The convention of getting 2 senators from a minister nominee state has been in place since 1999. I still think Ameachi will scale through just like Obanikoro. I never said Psquare are US citizens. I said they may have resident permit without us knowing. besides why would they put their private life on Instagram if they have US residency. Anyways, Psquare meet the requirements to be granted greencard because they each are worth more than $500,000. Anyone with over 500,000 in his account can apply for US residency permit. So if they are really serious about getting a US residency permit they will likely get it.
Also Psquare are international stars not just Nigeria stars. They make lots of money touring Africa, Europe and America. Infact they are currently on tour in the US. There is nothing wrong for them to own a house in the US.

who told you P square don't have resident permit in US? Besides, all their children were born in US so they are US citizens so maybe they are planning for their kids future who may likely end attending college in US. Anyways, there are thousands of Nigerians living in other states like Calif and NY. I know the Nigerian community in LA is very large.
PS: you don't need to be resident in US to own a home in US. The apartment I live at his own by a Chinese investor who don't reside in US. The building is manage by a real estate business

most states in Nigeria are not economically viable yet some people are still demanding for more states. I think some states in Nigeria should merge as one to reduce cost of government and bureaucracy. Also state government should increase their Internal generated Revenue by reducing labour and increasing productivity. most of these states just wait from federal monthly allocation and don't generate nothing.
