Your sympathy is misplaced. How would you feel if you heard that some cultist who terrorised you or someone you know was killed? I guarantee you'll be doing back flips.

Don't tell me you felt sympathy when you heard that Abacha died. same thing. He's a cultist; He got what he deserved.
how do you know he is a cultist? Stop making silly assumptions here. The newspaper article did not state the victim is a cultist. Innocent people also get killed by cult member because they might have problem with one of the cult member. Nobody deserve to be murdered

You are a delusional moronic excuse for being a human being. I have no sympathy for any cultist.

He should have been dead a long time ago...

How about if this child was to lure your child or relations into cultism? Do not let religious sentiment becloud your sense of normal reasoning.
stop exposing your ignorant on nairaland. how do you know the victim is a cult member? stop making moronic assumptions. Innocent people get killed in Campuses across Nigeria everyday because they get into problems with cult members. The article did not say the victim belongs to a cult so stop making f00lish assumptions. rip to the victim

This is what is known as denial. Believe me when I say there is no such thing as mistaken identity when it comes to cultist. They know exactly who they are looking for. They didn't bump into him on the road, HE WAS CALLED OUT. The execution was a done deal for him.

On the issue of innocents with cultists to the best if my knowledge non cultist who have issues get a beat down simple or a asked to pay a fine. I have experienced an attempt at beatfoen before for shit I had no idea about and was saved cos I knew one of the guys.

Lastly cultism doesn't pay.
I am not in denial but stating facts . We don't know the details of the case so its wrong for us to pass judgement that the victim is a cult member. There are cases where non cult members were attacked because maybe they got into misunderstanding with cult members or maybe the victim got into problem a cult member girlfriend or family member. We don't know the circumstances so you don't have to tag the Victim as a cult member because he got killed by cultist. A friend of mine that lived in my hostel was killed in my hostel in 2009 at my school Uniport. My friend was not into cultism and a very active member in Student fellowship. I heard he got killed because he got into problem with some boys in his class so not everybody executed by cultist are cult members

First of all, How do you know he is a cultist. The news did not say he is a cult member. just because someone is killed by cult members doesn't mean he is also a cultist. Innocent people get killed by cult members everyday that does not mean the victims are cultist. stop making unnecessary assumptions without knowing the details of the news. The guy killed might just be an innocent student who got into problem with some cult members.

Whynotthetruth:
Nigeria and Nigerians seems to be confused today which way to go thanks to fuel scarcity. And one begins to wonder how can a mother that has big restaurant with numerous customers daily have her children die of starvation?...This is the fate of Nigeria today albeit painful.

Unfortunately, we allowed most of the problems we see today by our actions and inactions. We are a people easily manipulated and bulldozed with propaganda and lies. We are simply smart by half...We refuse to look beyond our noses; while policy formations of government are supported based on; (a) Who's talking?...(b) What party is he?...(c) What tribe is he?...(d) What religion?...(e)Does it benefit me at least for today?...and other such myopic considerations...At the end, good policy formations are sacrificed at the altar of partisanship. And we keep complaining as usual...

Today a group not sufficient to form a kindred are holding us ransom and we groan with little option in view. They engage in business with no risk, because we the people through government bear and pay for all the risks involved in their line of business...What a business line to be in...Even exchange rate differentials are borne by government for them; hence their singular obligation here is to smile to banks at our detriment.

Jonathan cried and pleaded that we extricate ourselves from this people by removing subsidy in January, 2012; but unfortunately we chose to support these greedy businessmen than our president. Deregulation of that sector was killed. And all attendant problems continued.

Yes, today we still cry corruption in oil sector, bureaucracy, and scarcity occasioned by hoarding of products as well as round tripping of products. All these problems to me would have ended if we supported Jonathan in 2012 to deregulate that sector and open it up to competition and transparent undertakings. We rather supported the "cabal". Now, the poor is subsidizing the rich. Business of oil is undertaken with no risk by the businessmen. We choose to kill a proactive measure by Jonathan that would have cleaned and opened up that sector. Partisanship defined our actions than patriotism.

Which way Nigeria?... Yes, we still shift blame to Jonathan as the president. But what was your role in 2012 subsidy wahala?...Because all these problems could have been averted but we chose otherwise. By refusing deregulation, we supported and fed these monsters of a cabal.

Thanks to Ifeanyi Ubah(Capital Oil); that chose to save us now by opening up his tank farms and jetties. But for how long can we continue like this? Do you cure typhoid fever by simply taking care of the headache?...

ACN/CPC now APC fought against subsidy removal. I hope they keep their words and keep feeding these few. At least we can always borrow more to pay the cabals in case we have no money domestically again...thanks
removal subsidy is not the long term solution to the fuel problem. WE NEED REFINERIES. GEJ/ PDP had 16 yrs to build and repair our refineries but they choose to do nothing.

You mean this epileptic supply will continue for another monthhuh Not sustainable.
I am talking about long term and permanent solution. If clueless GEJ had repair our refineries in the last 5 yrs we wont have been experiencing fuel scarcity
PoliticsRe: FUEL CRISIS: Buhari's First Test by Raiders: 5:17am On May 22, 2015
Xetima:
I think Buhari has a good first test on the fuel crisis. The epileptic supply with the pump prices ranging from N130 - N250 per litre needs to be resolved as the first test for the in coming government. Unfortunately APC told Nigerians that there is nothing like fuel subsidy. According to them it is GEJ and PDP's corruption that has made fuel price to be as high as N87. Even Tam David West recomputed the landing cost to about N37, arguing that fuel could sell at N45 per litre.

Now my questions are, how is this government going to resolve this?

Will they remove subsidy? Or will May 29 usher in the continued fuel scarcity?

If subsidy is removed, will Nigerians accept it when they rejected it in 2012?

How will this impact the already improvised Nigerians?

The coming weeks are pregnant, but Buhari has no excuse to fail. Nobody would excuse Buhari if he cannot resolve the fuel crisis within the first month in office. To me, this is his first big test.
Buhari needs more than 1 month to resolve the fuel crisis. we need to repair the refineries and build more refineries to meet our fuel demand

This old foolish certificate forger should shut it already. Buhari you have no other reason challenging past elections except for the sake of your extremism. You are a typical Islamic extremist and by the time you come of this Presidency Nigerians must have started regretting having such a forger, a blood thirsty Terror who lives to lie. You still have not apologised for the blood of innocent Nigerians you collaborated with your boko haram to kill. Their spirits will ever be coming after you and you will never have no peace.
you are ignorant and dum.b. Buhari is going to be the president for the next 4 yrs and there is nothing you can do about it

The job of president is not like any other job, its a 24hrs a day job.
you and Fayose might end up dying before Buhari. Noone knows tomorrow. Anyway, you sound better. Nigerians has decided who they want as president. GEJ has lost and its time to focus for the next 4 yrs of Buhari presidency
