Sylvia next. Looking sexy really. It's her first time serenading. Song title- You are an amazing soul. Oh, is this a rap or poem ?There's some force there but is this poem Even if na rap or poem, na F9. Ijebu Nicki minajWhat was that??! She even thanked the Love guest and the show for bringing them together. I think she just serenaded a speech lol. Everyone is dancing now. So far, Theresa did well, followed by Rosie. |
Bolanle next. she sang in her dialect and she was okay. Good flow and nice but short lyrics. Less emotion than Rosie. It was more of fun for her. Love guests like her song. Theresa next. Nice rhythm at the beginning. Her lyrics were good, her voice was good, there was a bit of emotion until it started to get serious when she said something about being 'his wife'. She seems to want to prove a point. I love her song. It was really good, good flow and some jara that made the song really deep. |
The female love guests are serenading to their partners. Chris went in first and I'm sorry I don't know about this. My mind wasn't with her. It was short, passionless and just there. I don't even think I heard anything Rosie is next and she is doing great. Good voice, good lyrics, good rhythm and there's even a chorus. |
Viking07:You think it's useless because you are busy comparing it to BBN hence you will want the same standard. But UL's theme is totally different. If you treat it as such, you will understand it's the essence. And their systems are different so expect different effects. It's their first, coming versions will definitely be better. BBN during Ebuka's time was rubbish, but compare it to last year's. The main theme of this show is to bring in different people with different backgrounds, finances, religion, lifestyles, and experiences to find love within 8 weeks and the winning couple must get married for a year to get the price. Other things are just by the way- entertainment, animosity, gang, betrayals are all just the natural results of such settings but not the main menu. So you can't compare that to BBN and therefore, don't expect the same things as most people on this thread are doing. So that is how is the show nonsense and useless? Don't say it because of the visible aunty, Butlers, or open nominations.. when you do, you are still comparing it to BBN. So, how is ULTIMATE LOVE useless? |
Chris is talking about some emotional stuff.. one of her siblings died and their family's reaction or so..but Ville is just there to damn bland, showing no concern..seems fed up of this discussion. For someone that is always bubbly, he seemed bored right now, which is most times around Chris. I don't blame him, someone like Bolanle or Obi or even Theresa would do. Others seem to bring out the fun in him because they are fun too. I love Chris, but I don't know about this their love o. |
These housemates are hungry fellows and covetous. Just look at the way Chidi was weighing, comparing and eyeing the served food and still wasn't satisfied with his choice. He had to go back, dropped the one he picked before and then carried another one..Iyke also checked and checked, compared each portion till Kachi had to tell him he's(Iyke) is confused. Iyke had to go call Theresa to come to pick for them. I noticed their portions have reduced though unlike when they first came in. This isn't because they decided to eat less, but probably because food isn't much again or the organizers have passed a message across. Their eating habit is crazy!!!!! What each couple is eating right now, was what each individual served themselves before ;p |
quivah:For this one reason, Ville is best suited with Bolanle while Chris with Arnold. |
senatordave1:Yeah, there's this way she talks. Slowly and deeply as if she is trying to enforce her words. Also, she tends to think or collect her words before talking which is a good thing but for her, she does that in the sense of holding the forte. |
I like David's cheerfulness to Chrisville. Chrisville goes overboard and when you do that, it becomes unnecessary, childish, and irritating. He plays even when it's not needed. I feel Chris will likely get tired especially the fact that she is more reserved and will likely want some me time to herself which Chrisville will likely invade, in a way that will come off as frustrating. I'm talking base on my kinda person towards people like Ville. For someone like that, their jokes will always come off as irritating and unwelcome to me...always. Moderation is superb. So I'm with David here, even Arnold. |
Why Rosie dey always act/talk like say she's in charge?! As if she's talking to her pupils lol. Indeed, Phresh is bitter. |
Eeghe:Yeah. It's a two month program. I think it's just two weeks to go. |
WOW!!! Auntie's outfit is gbam!!!!!!. Why does this male co-host dresses ugly na? I have never felt his outfits. |
Isn't this show ending in two weeks? why check out one couple? I'm glad I will stop seeing that ugly guy with bad chewing habit tho. I wished ObiEbi followed them sha. |
MiaB:According to Eeghe na. That's Chrisville and not David, at the emboldened. The only BBN housemate lookalikes are Louis and Iyke who look like Efe and Teddy A respectively. |
Reussite:The Tobi lookalike is definitely Chrisville and not David. |
chai!! see that bombshell on Arnold. He was asked if Bolanle was a task or for real. The guy just wiggled around. The thing shocked Bolanle tho. |
Munzy14:Was that Bolanle crying ![]() Louis is talented sha but their combo isn't exciting at all. |
Munzy14:Especially his green cap. Thank goodness they are out. He reminds me of Efe. |
BYE BYE Jelo. |
Munzy14:Oh yeah yeah.Thats true. Guess I have been missing out on those days. However, Ebi has been cooking with others. Have seen her cook with Chris, Rosie, Bolanle, and NK. |
enemmo:That's true. I have never seen Theresa and Jenny in the kitchen. |
Munzy14:Which further proves that those ladies haven't been practicing or learning all their lives. I can't say they were trying to be careful. I do not measure or put my seasoning bits by bits. I somehow know how much is enough and I never miss it. Same can be said of any person who has perfected the act through constant practice. I was surprised watching those ladies that day o. Ordinary eggs. Dem go even measure how much water go cook one cup of rice lol. @emboldened, I think being careful or seeking validation always lead to disaster. There were times i was in hurry to go out and i just add everything at a go, these foods usually come out better than when i had enough time to add the seasoning and ingredients one after the other. At least most of the time. But seeing those three women struggling to fry eggs was just shocking. |
Munzy14:chai. Many of those girls no sabi. Last week, Nk, Chris and I think Ebi spent over 30mins frying eggs (with vegetables). They kept adding water, seasoning, turning the mixtures just to get the perfect taste. Giving each other to taste before they finally carry am comot for fire. First, they inquired from themselves how much pepper should go, if the pepper they are cutting won't be too much. if this and that is okay. I haven't seen Bolanle struggle with cooking tho unlike the other girls particularly Nk and Chris. |
seniormallam:Isn't that even supposed to be logic 101? |
I don't get this Rosie sha!!! How can you be blending pepper without adding water or even cutting them into tiny bits at least, and you expect the thing to roll?. She even had to start using knife to cut the pepper right inside the blender's cup. Look at her struggling with grinding pepper for over 30mins now. You go know people wey no sabi cook or no dey enter kitchen sef. Sha no burn blender. |
When you sneeze continuously it means someone is calling you or talking about you-- my mom. Louis is constantly sneezing while eating now, and he just said someone is calling him. I used to think my mom is the one with such superstition. |
Amya:You are right but i won't be surprised if kachi leaves her after the show. He is in charge now and she will want to compromise a lot of her principles for his good side.. anything to make her look cool after that bombshell. |
Munzy14:LOL |
Amya:lol i am beginning to think he isn't |
customizedme:indeed, it is Rosie.. always. |
Amya:Roskie is doing just okay. However, that little strand that should hold whatever relationship they may build outside the love pad is now very weak, if not broken by her recent news of a 13-year-old son. It's totally different if that had been on the table and kachi went along with it. But lying about something as huge as that and then dropping the bombshell after several weeks is very bad. I love their discussions though, on Rosie's part she really do wanna know more about kachi. I feel she's smitten with him but she should cut down on the disrespect. Kachi seems gentle, and I can't be sure of his feelings now. I love the way Rosie picks get words calmly and how she looks at him. It is so different from when they first got together. Kachi was the one pushing it before but now Rosie is all in. |
Roskie on my screen talking about LOVE. Declaration of love. I am with Kachi here. I believe 'i love you' isn't a call and response talk. It's just the spur of the moment. You don't always have to respond to your partner's ' I love yous' with 'I love you too'. Something called for that sudden 'i love you' talk, and that's that person's initial call to it. While your 'i love you' is your own response to that effect which doesn't necessarily deserve an 'i love you too' response. At least, not always. scenario 1; Husby gifts wifey a gift wifey is excited about it and says, 'i love you, honey'. Husby might decide to respond by saying 'i love you too', or he might just say 'anything for you baby' or just smile. However, buying that gift at first is his own way of expressing his love, while the wife's response at the moment was telling her husband she loves him. scenario 2; wifey stars romantically at hubby during discussion and hubby was in the feelings, decided to tell her he loves her. It's not necessary she responds with an 'i love you too'. She might just kiss him or wink or jump on him. However, she was the one who first expressed her feelings by the way she was staring at him while he responded with an 'i love you'. Here is Rosie feeling insecure and having doubts because says Kachi doesn't always respond to her 'i love yous' with an 'i love you too' response. However, kachi says he does actually respond by holding her waist, giving her a kiss on the forehead or giving a deep facial expression at that moment to digest her 'i love you'. He feels he doesn't necessarily have to say I love you too always. |
?

; so far all the couples who shared the love nest had misunderstandings while in there.)
