, sometimes regional(north vs south), religion(muslim vs christian), or ethnic(Hausa vs Yoruba vs Igbo...). You said 110 brig gens are from north, and 53 from south but 84 of the former are muslims. That means 84 muslims and 79 chrgistians. Again, some people tend to always lump the north into as if its homogenous. The north is far more diverse in terms of ethnicity than the south. And at least 25% of north's population is christian. Go and fact check, the number of christian officers in the armed forces is more than their muslim counterparts, because of the quota system. If NDA admits say 5 cadets from each state, it's only like 5 states in the whole Nigeria that have 99% muslim population, while there are at least 10 states that are 99% christian. This is the reality, so that the ignorant don't keep dishing out their balderdash |
AlexReports, you're beating a dead horse. Why are you propping someone that's incompetent? This man is the most inactive security head i've seen. You don't even see him visiting state commands. Infact just try a Google search with the man's name, you'll find few news articles linked to him. I pray he gets booted out soonest |
Bede2u:Bigot! |
nurey:Thank you sir |

Yawa don gas |
Incognito403:Brother, i agree with you only to a little extent. Yes, prayers improve one's mental health and spirituality, but not necessarily ward off psychological issues like burn out and depression. I observe my daily prayers, i do voluntary fasts..... but experienced burn out last year. I had a demanding sales job which sapped all my energy. I couldn't get a leave for 3 years, so no time to fully rejuvenate my mental strength. I've learnt my lessons now |
OP, Follow this thread https://www.nairaland.com/5223408/masturbation-quitting-challenge-thread I'm sure you'll make some progress if you're really serious about it. |
Abeg where's Autojosh? There was a time that his topics hit FP almost every day. |
By recommendation through friends or relatives. E no easy |
Some people don't know anything but they will be spewing ignorance. I have friends in the university who were ex boys, they report to their units during holidays. They also collect monthly salaries. We went to NYSC together, most parade commanders you see in nysc are nms/afms boys. Caveat: there was a time in the past decade when the military training was downgraded at NMS. I think the boys that graduated then were treated differently. |
In the Nairaland parlance of 5 years past, we'll say "END TIME GOAT" |
May his reign be fruitful. We're proud of our heritage. If you don't cherish your heritage, but that of outsiders, then that's your cup of tea.
