Unlimited premium: 25k no caps on MB but speed is 5Mbps max. Too slow except for regular browsing and watching one youtube video at a time. Cant even stream 2 videos at once.

Or pay for capped data and get unlimited speed; but max speed i got was around 40Mbps, which is still trash but way better than 5Mbps.

On the dashboard, you can see your signal strength in dBm, move around until you hit the perfect spot.
The higher (or closer to 0) the better. first floor gives me -106 dBm at 150Mbps.
second floor gives me --56 dBm or so at 350Mbps
third floor: unchecked
4G only gives me max 100Mbps at any floor
But it stays at the first floor, just for the aesthetics
if i wanna do anything mega-data intensive, i will move it up a floor

Another issue I have with the device is I only get 4g even though my location is listed on their website as a 5g location, I called customer care but they seemed even more confused. One was asking me if the phone I connected to the router has an MTN SIM, how the SIM wey dey my phone take affect router network reception?

I initially had this issue too with my location listed among the 5G coverage areas but I only got 4G. As soon as the free 100GB expired, I got 5G lol. Coincidence?? I don't think so because I got 5G when i moved to other locations
So I would say the signal is slowly rolling out; or somebody forgot to turn on 5G in my location until perhaps somebody called and complained.

mine came with power bank(UPS) on the website dashboard change it to 5G ONLY

It will still fall back to 4G (even in this state) if the 5G network is poor or nonexistent

You are a liar. Swift unlimited premium at 25k is capped at 5Mbps. No more!
If you want uncapped speed, then you have to subscribed to capped data amount.
And dont question what people use data for. Some people have kids, who watch Youtube/CN from 2pm ti 8pm
they work at home and need data, while other family members are on Netflix. Their homes are automated and need stable ISP.

p.s.: your speed is best effort basis, so on 45Mbps you will only get around 35 and since it's shared
dont even use it for heavy downloading, cos while downloading, the speed will dip to around 128Kbps for like a minute
pick up to near maximum for like 3 mins and then dip again and the cycle continues. I hated that sh!t and complained alot. Nothing was done to fix it. So something that should take 1hr will take 1h 30mins because of these dips.
But for streaming et al, it's king.
So I added SWIFTNG to the mix as swift maintains the speed during downloads, no dips

Any idea how good their service is? I met someone using it lately (Home Fiber Wired) and he said they're good. But I wouldn't mind hearing more opinions about their quality of service. Customer support, speed, and uptime reliability.

My location is at Lekki, Orchid Road.

I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. one being NgCom (score: 3.3) and the other FiberOne (score: 3.2). Reviews on google for both services aren't very encouraging.

Been a customer for almost 4 years now, from radio (12Mbps) to fibre (45Mbps) as my paid plans
Downtime on radio will drive you insane. sometimes as much as 3 days at a stretch.
But fibre is pretty stable with downtimes happening like 2/30days but not at a stretch unlike radio, 1hr here, 30mins there etc
But there's no month that it was 100% uptime, there would always been an unplanned downtime for at least some hours.
But good thing, they refund downtime as credit for extra days.
