Do you know how to debate at all? Refute the claim the OP made without justifying idol worship in Islam. Can't you refute the claim without involving another religion. Going to Mecca is one of the 5 pillars of Islam. A tradition that was practiced before Mohammed was born and before Islam as a religion was formed. It is my understanding that Allah is almighty and can't be described. Yet, millions of muslims go to Mecca every year to have their hair shaved and kiss the Kabba that contained the idols of Arabia. Why do they do these things? Why are they worshiping a stone, what is inside the Kabbah?

Muslims claim to be monotheist yet they are kissing the Kabba and praying to it. Muslims are to pray to Allah only and no one else? Is Allah in the Kabbah?

Abuklaw: what a brilliant comment from the cavity of a sage.u're indeed a role model to other igbos afam.but my question is,why do xtians convertee face a those absolute rejection and even life threat from their family members (my mum as a case study) while everyone will jump to conclusion that islam lack tolerant if any muslim should act likewise. My father went through hell during the fierce battle with his in law on the issue but i thank God for his doggedness and absolute forbearance to pacify and unite with his angry in law. We now live in a cordial co-existence. The most funniest part of this story was that her 3 younger sisters follow suit.i always and will contnue to say it that every sane physche need not be condemn for taking risky and convolute decision.

lovejo: I'm yoruba guy and I grow up in Ibadan, i was in Ibadan last year December and January, the flyover is below par compare to standard flyover I have seen across the world even in other part of Nigeria.
I commend the governor for good work, but I believe he can do better with tax payer money.
No tax on this flyover like Lagos, so it is manageable but it will usurp maintenance cost within few years.
