I think you're right. It's very simple and can only be done using a VBA macro. I'll assume he may want other cells hidden apart from the main cell and would require buttons ,specific to each sheet which will activate them .

VBA macro is the best solution but all he needs to to is use the reference commands and I suggest renaming the spreadsheets to the simplest form so as not to bring up bugging syntax errors

Simple Server is configured to listen on port 8080, apache should normally listen on port 80 (Localhost). You either change apache's listen port or close Simple Server.

Here is how to change Apache's port:

go to the

 httpd.conf

do a search for listen and change

Listen 8080

to

Listen 80

or any port.

Remember to allow that port through firewall and you have restart the Apache service not the system.
