Please give us current information on the cost of rentage there and cost of living thanks
1)How much does it cost to rent a single room self-contain 2) how are the rents paid, just monthly payments or one would be require to pay extra months upfront ? What about caution fee?
3)As the apartments already furnished?
4)Does our Nigerian visa/master cards work their ATMs?
5)What's the cost of food, clothings and electric gadgets as compared to Nigeria?

Travel › Re: How's Life In Osogbo by rainlover(m): 10:29am On Aug 15, 2021 |
officialsaw01: You're 100% correct sir. I currently stay in Osogbo after spending more than a decade in Lagos and i can tell you for free that Osogbo is one of the few best city to live and raise a family in Nigeria. 1. Good Road Network 2. Relative Peace 3. Cheap Foodstuffs 4. Cheap And Accessible Transport System (no matter how far the place you're going to with a bus within the city you can't spend more than #100) 5. Good And Kind Hearted People 6. Less Pollution 7. Less Traffic and many more. Don't be surprised that someone who earns 50k in Osogbo may be better off than a Lagos based who earns 100k. The only problem i see here is lack of gainful employment but trust me, if you have a biz that thrives here my brother you will be feeling like a king. Hello Sir! Pls can I have your contact? I moving to OSHOGBO next month, but I'm searching to get accommodation. My number is my signature |

TheOldGods: bro I can't outsource anything oo, jeez do you want to ruin my career. I can only trust myself in terms of the quality I produce. See I did multiple contracts, but the problem is that I want to quit this particular one because I have to work more than 45hrs a week which makes me very tired. I have other lesser contract which I do on my free time a month I can decide to do just 40 hrs that month and nothing will happen etc. Outsource it bro.. quiting your current contract wouldn't be a good idea u know, cos it will always open door to better offers in future. |

Crackhead25: I don't know much about Jos tho,but I stay in osogbo, capital of osun state so I can say a lot.
First things first,Osogbo is a very peaceful place to stay.Nothing like cult war and stuffs like that according to what I heard of Jos Another thing is electricity, Electricity is very constant and okay.It might be a pro if you do any I.T related hustle or a handwork sef.
Transportation is also low,the shuttle service in osogbo called "korope" charges for as low as 50 Naira, depending on the place you are going. But the maximum can't be more than 100 naira.
Foodstuffs prices are not fixed, sometimes might be averagely expensive and sometimes you can buy them cheap also. Then house rent varies also, depending on the area.Houses in osogbo can be averagely cost.Ife can also be cost due to the fact that it's a student area, but house rent in places like Ede,ilesa, iwo and a lot of other places is cheap!
Even water supply is nothing to worry about as water is readily available and constant in osun state.
Osun people are also very friendly and accommodating.
Generally, the standard of living in osun is very good and affordable!
Op,you go enjoy am. Hello! Boss are u still in OSHOGBO? |
