what fucking time pdp did 16 out of which obj buhari's ally did 8 yar adua buhari's bro from north did 3 and u heap the whole on jonathan? If obj fought corruption and insecurity would we be expecting that fight from jonathan today and u dare ask of time. How much time does he need another 16apc years? Or what you did not vote out pdp you voted Gej out if its pdp u wanted to sack then what are the founding fathers of ur sacked doing in apc. now they got what dey want, they wanna shut the defection door
so you expect APC to correct PDP wrong in less than 1 yr. buhari needs time and Nigeria support to make change. change is always slow and we should judge his government after 4 yrs. If he perform below expectations, Nigerians should vote him out. I hope he success because if he fails then Nigeria fails too

Any man who do not take responsibility for his action will never get it right or succeed. Until we stop blaming our failures entirely on the leadership of this country, things will never get better be it GEJ or GMB at the helms of affairs. How else do you explain a situation where many gas stations close their doors to cars and only sell PMS to gallon wielding touts who buy to resell same at the gas station at a criminal 200 - 300% increase. The marketers down to the PMS retailers are also the problem not just the government.

Charity begins at home. We must remove the logs in our eyes before calling names.
I understand your point but until the government repair and build more refineries to meet our demand, Nigeria will continue to experience fuel shortage. I don't see why we should be importing fuel when we have billions of free oil reserve. We need good leadership in Nigeria

By d way, Terry was permitted in 2014 to stay in Italy, not to stay with d girl, I thunk he didn't really understand what d resident permit really stood for.....now see!
its a Nigeria bar so he was likely stabbed by a Nigerian. Oyibo don't have time for stabbing. If they want to kill you they will shoot you with a gun. Some Nigerians usually carry their thugish behaviour abroad. They act like they are still in village by fighting over woman

CrimeRe: Killer Nurse Arrested As She Was About To Flee USA by Raiders: 9:57pm On May 01, 2015

First of all, this is New York and the law is a bit relaxed over there.

The lady that was cooking and at the same time left children unattended was guilty and leaving children alone by themselves is a crime by itself, and then cooking at the same time, and despite that, her sentencing was high cause many children are involved, plus they had to use Interpol to bring her back, 'she would have returned when the shock wore off her if she didn't mean to run' I'm sure was one of prosecution blows.

It was an accident, she didn't kill the child. You can say the child died as a result of the injuries she sustained from a professional oversight, but she wasn't killed.
This nurse also made the mistake of planning to ran away from justice. That will make her charges even high because the judge will consider that she try to fled justice which is also a crime. I agree that she killed the child by accident but its still a serious crime because a child is invovle. Anyway, I feel sorry for her if she didnt intend to kill the child because that means her life in America is over. Even if she is released early she will likely lose her citizenship or greencard and be deported.

You need to shut that gutter you call mouth! You obviously don't know how the system works, so you better face what you know how to do best, gossip that is!

Death penalty is not the first bus stop even in the red hot state of Texas, the case has to be proven that she did it on purpose and was pre-meditated, and that still won't make it a straight forward death penalty case.

I guarantee you that they can't even get first degree murder conviction(which may carry death penalty)out of this, and even second degree murder will be a stretch. The most she would be convicted of will be manslaughter or criminal negligence.

I'm 110% sure that she won't get even life imprisonment, worst cases have walked and the most she will get will be between 5-25 years with parole eligibility in half the time.

Just let's watch this case proceeding together here on nairaland.
killing a police officer or a child less than 5 years is a capital murder offense in Texas even without premeditation. This lady is not going to get 5-25 yrs. Do you remember the case of that Nigerian lady Jessica Tata that was given 80 yrs to life for negligent homicide because some children died under her care even tho she didn't intend to kill the children and the fire was an accident. America justice system don't play with people accused of killing a child or police officer. I feel sorry for the lady tho but trying to flew just made her case even worse.

Dumb Op, All she needs is a good defense lawyer and she will walk.

Many factors will be taken into consideration, like the number of hours she had worked that day and how that played a role in the accident. According to the report, the baby was just in the water up to the waist for 30 seconds, and there couldn't have been a plan to kill her. She can also say she tried to leave cos she panicked and felt that she would not get a fair hearing cos she is black and a foreigner. In a nutshell, the prosecutor must present evidence of motive the nurse has to want to kill the child. And if the nurse suffers mental illness, then they have to first of all make sure she can stand trial, if not, na mental home straight!
where is she going to walk to? Killing a child is the worse crime a person can commit in US. She is lucky NY don't have the death penalty if not she might have gotten the death penalty. Anyway she is going to get life in prison. last year a Nigerian girl Jessica Tata was sentenced to 80 yrs for the death of some children under her care and she also fled to Nigeria. This woman will already be assumed as guilty in trial because she try to fled. I don't see her walking

So, before you think every single person in opposition of his leadership is in opposition to all his policies, realise ....it simply isn't true.
no Nigerian even the labour union support subsidy. We all want subsidy to be removed. However before the subsidy should be remove the refinery should be repair and new refinery build to meet our fuel demand. Pdp had 16 yrs to upgrade our refinery but they choose to do nothing

FamilyRe: Reasons Why You Should Not Get Married To A Nigerian Man by Raiders: 6:44pm On Apr 30, 2015
TheInkheart:
Reasons Why You Should Not Get Married To A Nigerian Man

It is no doubt that Nigerian men make wonderful lovers; they are sweet, kind, thoughtful, maybe not very romantic but romantic still and good in bed too. It is also no doubt that these men are very rare to come by in Nigeria. Maybe by default or societal conditioning, most Nigerian men are so not it; they are egoistic, chauvinistic and make terrible husband materials. You wonder why I think Nigerian men; at least most of them, won't make good husbands, read the reasons listed below:

-They Are Chauvinists: pardon the strong word "chauvinists" but Nigerian men prefer to stick to their bias opinion about women and their responsibilities in the home. The take the "head" duty way too serious and often push the women aside expecting them to follow their will and do as they say. If you marry a Nigerian man, you will probably end up as the less important voice in the home or wherever the man rather than as a partner you are to him.

- They Are Polygamous In Nature: In Nigeria, some men believe men are entitled to as many women as they can handle and so, they are free to marry more than one wife or have affairs with other women. With a Nigerian man, it is never certain that you will be the only woman in his life. To save yourself the heartbreaks of discovering condoms and hotel receipts in his pocket or worse, finding out he has secret children, please do not marry a Nigerian man.

- They Are Not Romantic: you want flowers, a guy to follow you to the salon, exotic lunches, dinners, vacations, chocolates and breakfast in bed? Then, a Nigerian man is not the man you should marry. They often consider these things as cheesy and unneccesary. Maybe they will try on your birthdays and valentine's day (that's if they don't come up with excuses to forget). The most romantic thing some Nigerian men will ever get for you is packs of food from an eatery or drinks and few back/foot rubs just right before sex.

- You Will Be A Nanny To A Grown Man: if God blesses you with a Nigerian man and a somehow scattered one, you are in soup. You've just graduated to being a nanny to a full grown man. You will pick his socks, shirts and what not after him when he gets back from work, even flush the toilet when he's done. Be ready to face a sulking man if the food is not ready on time or you try to get him to do something for you when his favourite game or tv show is on. You will have to pet and stroke his ego almost all the time to make him happy.

- They Have The Wife Beating Syndrome: either by societal conditioning or home training, some Nigerian men believe it is very normal to hit a woman; that is the only way to put them back on track when they are wrong. It is no secret that some Nigerian men will beat their wives and feel no regret about it; it is somehow the woman's fault the man is so angry to the extent he has to hit her. If you're not ready to lose your fine skin to the itchy palms of a man, please steer clear of Nigerian men.

Nigerian men are also good liars. They smoke and drink heavily and blame it on the society's deteriorating condition; they have to "keep body and soul together". Many Nigerian men have money problem; it is either they are misers or heavy spenders. Some prefer to show off the wealth they do not possess by living way beyond their standards. And the most annoying part is that many Nigerian men are Mr nice guy in public and Mr stingy in their homes which you will agree is not a very attractive trait especially in someone you want to spend the rest of your life with.

I know by now, some guys are already hissing and cursing me probably but it is undeniable that many Nigerian guys have terrible attitudes that make them really undesirable husband materials. I mean, it is tough enough we have to cope with the many issues in the country, men problems should not be added to our weighty wahala. We deserve men who understand us (at least to a reasonable extent), shower us with the affection we need, pamper us and make us feel very special and loved but how many Nigerian men can beat their chests that they can be the man of our dreams or at least, part of the dreams?!!
