For instance, if Heaven/Hell are real:
Mr A,the very good man might on a single day do a little bad thing(which isn't little to God's face) and then die mins later..
Hes gon end up in the same place as Mr B,the bad non repentable man..cause,Its written "nothing unclean shall enter the kingdom of God"
Is it not then better for mr A to live well just like mr B.. and to even check,mr B would be the rich man while mr A the poor man..
So,to God its justifiable..
But in the real world,a thief's judgment is lesser than a murderer..now!! That's the real justice.
