With the Mushin Makeover project, our mission is to mobilize the donation of painting materials and buckets of paint (in many beautiful and bright colors) as well as raise 5,000 volunteers across Lagos state, all over Nigeria and even beyond, who will dedicate their time and energy towards the goal of beautifying as many streets as possible in the Mushin local government area IN JUST 1-DAY.
The driving objective of this project is to get people to believe that they can make a positive change to their environment, particularly in M.U.S.H.I.N, which, as far as we are concerned, is the place for “Making Unique Stars and Heroes In Nigeria” (MUSHIN) and ultimately raising a Generation that is Empowered, Motivated and Stirred To Operate with Natural Excellence. (GEMSTONE). A generation with the capacity to build Nigeria into the most desirable nation to live in by December 31, 2025
wow i am having the same issue with my fiance. well not as bad as yours cus she still bears the dad's name but my thing is why are you inviting him if you don't want him to give you out cus in yoruba land when the man is till alive and he is sitting their it will be very wrong for somebody else to walk you down the isle. so i guess its better if you don't invite him at all or don't even let him knw the date or anything about it
carnal: I got married when i was 26 that was 5yrs ago its not been easy i must confess but its been sweet all the way with all the wahala,we have our down times and also our sweet times, one thing i have come to learn about marriage is "PUT" P-Patience, U-understanding and T-tolerance.yes there are times you just feel like packing your bags and leave the house but my dear when you look back and look front you definately know that wont be the best decision, marriage has challenged me to be a better person who handle issues more maturedly because i have friends who are older than me and not married and i sometimes wonder how they handle little issues with the GF's,my advise to other men is to be patient women are sweet but they have their issues while for our women pls try to stay quite sometimes and talk us men later (possibly midnight) when our head will be coool from the issue at hand, these has been one secret i advised my wife and she has used it well, initially early into the marriage we argue alot over very little things but i later made my policies and we both sticked to it,a man must be objectively strong in marriage so as your woman can see you as a guardian and that elder brother she desire, when i am boiling she just let me be and possibly correct me later and i appreciate that alot
tell him to teach you his language or go learn about his language and culture dat way wen they r talking you 2 can understand bit by bit what they are saying.
